    Abstract:
    The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand both the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of AI into everyday life, as well as to find ways for society to adapt to the new realities associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into communication systems.

    Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

Special attention is paid to the problems of the prevalence and demand for such contracts in modern Russia, and possible ways to increase interest in this financial mechanism are being considered. Recommendations are presented to improve the current situation, including government initiatives and modernization of the insurance products themselves.

    The article provides a comprehensive analysis of dental tourism as one of the dynamically developing segments of medical tourism. The key reasons that motivate patients to receive dental services abroad are considered. The analysis of possible consequences on the economic opportunities of the healthcare system is carried out. The positive economic impact of dental tourism on recipient countries has been investigated. The risks for patients related to the quality of services provided, legal insecurity, language barrier, and postoperative follow-up are considered. The directions of repatriation of dental patients in the context of ensuring national medical security have been developed.

    Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education.   • Risks and Limitations of VR Technologies in Education: The Case of a Russian History Course in Secondary Vocational Education

    Abstract:
    The paper examines the pedagogical risks and limitations of using virtual reality technologies in teaching Russian history at the level of secondary vocational education. The methodological framework combines comparative and theoretical–methodological analysis of Russian and international studies on VR technologies with a classification of the risks identified by researchers. On this basis, we distinguish cognitive, value–semantic, and emotional–psychophysiological groups of risks and demonstrate how they manifest themselves in the context of teaching Russian history within the system of secondary vocational education. The study substantiates the need to design VR episodes as integral components of holistic instructional situations that explicitly take these risks and limitations into account. The paper also outlines directions for further research related to a more detailed elaboration of organizational–methodological and technical constraints.

However, this process is accompanied by a number of challenges related to objective and subjective factors that affect the implementation of AI in the legal field. Analyzing these issues is crucial for understanding the obstacles that need to be overcome in order to successfully utilize intelligent systems in the justice system. Technical difficulties arise from the limitations of current algorithms and software solutions, which may not always be able to handle the complexity of legal cases. Most AI systems today are highly specialized and only function effectively within the confines of predefined rules and data. The high demand for accurate decisions is due to the fact that the judicial process does not tolerate errors, and algorithmic failures, incorrect interpretation of facts, or incomplete data can lead to unfair verdicts.

    Работа посвящена вопросам обеспечения информационной безопасности и минимизации психологических рисков и угроз при использовании обучающимися искусственного интеллекта. Цифровая трансформация образования, открывая новые горизонты, одновременно порождает и множит риски: кибератаки, утечки конфиденциальных персональных данных, лавинообразное распространение вредоносного контента. Особую остроту эта проблема приобретает в образовательных организациях, где под прицелом оказываются данные несовершеннолетних, требующие повышенной защиты. В Чувашской Республике, идущей в ногу с общероссийскими трендами цифровизации, вопросы использования искусственного интеллекта и информационной безопасности закономерно занимают центральное место в региональной политике. В статье анализируются ключевые риски и угрозы, действующая нормативно-правовая база и яркие примеры успешного внедрения решений, предлагаются меры по обеспечению информационной безопасности, пути снижения рисков при использовании обучающимися искусственного интеллекта в образовательной среде, с особым вниманием к передовым региональным практикам Чувашской Республики. На основе данных, полученных в ходе анкетирования и анализа региональных программ, предлагаются действенные рекомендации по совершенствованию системы защиты данных в условиях стремительной цифровизации образования.

    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.   • Объяснение искусственного интеллекта в школьной и вузовской информатике при помощи дискретной математики

    Abstract:
    Во время стремительного развития искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) можно наблюдать стремительно растущую потребность в формировании у обучающихся не только практических навыков работы с нейросетевыми инструментами, но и глубоко понимания их математических основ. В статье подробно описывается методологическая роль дискретной математики как «моста» между основополагающими и крепко закрепившимися темами школьного и вузовского курса информатики (логические основы компьютера, булева алгебра, конечные автоматы) и современными концепциями ИИ. Показано, как принципы булевой логики и релейно-контактных схем естественным образом обобщаются до пороговых логических элементов (персептронов), что позволяет вводить понятие искусственного интеллекта уже на уровне основного школьного образования. Предложена сквозная дидактическая траектория, опирающаяся на дискретно-математические модели: от логических схем – к однослойному персептрону – к многослойным нейронным сетям. Продемонстрированы конкретные учебные кейсы, реализованные с использованием цифровых инструментов (логические симуляторы, Python + NumPy, Jupyter Notebook), а также результаты пилотного внедрения в рамках профильного обучения в 10–11 классах и первого курса бакалавриата. Работа подчёркивает, что дискретная математика не только сохраняет свою актуальность в эпоху ИИ, но и становится ключевым инструментом метапредметного объяснения «чёрного ящика» нейросетей – через формализацию, декомпозицию и пошаговое построение вычислительных моделей.

Особое внимание уделяется семейным ценностям как ключевому ресурсу профилактики асоциальных форм поведения. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных исследований обоснована ведущая роль семьи как первичного института социализации. Раскрыта роль школы как субъекта профилактики и показано значение партнёрства семьи и образовательной организации. Охарактеризованы основные механизмы взаимодействия семьи и школы, обеспечивающие снижение уровня девиантного поведения и повышение эффективности социальной адаптации школьников.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена комплексному анализу положения семей, воспитывающих детей с инвалидностью, рассматривая их как сложную динамическую систему, требующую системной социальной поддержки. Выявлены многомерные вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются такие семьи: психоэмоциональные, социальные, экономические, а также информационные и бытовые барьеры. Обоснована необходимость всесторонней поддержки, включающей информационную, психологическую, финансовую, реабилитационную, образовательную, юридическую помощь и услуги по уходу. Акцентируется внимание на ключевых детерминантах снижения статуса семей. Сделан вывод о деструктивном воздействии этих факторов на внутрисемейные отношения и социальную интеграцию, что обуславливает критическую необходимость разработки и внедрения комплексной, системной и клиентоориентированной модели поддержки для стабилизации семейной структуры и обеспечения благополучия.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос роли ИИ в создании адаптивных обучающих систем, способных персонализировать образовательный процесс под индивидуальные особенности учащегося. Анализируются компоненты интеллектуальных обучающих систем: экспертные механизмы, агенты обучающегося, практические инструменты и их реализации в условиях современной школы. Поднят вопрос этических и регуляторных аспектов внедрения ИИ в образование, необходимость педагогического сопровождения технологических решений. Автор делает вывод, что ИИ выступает в роли помощника педагога, а не его замены, сохраняя за человеком приоритет в ценностном содержании образования.
