    Abstract:
    In the context of the digital transformation of education, accounting for learners’ individual characteristics has become especially important. This article explores the opportunities and limitations of digital technologies as a tool for personalizing contemporary education. It examines the theoretical foundations of the personalized approach and analyzes practical applications of personalization through digital educational platforms. The study is based on an analytical approach, including a review of publications on digital personalization in education and a comparative analysis of empirical studies on the effects of digital technologies on learners’ motivation, engagement, and academic outcomes. The article also discusses the main limitations of personalization technologies. It concludes that integrating digital technologies into education can improve learning effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

    The article discusses the current issues of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the training process of students specializing in Land Management and Cadastre. It analyzes the key areas of AI application in the educational environment and provides examples of integrating neural network algorithms into academic disciplines. Special attention is given to a practice-oriented approach, with the presentation of an author's development - a detailed plan for a practical lesson on automatic object recognition for land surveying purposes. The article concludes that the role of future specialists is transforming from an executor to an analyst-strategist.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

    В статье рассматривается роль искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) как инструмента социальной архитектуры в контексте современных урбанистических практик. Анализируются концептуальные основы применения ИИ-технологий для проектирования социальных пространств, управления городской инфраструктурой и формирования новых моделей социального взаимодействия. Предлагается теоретическая рамка, интегрирующая подходы социальной архитектуры, социологии города и компьютерных наук. Обосновывается тезис о том, что искусственный интеллект выступает не только техническим средством оптимизации городских процессов, но и фактором глубинного переструктурирования социальных отношений, пространственных практик и режимов управления. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных практик (Сингапур, Барселона, Москва, Хельсинки) выявляются ключевые тенденции, возможности и риски использования ИИ в проектировании городской среды. Исследуются амбивалентные эффекты алгоритмического управления городом — от повышения качества жизни и демократизации планирования до рисков алгоритмической дискриминации, эрозии публичного пространства и размывания демократической подотчётности. Особое внимание уделяется этическим и социокультурным аспектам внедрения алгоритмических систем в процессы градостроительного планирования. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования междисциплинарного подхода, учитывающего как технологический потенциал ИИ, так и гуманистические ценности устойчивого городского развития.

    Abstract:
    The presented article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the category "competitiveness" in the context of its implementation in the problematic field of the tourism industry. The author substantiates the polysemy and multilevel nature of the phenomenon under study, determined by the dichotomy of objective economic laws and subjective behavioral patterns of consumers. Based on a critical review of the existing paradigms (structural-functional, resource-oriented and institutional), the heuristic limitations of classical approaches in relation to the tourism sector are revealed.

    В статье на основе исследований Э.П. Торренса [1], Э. Виннер [2], Л. Хетленд [3], И.Г. Малкиной-Пых [4], Х. Гарднера [5] и Дж. Каттералла [6] обосновывается необходимость сохранения изобразительного искусства в обязательной школьной программе. Доказано, что занятия ИЗО развивают дивергентное мышление, пространственное воображение, снижают тревожность, повышают самооценку и успеваемость по другим дисциплинам. Автор приходит к выводу, что в условиях автоматизации творческие компетенции, формируемые на уроках искусства, становятся ключевым конкурентным преимуществом, а сокращение часов ИЗО противоречит долгосрочным интересам личности и общества.

    В статье рассматривается риск-ориентированная модель преподавания дисциплины «Безопасность жизнедеятельности» в архитектурном вузе, ориентированная на переход от формального изучения перечней опасностей к освоению проверяемых проектных решений. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью профессиональной адаптации курса БЖД к специфике архитектурного образования, где безопасность должна осмысляться не как внешний нормативный блок, а как часть проектной логики. Особое внимание уделяется переводу риска в язык архитектурных барьеров, проектных параметров и доказательств, представленных в учебных артефактах. Сделан вывод, что риск-ориентированная модель повышает осмысленность изучения БЖД, усиливает профессиональную релевантность дисциплины и способствует формированию у будущих архитекторов культуры доказательного обоснования решений.

    В статье рассматриваются импрессионизм и символизм как ключевые художественные направления конца XIX – начала XX века, оказавшие значительное влияние на развитие искусства. Анализируются их эстетические принципы, особенности художественного языка и способы отражения действительности. Особое внимание уделяется импрессионизму как направлению, ориентированному на передачу мимолётных впечатлений через свет, цвет и атмосферу, а также символизму, стремящемуся раскрыть скрытые смыслы и духовные аспекты бытия посредством символов и метафор. Рассматривается творчество представителей данных направлений, включая Клода Моне и Александра Блока. Проводится сравнительный анализ двух художественных систем, выявляющий их общие черты и различия. Делается вывод о том, что оба направления способствовали переходу к модернистскому пониманию искусства, где центральное место занимает субъективное восприятие и внутренний мир человека.

    Microfinance institutions are demonstrating a consistently high rate of expansion worldwide. In the Russian Federation, these organizations play a vital role in the financial ecosystem. They provide access to loans for small businesses, and their services are also important for individuals whose income levels do not allow them to qualify for standard banking products. The existing microloan regulation system in Russia requires development, as the microfinance sector is characterized by serious problems, including high interest rates, risky lending terms, and unfair practices by some lenders. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of microloan regulation in Russia. This chapter utilizes research methods such as theoretical source analysis, statistical data, and comparative analysis. Indicators characterizing the performance of microfinance organizations in the Russian Federation for 2021–2025 were analyzed. An analysis of microcredit development in the Russian Federation revealed an increase in the microloan portfolio size, the share of online loans in the microloan portfolio, and the microloan portfolio turnover rate. However, a simultaneous decrease in the median ROE and an increase in the share of outstanding debt (for which the principal is overdue by 90 days or more) were also observed. Further development of microloan regulation in Russia is necessary. Particular attention should be paid to reducing the maximum cost of credit, tightening macroprudential limits, automating the blocking of illegal lenders, and improving the financial literacy of the population.

Анализируются ключевые тренды цифровизации, включая внедрение искусственного интеллекта, больших данных, облачных технологий и платформенных решений. Выявляются основные барьеры, с которыми сталкивается российский бизнес при переходе к цифровым моделям управления, такие как дефицит квалифицированных кадров, высокие инвестиционные затраты и регуляторные ограничения. На основе проведённого анализа формулируются практические рекомендации для российских предприятий, стремящихся использовать потенциал цифровой экономики для устойчивого роста и повышения конкурентоспособности как на внутреннем, так и на внешних рынках.

    В статье исследуется трансформация механизмов страхования внешнеторговой деятельности под воздействием военного конфликта на Ближнем Востоке, нарушившего свободу судоходства в Ормузском проливе. На основе анализа динамики страховых премий, стоимости фрахта и изменений в маршрутизации грузов показано, что проявление военно-политических рисков привело к кратному росту тарифов на страхование морских перевозок (вплоть до 12 раз), аннулированию ранее оформленных полисов и переориентации транспортных потоков в обход Африки.

It is noted that the ecosystem approach helps to reduce starting barriers, optimize operating costs, automate non-core tasks and reduce commercial risks for small businesses. It is concluded that the ecosystem of VTB Bank (PJSC) has a positive impact on the formation and development of small businesses.

    Abstract:
    This chapter explores the transformation of pedagogical approaches in the context of digital information abundance. The author substantiates the need to shift from the classical educational paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a strategy of developing «cognitive immunity». Drawing on J. Baudrillard's concept of simulacra, D. Kahneman's theory of two systems of thinking, and the methodological standards of R. Paul and L. Elder, the paper proposes a toolkit for «intellectual resistance» to algorithmic distortions. Particular attention is paid to D. Halpern's four-stage model and the implementation of «slow reading» and «zones of intellectual discomfort» practices as ways to overcome fragmentation of consciousness and restore learner agency in the age of hyperreality.
