    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается эволюция и текущее состояние коммуникативных технологий в системе высшего образования. Коммуникационные инструменты анализируются не как вспомогательный дидактический аппарат, а как фундаментальная среда, формирующая новую образовательную реальность. На основе синтеза педагогического, психологического и лингвистического подходов изучается трансформация ролевых моделей участников учебного процесса, а также специфика формирования цифровой коммуникативной компетенции. Особое внимание уделяется двойственной природе технологических возможностей и сопутствующих рисков, среди которых выделяются синдром цифровой усталости, эрозия неформального академического дискурса и кризис традиционных механизмов верификации знаний в эпоху генеративного искусственного интеллекта. В работе обосновывается необходимость перехода от фрагментарной цифровизации к целостному педагогическому дизайну, сохраняющему гуманистическую парадигму университета.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена комплексному анализу лингвопрагматических и социокультурных характеристик профессиональной коммуникации специалистов в сфере информационных технологий. ИТ-дискурс рассматривается как сложная поликодовая система, формирующаяся на стыке формальной логики программирования, корпоративной культуры и компьютерно-опосредованного взаимодействия. В работе исследуется феномен морфологической адаптации англоязычной терминологии, эволюция специфических цифровых жанров, таких как баг-репорт, коммит-сообщение и тикет, а также трансформация коммуникативных практик под влиянием гибких методологий разработки. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам кросс-функционального взаимодействия, требующего от ИТ-специалиста навыков смыслового «перевода» между техническим и бизнес-языками, и вызовам межкультурной коммуникации в распределенных командах. Делается вывод о том, что современная коммуникативная компетентность в ИТ-сфере выходит за рамки узкопрофессиональных знаний, включая цифровой этикет, асинхронную аргументацию и управление смыслами в поликультурной среде.

    В статье рассматривается роль школьного музея в современном образовательном процессе как средства патриотического воспитания, краеведческой работы и формирования социально активной личности. Автор обосновывает актуальность музейной педагогики в условиях обновления школьного образования, опираясь на идеи К.Д. Ушинского и Н.К. Крупской о значении «местного элемента» и краеведческого материала. Приведена нормативная база деятельности школьных музеев. На примере Музея Боевой и Трудовой славы средней школы №41 г. Чебоксары показаны содержание работы: постоянные экспозиции, экскурсии, квесты, исторические игры, участие в федеральных проектах и акциях. Отмечены формы вовлечения учащихся (роль экскурсоводов), родителей и дошкольников, а также достижения актива музея.

    Abstract:
    The study examines the current conditions for the development of industrial ecosystems within the context of the economy's digital transformation. The research is driven by the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which spans a wide range of industrial and economic sectors. The aim of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and to develop a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy, taking into account available resources. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study relies on both empirical methods (expert assessments, analysis of industrial experience) and theoretical methods (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making). The chapter describes the tools that enable the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and presents examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, the study formulates principles, outlines development strategies, and proposes a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy for an industrial ecosystem, considering available resources.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the specifics of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the judicial system of the Russian Federation in the context of building an artificial intelligence economy. It is argued that the economy of artificial intelligence represents an emerging sphere of social relations in which AI acts simultaneously as a technology, a new factor of production, and a catalyst for the structural transformation of economic and institutional systems. The main directions for the implementation of AI technologies in the civilizational process have been examined and systematized. It has been concluded that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation is a complex, multi-stage, and internally contradictory process: on the one hand, it opens up significant opportunities to improve the efficiency of justice; on the other hand, it is associated with serious legal and ethical risks.

    The chapter examines the current issues related to the protection of copyright and related rights in the digital environment. Based on an analysis of the scientific works by I.A. Kuleshova, Yu.V. Truntsevsky, I.A. Renzhin, D.V. Smolin, M.G. Markov, O.S. Stuchenkova, E.V. Lagoshin, and the materials of the collection edited by A.I. Zemlin, the study examines the transformation of the object of legal protection in the context of the digital objectification of the results of intellectual activity, the specifics of classifying violations on the Internet, the mechanisms of civil and criminal protection, and the role of information intermediaries. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of specific provisions of Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in relation to the digital environment. The need for a comprehensive approach that combines traditional legal tools with technological methods of protection is substantiated.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности оценки инвестиционных рисков на фондовом рынке в условиях санкционного давления. Актуальность темы обусловлена ростом числа частных инвесторов, изменением инфраструктуры российского финансового рынка, валютными ограничениями и повышенной чувствительностью ценных бумаг к внешнеэкономическим факторам. Обосновывается, что инвестиционный риск в современных условиях не может сводиться только к изменению рыночной цены актива, поскольку на результат инвестирования влияют санкционные, инфраструктурные, валютные, процентные и информационные факторы. Сделан вывод о необходимости комплексного подхода к оценке инвестиционных решений.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется состояние и динамика стратегического нефтяного резерва США (SPR) в условиях глобальной нестабильности, военных конфликтов и трансформации энергетических рынков. Показано, что, несмотря на пропаганду «зелёной энергетики», западная экономика сохраняет определяющую зависимость от традиционных углеводородов. Выявлена тенденция к накоплению реальных запасов нефти американскими компаниями вместо заключения «бумажных» фьючерсных контрактов, что указывает на подготовку к серьёзным кризисным явлениям. Рассматривается связь между нефтяным кризисом и состоянием американского госдолга, а также роль Японии как крупнейшего держателя казначейских бумаг США. Делается вывод о невозможности восстановления докризисных показателей в долгосрочной перспективе и о необходимости нормализации отношений с Ираном и деэскалации конфликтов в ключевых регионах как условии минимизации негативных последствий.

    В статье рассматривается институт партнёрского финансирования как альтернативный финансовый инструмент, позволяющий России поддерживать инвестиционную активность со странами-партнёрами в условиях санкционного давления. Исламское финансирование признаётся высокоперспективным направлением, однако требует соблюдения религиозных правил. Для адаптации требований исламского финансирования к российскому законодательству разработан и внедрён в экспериментальной форме институт партнёрского финансирования, позволяющий согласовать религиозные нормы с правовой базой Российской Федерации.

    Статья посвящена разработке методического подхода к оценке эффективной пространственной доступности товаров на региональном потребительском рынке в условиях развития цифровых торговых платформ. Исследование основано на синтезе положений пространственной экономики, теории двусторонних рынков, экономики поиска и дискретного выбора. Уточнено содержание эффективной пространственной доступности как возможности приобрести сопоставимый товар при заданном сочетании наличия, итоговой цены, ассортимента, срока доставки, времени до места получения и условий возврата. Предложена микроединица наблюдения «товар × платформа × территория × волна» и система раздельных показателей, не сводимых к единому индексу до оценки денежных эквивалентов времени и логистических ограничений. Разработана товарная сегментация по стандартизированности, поисковым издержкам, неопределённости выбора и логистической нагрузке. Представлен дизайн территориального аудита и эксперимента дискретного выбора, позволяющий выявлять, где единый цифровой интерфейс сопровождается различными экономическими условиями доступа.

    В статье рассматривается эффективность государственной поддержки технологических стартапов в России в контексте перехода к инновационной модели экономики. Статья подчеркивает важность анализа основных инструментов стимулирования – субсидии, гранты, льготное налогооблажение и инфраструктурные программы, которые действуют определенным образом: работать эффективнее, покупать больше, проявлять инициативу. На основе проведенного анализа делается вывод о том, что существующая система поддержки создает благоприятные условия для начального этапа развития проектов, однако сталкивается с проблемами бюрократизации, низкой вовлеченности частного капитала и слабой связью с реальной отраслью.

    Abstract:
    The article treats an initial public offering not as the conclusion of a company's success story but as the beginning of a far stricter, continuous test of governance quality. Drawing on the Russian IT IPO market in 2023–2026 – primarily the case of Astra Group, alongside comparable post-IPO performance of Diasoft, Arenadata Group, Whoosh, Softline, Positive Technologies and Delimobil – the author shows that the market's repricing of Russian public IT companies is systemic rather than isolated. As a contrasting international case, the article examines SpaceX's record-breaking IPO (June 2026, valuation of roughly $1.75 trillion) as an extreme instance of deliberately disclosed control concentration through a dual-class share structure. Separate attention is given to the additional risk layer created by a controlling shareholder's ownership structure, and to a new factor – the use of artificial intelligence in corporate decision-making. The author offers practical recommendations for the legal and compliance function of companies preparing to go public or already operating as public issuers.

    В статье рассматривается значение риск-менеджмента для малого и среднего предпринимательства в условиях экономической неопределённости. Актуальность темы обусловлена высокой чувствительностью малого и среднего бизнеса к изменению спроса, росту издержек, снижению доступности кредитования, кадровым проблемам и цифровым угрозам. Особое внимание уделяется тому, что риск-менеджмент для субъектов МСП должен быть практическим инструментом сохранения устойчивости бизнеса, а не формальной процедурой. Сделан вывод о необходимости регулярной оценки финансовых, рыночных, производственных, кадровых и цифровых рисков.

Показано, что архитектура Edge-обработки и принцип минимизации данных обеспечивают соответствие законодательству о персональных данных, а объективный цифровой след формирует доказательную базу должной осмотрительности работодателя.

    В статье рассматривается проблема допустимого использования генеративного искусственного интеллекта при подготовке научных публикаций и сохранении авторской идентичности. Специфика генеративного ИИ заключается в возможности перехода от работы с формой к участию в формировании содержания и научной концепции. Для описания взаимодействия предлагается метафора Дон Кихота и Санчо Пансы, позволяющая учитывать активность цифрового помощника при сохранении различия функций, иерархии и ответственности участников. Обосновывается критерий авторской субъектности: автором научного текста остаётся лицо, определяющее вектор исследования, проявляющее критическое мышление и принимающее ответственность за конечный результат.

    Статья посвящена переходу от электронного правосудия к цифровому правосудию как следующей стадии цифровой трансформации судебной системы. На основе анализа решений Совета судей РФ, Концепции цифровой трансформации судебной системы (декабрь 2025 г.) и доктрины конституционного права рассматриваются институциональные и правовые предпосылки этого перехода. Предложена авторская периодизация цифровой трансформации российского правосудия и обоснован тезис о неравномерности («асимметричности») цифровизации судебных подсистем как факторе, влияющем на реализацию конституционного права на судебную защиту. Дальнейшее развитие цифрового правосудия актуализирует исследование права на судебную защиту в условиях цифровизации и других современных вызовов.
