The importance of a practice-oriented approach in the training of future engineers is noted, the classification of the main forms of practice-oriented training is given. As an example of the application of various practice-oriented forms in the process of teaching bachelors of mechanical engineering, a detailed description of the process of performing laboratory work in a special discipline is given.

  • Congruent and incongruent self-concept of students in different types of communication

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to identify the influence of the stability of the self-concept and different types of communication on the communicative tactics of interpersonal interaction, represented in the speech act. The hypothesis states that incongruence/congruence of self-concept determines the choice of speech act of the person in the process of cognition; the type of self-concept system that affects relationships with people is reflected in the speech act. Speech act, according to the concept of contextual education, is a unit of communication, the basis of activity and social interaction. The article presents the results of empirical research, in which 333 first-year students of two universities of Yekaterinburg participated. J. Kelly's repertory grid technique was used in the study. Personality constructs, which are obtained in the study, are constructed on the basis of bipolar differences. Personal constructs allowed us to identify the type of communication that affects the relationship with people; they allow us to evaluate the self-concept of first-year university students; self-esteem, assessment of significant others, real self and ideal self-presented in the constructs give an idea of the stability of the self-concept and the presence of cognitive conflicts caused by personal characteristics. Based on the analysis of role preferences in repertoire lattices and the distribution of the real self and the ideal self by type of communication, the levels of stability of the self-concept and the basic characteristics of a speech act are described, such as the nature of one’s own message, the correspondence of what is communicated and what is experienced, one’s position and role in communication, type of speech behavior, giving another person a role in communication. Theoretical significance – a tool is proposed for determining the level of stability of the self-concept, which, in unity with the type of communication, influences the nature of the speech act of a first-year student. Practical significance – determining the individual characteristics of a speech act will allow us to identify the level of formation of self-awareness of the subject of cognition, which will contribute to the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions aimed at identifying the adaptive potential of first-year students at the initial stage of professionalization (initiation).

    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

    The chapter describes the developed program has been developed that allows you to design single-loop automatic control systems, calculate their reliability, while simultaneously checking the user's knowledge in the field of design and ability to navigate in modern technical automation systems. When developing the program, modern software was used, namely «Visual Studio». While using the program, the user designs single-circuit automatic control systems according to such parameters as: temperature, pressure, level, flow. After designing each of the systems, the program allows the user to calculate its reliability. During the use of the program by the user, at each of its stages, if the user does not have enough knowledge, the program reports this, stops working and sends him to study the theoretical material. After completing the work, the user, through the program, must save to the computer an image with all the results obtained during the execution of the work, on which it will be indicated in the form of a watermark that all the work has been done correctly. The image can be saved to the path specified by the user in the «PNG» format. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or newer operating system, NET.Framework version 4.5 or newer. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 5 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Internet.

Проводится анализ некоторых противоречий между регулирующими его положениями гражданского и воздушного законодательства. В частности, отмечается, что установленные ст. 126 Воздушного кодекса РФ сроки предъявления претензий перевозчику, являются по сути пресекательными сроками, что серьезно ущемляет права грузоотправителей и грузополучателей по сравнению с положениями действующего гражданского законодательства.

    The paper considers the problem of preserving water quality of rivers, in the channel and floodplain part of which gold deposits are developed by open-pit mining. As a result of the study we have developed the simplest engineering solutions for the design of environmental hydraulic structures. Designs of these structures were implemented in the project of Korolevskoye alluvial gold deposit in Transbaikalia. The operation of these structures during the washing of gold-bearing sands in the floodplain part of the Amazar River prevented the contamination of its water by industrial wastewater. The use of a water circulation system in the technological process and the filling of settling tanks with filtration and rainwater gave a positive water balance of the deposit. These measures prevented the impact of gold mining on the Mogocha municipal water intake located near the facility. As a result of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands during the development of the deposit, this area may serve as a recreational zone for Mogocha residents. Profitability of production and its economic efficiency are established by economic calculations given in the study.

    Higher education in the Russian Federation is one of the priority areas for the state. An important direction of the strategic policy of state administration is the management of the education process. The statistics of the last twenty years confirm state and municipal universities provide that Russian higher education to a greater extent. The effective management of university resources comes to the fore in developing the management system of higher education. At this stage, there is a need to improve the financial activities of universities. The role of financial support for operational processes in the universities of the Russian Federation deserves special attention. The financial stability of state universities is the basis for the sustainable progressive development of this area. In the tasks outlined, the author proposes a model for analyzing the financial stability of a university, and presents a tree of properties illustrating this model. It took one or 100 percent as the ideal indicator, and we assigned all indicators points under their correlation with the normative value. By examining each indicator, the university is able to analyze the reasons for negative results and take measures for positive changes or maintaining the required level if the university's resources do not allow for the planned changes. An analysis of the financial sustainability of a public institution of higher education is extremely important in terms of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their activities, which require optimization and cost reduction, and ensuring financial sustainability. This is a priority for the management of each university and will increase the level of planning for unreasonable balances of subsidies for the implementation of the state task, help to avoid inefficient planning of financial and economic activities.

    The article discusses the issues of psychological readiness of preschool children with speech disorders to study at school. The results of a study carried out in the preparatory group of a preschool educational organization among children with speech disorders are presented. The article describes the regularities of the conditionality of psychological readiness for school by the type of speech disorder. Recommendations for working with children at home are offered, which are most accessible to parents; the problem of timely diagnostics of readiness for school and the need to develop comprehensive approaches to psychological and pedagogical work with children in preschool educational organizations is also raised.

  • Lexical and Semantic Parallels of Yakut and Telengit Folklore Prose

    Interest in the research topic arose as a result of studying the texts of folklore prose of the Yakuts and Telengits. Used method, i.e. reliance on scientific works, collection of facts, comparative analysis of lexical-semantic parallels led to interesting results. The identified samples from the folklore of peoples separated by a huge distance and an independent history of development indicate the presence of common roots. Legends reflect the peculiarities of the ideological ideas of ethnic groups, spiritual and moral values, religious views; at the same time, commonality is found not only in the lexico-semantic plan, but also in the compositional structure of the presentation of the material and the syntax of texts. The changes are quite insignificant, for example, in the Yakut version of the legend «Dispute» the image of a large animal is transformed in accordance with the realities of the Arctic nature, for example, a camel turns into an elk. The thematic approach to the consideration of examples allows us to come to the conclusion that most of the coincidences fall on the texts of religious and everyday content. Some examples from onomastics also speak of ancient linguistic contacts or testify to migration processes among the Turkic-speaking ethnic groups, which have not yet received proper coverage in historical science. In the conclusion of the article, it is said about the need to attract more extensive material to the comparative historical study of the phenomenon. Based on the comprehension of the collected material, an assumption is made about the stability of individual lexemes and lexical-semantic constructions in the translation of the traditional beliefs of the people.

    The article analyzes the need for an approach to the organization of teaching elements of combinatorics at school, aimed at the formation of cognitive ECD. Based on the study of scientific, psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature, the process of formation of cognitive universal educational actions in mathematics lessons has been studied. The content-methodological aspects of teaching combinatorics to junior schoolchildren are revealed, three interrelated directions of the teacher's work are considered, the stages of teaching the solution of combinatorial problems are highlighted depending on the methods of calculating the number of combinations. Each of the stages serves as a foundation for the formation of the UUD of the next stages.

    The article is devoted to the study of some aspects of teaching students with health limitations and disabilities in a medical university. Currently, in Russia and around the world, inclusive and integrated education continues to develop, elements of which can be found in medical universities. At the same time, a complete transition to an inclusive education of medical students is impossible for a number of reasons, at the head of which are certain requirements for the future physician, who must have a certain amount of health, not only physical, but also mental. Unfortunately, not enough research is devoted to the aspects of teaching students with health limitations and disabilities in medical universities – the study of which became the purpose of the presented work. The objects of the research conducted from 2018 to 2021 at the N.N. Burdenko, 30 medical students served, divided in-to 3 groups of 10 people, depending on the etiology of their pathology. So, 1st group consisted of students with insignificant disabilities. The 2nd group included students with disabilities established from their birth or childhood. The 3rd group consisted of future physicians whose disability was established during their studies at a university (often as a result of an accident). In the work, the sex and age composition of the subjects was determined, the ratio of students to existing faculties was studied, the pathology most often encountered in persons with disabilities and disabilities was studied, the attitude of others to the respondents was deter-mined, as well as their own opinion regarding various aspects of the educational process at a medical university. The work is of interest for the staff of the departments of a medical university who are related to working with students with health limitations or disabilities.

    The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.
