    Abstract:
    In the chapter highlights the technological and organizational aspects of the state final certification of future mathematics teachers in the format of a demonstration exam using the capabilities of the university's digital educational environment. Digital tools and resources that ensure the effectiveness of the preparation and conduct of the demonstration exam are described, as well as ways to support the process of preparation and participation of graduates of the pedagogical university in the demonstration exam. An example of the implementation of the state final certification of future mathematics teachers in the format of a demonstration exam at Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University is given to illustrate the highlighted technological and organizational aspects.

    В статье описаны возможности использования чат-ботов в цифровом образовании – способы поддержки управления образовательным процессом. Приведена характеристика сущности цифрового инструмента, рассмотрены виды чат-ботов, готовые инструменты для обучения. Образовательный процесс – это сложно формализуемая предметная область, требующая особого подхода в управлении. Необходимо учитывать все условия его функционирования. В статье приведены цели и достоинства применения инструмента в цифровом образовании. Также описаны особенности использования чат-ботов для различных процессов: общения между обучающимися и преподавателями, персонализации, контроля, развития мотивации и др.

    Abstract:
    Modern society has special requirements for the methodological support of the learning process in higher education. At the same time, the efficiency of the methods and the applied training tools should be deeply studied. The Crossword game, which is used to consolidate students' knowledge of the conceptual knowledge within the framework of theoretical disciplines, allows combining high-quality training and testing of theoretical knowledge of the academic discipline, as well as being an exciting event in almost any academic discipline. The results of a study conducted in 2 stages: a pre-game survey of students about their expectations and a survey of the results of the Crossword game, showed that this methodological development exceeded students' expectations and improved the efficiency of mastering the theoretical material of the discipline by almost one third.
