    В статье рассматривается проблема обеспечения психологически безопасной образовательной среды в ведомственном вузе в контексте обучения иностранных слушателей. Подчеркивается, что успешная межкультурная адаптация обучающихся является ключевым условием формирования чувства психологической защищенности и включенности их в образовательный процесс. Раскрываются типичные трудности адаптации иностранных слушателей. Представлены направления и формы воспитательной работы, способствующие снижению тревожности, развитию межкультурной толерантности и интеграции в коллектив. Сделан вывод о необходимости системной воспитательной деятельности в этом направлении.

Дети, переезжающие в другую страну или регион, часто сталкиваются с трудностями, связанными с языковым барьером, незнанием культуры и необходимостью встраиваться в новую социальную среду. Искусство может стать эффективным инструментом для решения этих проблем. Автор доказывает, что для детей-мигрантов наиболее доступна художественная деятельность, связанная с освоением разных видов искусства, направленная на их приобщение к культуре страны проживания. В процессе художественной деятельности происходит не только усвоение культурных ценностей, но и развитие эмоционального интеллекта, эмпатии и способности понимать чужую точку зрения. Освоение искусства универсально и подходит детям разных национальностей.

Автор отмечает, что особое внимание уделяется формированию толерантного отношения к представителям других культур как среди педагогов, так и среди обучающихся. Для успешной адаптации детей-мигрантов необходим комплексный подход, направленный на создание условий для сохранения и развития их культурной идентичности, а также знакомства с культурой страны пребывания, способствующий формированию толерантного отношения к представителям других культур и укреплению социальной сплоченности общества.

    Abstract:
    The development of educational export is an important strategic task both for Russian universities at the institutional level, allowing them to increase the level of global competitiveness, and at the state level, ensuring the implementation of the principles of the «soft power» strategy. Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

    Проведено теоретическое и практическое исследование возрастно-психологических и этнопсихологических особенностей младших школьников из семей мигрантов. Отмечено, что поступление ребенка-мигранта в школу является сложным этапом, особенно когда ребенок не владеет языком обучения. Это создает барьеры не только в общении, но и в понимании учебного материала, что может существенно затруднить процесс адаптации и обучения. Установлено, что адаптационный процесс учащихся-мигрантов будет проходить более эффективно, если своевременно выявить их психологические особенности, а также разработать и реализовать программу психолого-педагогического сопровождения, учитывая возрастные и психологические особенности учащихся.

    The paper analyzes the experience of psychological support for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students at universities of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the work is due to the significant socio-cultural, psychological, and academic difficulties that foreign students face when studying at Russian universities and, in this regard, the need to replicate the successful experience of organizing measures to adapt this target group of students in the higher education system. The results of a monitoring survey of psychological services specialists conducted at the sites of 13 universities participating in the pilot testing of the psychological service model in the higher education system in terms of psychological support for foreign students are presented. The results of the design and analytical session organized by the Federal Resource Center for Psychological Services in the Higher Education System of the Russian Academy of Education are presented in order to further replicate successful practices of psychological support for foreign students at the university. A comprehensive program of measures for psychological support of foreign students at the university is proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the expediency of integrating individual measures to accompany and support foreign students into the overall structure of the psychological service of the university.

    Анализ современных публикаций по адаптации иностранных студентов к условиям жизни и обучения в России выявил преимущественное внимание к социальным и психологическим проблемам. Статья представляет исследование, проведенное среди иностранных студентов Северного государственного медицинского университета г. Архангельска (СГМУ), подтверждая выводы мнением иностранцев. Результаты анкетирования позволяют установить основные критерии успешности лингвокультурной адаптации и выявить проблемы, связанные с недостаточно эффективной организацией культурной жизни иностранных учащихся и трудностями их ознакомительных поездок по России, а также совершенствованием сайта учебного заведения.

  • Socio-psychological adaptation of Russian-speaking immigrants in Finland

    ANNOTATION The article reveals the reasons and conditions for the integration of Russian-speaking migrants to Finland. The psychological components of the socio-psychological adaptation of Russian-speaking immigrants who moved to Finland at different ages are considered. The main way and the key to integration into Finnish society, which unites all migrants and on which the Finnish state places great emphasis, is revealed. The objectives of the Finnish "Law on the Promotion of Integration in Finland" are described, as well as an individual integration plan, the objectives and timing of the adaptation program in Finland. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are described, what kind of psychological support and psychological assistance the Finnish state can provide at the early stages of integration and how it can contribute to improving the conditions of socio-psychological adaptation of Russian-speaking migrants in Finland.

    This section focuses on issues of improving the methodology of Russian language teaching and efficiency of teaching Russian in a multicultural environment with the use of elements of spiritual (including folklore) culture in educational institutions of the Mari El Republic (humanitarian gymnasiums, secondary and higher educational institutions). The authors of the section demonstrate the features of using folklore in the main areas of activities (both class and extracurricular) of experimental network platforms (FIRO) and the pedagogical workshop (Prosveshcheniye Publishers) and conclude that such projects, aimed at the sociocultural adaptation of Russian youth and their socialization and culturalization, are extremely important in the aspect of harmonizing interpersonal and intercultural relations in the modern Russian society. By referring to several facts of traditional Russian culture in their teaching of Russian as a foreign language, the authors of the monograph (E.A. Plotnikova, M.N. Pirogova) have received a certain positive response. It is evident that at the initial stage of learning, the students should acquire a kind of linguistic minimum, which includes knowledge about the culture of the country, its traditions, the distinctive features of verbal and non-verbal communication, etc. In such cases, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, including olympiads and quests, usually provides positive results.
