    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of automation in the process of financial investigations conducted to ensure the economic security of an enterprise. The limitations of manual methods of collecting and processing information are analyzed, and the types of financial fraud most effectively detected using software tools are classified. Using the example of a scheme for withdrawing funds through fictitious consulting services, the possibility of automated detection of signs of illegal actions is demonstrated. The economic efficiency of implementing automated monitoring systems (AML systems) for medium-sized businesses is substantiated

    В статье раскрываются вопросы понятия и признаков фиктивных организаций, через которые в дальнейшем осуществляются различные финансовые операции. Даются схемы совершения преступлений, квалифицируемых по ст. 170.1, 173.1, 173.2 УК РФ, приводится статистика совершения данных преступлений, даются рекомендации по их разграничению, приводится судебная практика.
