    В настоящее время учреждения культуры и искусств осуществляют свою деятельность в большой конкурентной среде. В сложившихся рыночных условиях сотрудники данных учреждений вынуждены прибегать к различным мерам для увеличения количества посетителей. При этом одним из главных показателей, влияющих на выбор посещения того или иного театра с точки зрения обычного зрителя, является формирование имиджа. Благодаря положительному имиджу учреждение может заранее сформировать хорошее отношение потенциального посетителя к организации и заложить необходимые чувства: настроение, желание посетить театр, что в свою очередь способствует повышению лояльности аудитории. Имидж состоит из нескольких составляющих: имиджа товаров и услуг, имиджа посетителей и потребителей этих товаров и услуг, внутреннего имиджа организации, имиджа руководителя, персонала, визуального имиджа, социального и бизнес-имиджа. Уделяя внимание каждому из вышеперечисленных пунктов, руководитель учреждения культуры и искусств имеет возможность целенаправленно сформировать хороший имидж своего учреждения, который поможет сохранить актуальность и конкурентоспособность организации.

    Abstract:
    The scientific and technological progress of the 20th century (book publishing, radio and television broadcasting, cinematography, etc.) created all the possibilities for the rapid transmission and dissemination of not only socially significant, scientific and other information, but also of artistic and aesthetic thought. The purpose of this article is to identify the main factors contributing to artistic borrowing in literary works, and the reasons why similar phenomena (plot, theme, problem, etc.) are identified in literatures that are not in direct contact. The question of the originality of the work of fiction in modern culture becomes relevant, because it is an indicator of the uniqueness of the national philosophy and aesthetics. National literature is not only or not so much the language of narration, but also the problems, characters, conflicts and ways of solving them, typical for a particular people. Certainly, artistic techniques also matter, which are more related to general literary and general cultural phenomena.

  • Local history organizations in the study and preservation of the native language and ethnoculture of the Chuvash in the 1920s

    Abstract:
    The establishment of the Soviet power on the territory of the Russian empire led to a new system of values, activation of the population in all fields of the social life. In the sphere of museum building in the 1920s a noticeable role was played by such public scientific and educational associations as the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary (1921-1931) and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow (1927-1931). The main aim of the article is to reveal the history of the formation and work of these organizations. The material is presented chronologically. Having established close contacts with scientific institutions throughout Russia and with famous scientists, the local history organizations with a wide network of branches and cells promoted an in-depth study and development of the economy and culture of the Chuvash region and the spiritual culture of the Chuvash, half of whose population lived outside the territory of the autonomy. The special attention these societies paid to the development of the native language and culture of the Chuvash people that allowed the Chuvash people to realize their national identity. During the first decade of the Chuvash Soviet autonomy some successes in the formation of local lore as a science were achieved. On the territory of Chuvashia local history institutions and organizations made a significant contribution to the study of nature, economy, productive forces of the region, as well as the spiritual life of the people. In this period it was the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow that promoted the preservation and development of the Chuvash language.

Приведены данные о принадлежности и отношении представителей субкультур ролевиков, офников и ультрас к другим молодежным субкультурам.

    Отсутствие интереса молодежи к физической активности может быть связано с первым негативным образовательным/спортивным опытом, а также с процессами «ролевого моделирования», в которых участвуют преподаватели физической культуры и тренеры по детско-юношескому спорту. Рекомендации по физической активности и связанные со здоровьем критерии физически образованного предоставляются национальными и международными советами по вопросам здоровья (такими как ВОЗ), однако они не содержат обсуждение моральных критериев тех, кто знакомит молодое поколение с физической культурой и спортом. Статья посвящена важности развития морально-нравственных компетенций у преподавателей физической культуры и спорта.

    Abstract:
    The chapter deals with the organization of the educational process in a technical university for master’s students in the discipline «Foreign language in the professional field» with the introduction of technologies of provocative pedagogy; the advantages of using these technologies in order to increase the interest of master’s students in the material being studied, the degree of assimilation of educational material, motivation and their effective interaction and compensation for the lack of a language environment have been revealed. The paper substantiates the need to use these technologies, techniques and teaching aids, depending on the level of foreign language proficiency of students; examples of tasks for the proposed technologies were given and an analysis of the effectiveness of the developed tasks was carried out.

    В статье рассматривается сфера физической культуры и спорта (ФКиС), которая в современных условиях находится в зоне особого внимания государства, поскольку является важным инфраструктурным фактором формирования человечного капитала. Характеризуются модели построения отношений между государством и сферой ФКиС, а также нормативно-правовое регулирование данной сферы в РФ. Делается вывод о том, что в России реализуется смешанная модель взаимодействия сферы ФКиС и государства, создана нормативно-правовая база регулирования данной сферы, которая должна постоянно совершенствоваться с учетом особенностей государственного регулирования в сложный для нашего государства период.

    Статья посвящена анализу PR-деятельности в учреждениях культурно-досуговой сферы. Актуальность темы исследования обуславливается растущей значимостью PR-деятельности в области культуры и искусства, так как от данного направления работы зависит популярность, востребованность, а также результативность культурно-досуговых учреждено-досуговой сферы привлекают интерес новых лиц к собственной деятельности, что в свою очередь позволяет расширять целевую аудиторию, а также сохраняют сформировавшийся круг потребителей культурно-досуговых услуг своего учреждения культуры. Имидж культурно-досугового учреждения, дворца культуры, театра, клуба, его формирование, а также эффективная деятельность на сегодняшний день во многом зависят от взаимодействия с общественным мнением, которое является сферой PR. Чтобы раскрыть данную тему, авторами была поставлена следующая цель: проанализировать организацию PR-деятельности в учреждениях культурно-досуговой сфере на примере Чувашской Республики. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: рассмотреть сущность и содержание PR-деятельности в учреждениях культурно-досуговой сферы; определить цели, задачи и функции PR-деятельности; охарактеризовать особенности PR-деятельности в учреждениях культурно-досуговой сферы, расположенных в Чувашской Республике.

    Currently, computer tools for conducting training courses are being actively developed. Practically in all areas of academic disciplines, simulator programs for real technological processes are being created. However, the creation and organization of training courses using e-learning tools, especially based on Internet technologies, is a difficult technological and methodological task. The industry of computer educational materials is expanding due to their demand and social significance. In this regard, it is relevant to develop the concept of building and using computer teaching aids, in particular training simulators, adequate to modern ideas of the development of education. This chapter discusses the developed simulator program for an automated control system for the catalytic cracking process, written in the C# programming language, presents its capabilities and a description of how to work with it. This simulator allows students to independently learn how to arrange sensors and draw up a specification for instrumentation and control equipment, using the built-in tools for checking the correct placement of sensors. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or later, NET.Framework version 4.5 or later, optionally MS Word. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 10 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Enternet network. The results of the execution can be printed on any computer under the operating system Windows 7 and newer in PDF format, with MS Word installed – in Doc format.

    The chapter describes the developed program has been developed that allows you to design single-loop automatic control systems, calculate their reliability, while simultaneously checking the user's knowledge in the field of design and ability to navigate in modern technical automation systems. When developing the program, modern software was used, namely «Visual Studio». While using the program, the user designs single-circuit automatic control systems according to such parameters as: temperature, pressure, level, flow. After designing each of the systems, the program allows the user to calculate its reliability. During the use of the program by the user, at each of its stages, if the user does not have enough knowledge, the program reports this, stops working and sends him to study the theoretical material. After completing the work, the user, through the program, must save to the computer an image with all the results obtained during the execution of the work, on which it will be indicated in the form of a watermark that all the work has been done correctly. The image can be saved to the path specified by the user in the «PNG» format. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or newer operating system, NET.Framework version 4.5 or newer. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 5 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Internet.

    Chapter of the monograph reflects the problems of training specialists of a new creative type, who are distinguished by a high level of professionalism, who are ready for professional and creative self-realization, who have a need for constant professional and personal development and growth. Professional and creative self-realization was not previously considered as a value-target reference point for the professional training of specialists in the field of culture, which makes our study relevant, given the current priorities of higher education. The model of the process of training specialists in the sphere of culture for professional and creative self-realization developed by the author is built in accordance with the logic of a holistic approach in the unity of its internal structure (goal – content – means – result). In the process of implementing the model, a gradual increase in the quality of formation of the studied readiness was carried out. In the system of pedagogical means to form the readiness of specialists for professional and creative self-realization, innovative technologies (playing, projective, creative) are leading. The implementation of these technologies contributed to the acquisition of experience in personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization by future specialists in the field of culture. The special course «Theory and methods of training specialists for professional and creative self-realization» developed by the author is aimed at summarizing and mobilizing the knowledge of a block of general professional and special disciplines, developing special professional abilities (projective, pedagogical, creative) of professional qualities (creativity, general professional competence, competitiveness), as well as the gradual formation of readiness for personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization.

    В статье представлены результаты проведенного исследования, которое заключалось в изменении структуры и содержания учебного процесса за счет введения специально подобранных средств и методов развития скоростных способностей. При этом разработан комплекс упражнений скоростной направленности для применения на уроках физической культуры в школе; подтверждена зависимость между развитием скоростных качеств и результатов в беге на короткие дистанции детей среднего школьного возраста; разработаны методические рекомендации по организации и проведению занятий с применением упражнений скоростного характера. Подобранные упражнения позволяют рационально развивать двигательные способности школьников в процессе обучения.

Во-вторых, в работе уделяется внимание особенностям заключения и исполнения соглашений о государственно-частном партнерстве, в отношении объектов охотничьей инфраструктуры, изучаются их существенные признаки и важнейшие обязательства, которые появились из-за необычного статуса охотничьих угодий и лесных участков, на которых размещаются, подлежащие рассмотрению объекты. В-третьих, в самом конце работы автор уделяет внимание тем целям, которые удалось достичь законодателю, в результате внесения изменений в закон, а также создания новых форм соглашений о государственно-частном партнерстве.
