    Abstract:
    В статье представлен анализ психологических механизмов преодоления стресса и посттравматических стрессовых реакций. Рассмотрены ключевые теоретические модели, включая концепцию жизнестойкости С. Мадди, когнитивно-оценочную теорию Р. Лазаруса и С. Фолкман, а также классификации защитных механизмов и копинг-стратегий. Особое внимание уделено дифференциации адаптивных и неадаптивных форм совладания со стрессом, их взаимосвязи и влиянию на психоэмоциональное состояние. На основе исследований российских и зарубежных авторов обоснована необходимость интеграции персонализированных подходов к стресс-менеджменту, включая рефлексивные практики и развитие навыков саморегуляции.

    Abstract:
    The chapter critically rethinks the phenomenon of the so-called «hyperawareness». It is proved that this construct hides not increased awareness, but the strengthening of classical defense mechanisms – rationalization and intellectualization «informational pseudo-transformation» – the replacement of real personal changes with the mastery of psychological language. A fundamentally new concept of overcoming the crisis through the integration of the experience gained into professional and social activities is proposed. An innovative algorithm of therapeutic support aimed at translating knowledge into life-building practice has been developed.

    Abstract:
    Авторы статьи отмечают, что в связи с быстро меняющейся перспективой сферы образования преподаватели часто сталкиваются с разнообразием факторов стресса: от институциональных требований до личных проблем. Подчеркивается, что понимание наличия данных факторов, влияющих на восприятие стресса и механизмы его преодоления, имеет решающее значение не только для благополучия педагогов, но и общего качества образования. Цель данного исследования – выявить взаимосвязь между воспринимаемым стрессом, его оценкой и механизмами преодоления. В частности, фокус исследования направлен на понимание феномена стресса, его признание и оценку способности преподавателей адаптироваться в сложных ситуациях образовательной среды.

    Статья посвящена теме феномена сопротивления в коучинге с акцентом на психодинамическое понимание этого процесса. Авторы рассматривают сопротивление не как препятствие, а как важный маркер зоны трансформации, возникающий на пересечении индивидуальных психологических механизмов, организационного давления и коучингового взаимодействия. Особое внимание уделяется бессознательным защитным стратегиям, описанным в работах З. Фрейда, А. Фрейд, Г. Вейланта и Ф. Бромберга. В статье выделяются основные формы сопротивления – пассивное, активное и утвердительное – и проводится их сопоставление с психодинамическими защитами. Подчёркивается, что в корпоративной среде сопротивление может быть как индивидуальным, так и системным, а у руководителей – принимать завуалированные формы. Работа с сопротивлением требует от коуча зрелости, эмпатии и способности распознавать скрытые процессы клиента и системы. Статья предлагает интегрированный подход, где сопротивление рассматривается как ресурс для глубинной трансформации и личностного роста, а не как помеха коучинговому процессу.

Автор опирается на теоретические основания методологии Hogan Assessments, психодинамической концепции защитных механизмов и системного анализа групповой динамики. Особое внимание уделяется деструктивным паттернам поведения, возникающим в условиях стресса, и их роли в формировании неосознаваемых сценариев командного взаимодействия. Предлагается многоуровневая рамка поведенческого анализа, включающая индивидуальный, поведенческий и системный уровни. Статья ориентирована на специалистов в области организационного консультирования, поведенческой диагностики и работы с управленческими рисками.

  • Socio-Psychological Features of Preschool Children with Unpopular Sociometric Statuses

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the study of some socio-psychological characteristics of preschool children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The sociometric structure of a small social group is the result of its development and has a significant impact both on the functioning of the group itself and on the socio-psychological development of its members. On the one hand, personality traits along with other factors of psychical development and socialization contribute to or hinder the acquisition of favorable sociometric statuses. On the other hand, the possession of a certain sociometric status has an impact on the development of socio-psychological characteristics of the individual. Children with unpopular statuses are situated at the zone risk. The aim of the work was to study the socio-psychological characteristics of children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The study was conducted in preschool educational institutions of Petrozavodsk, Prionezhsky and Medvezhyegorsky districts of the Republic of Karelia. We used some methods to test the hypothesis. These are the «Secret» method, «Observation of children's communication», the Rosenzweig test, the «Monitoring aggressive behavior of children» method. The results of the study. The study found that neglected and ignored children have got by aggression and anxiety; demonstration of aggression and anxiety in children with unpopular sociometric statuses are determined by the strength of the need for communication (initiative). These qualities are inherent in children who have a high need for communication. In rejected and isolated children with low need for communication, these qualities are not expressed. Anxiety differs in situations of interaction with peers or adults. The results of the study determine new tasks and the direction of correctional and developmental work with unpopular children.
