On the example of «Business Car Caspiy», an analysis of the economic performance and logistics activities of the company has been carried out. In order to mitigate the impact of constraints, several measures have been proposed, including optimizing the product assortment and introducing a dynamic stock buffer management practice using a new information and accounting system that optimizes relations with suppliers and customers.

    Abstract:
    In this article, the authors consider the concepts of "unregistered cohabitation" and "official marriage" from the perspective of sociology and psychology. The results of the conducted research on the attitude of students aged 18 to 25 years to unregistered cohabitation and official marriage are of interest. Analyzing the results of the survey, the authors identified peculiarities in the views of young people regarding issues of cohabitation and official registration of marriage, the main reasons for cohabitation and marriage, the preferred age of marriage and other aspects. The results show that for students, the factor of love is important when entering into a marriage union, as well as the conditioning of cohabitation by the desire to check the relationship before the official registration of marriage. However, there is a variety of views on the unregistered union and its role in the relationship, as well as different opinions about the optimal age for marriage.

    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

    This study examines the complex world of cadastral considerations in the planning of tourist infrastructure with an emphasis on tourist and ecological trails (TET). On the basis of an integrated approach, the key indicators of the TPP are identified and the technical aspects of engineering structures at the TPP are considered. Based on Federal Law No. 221-FZ, the study examines in detail cadastral activities on extensive TET, with special attention paid to problems related to the diversity of land plots. The main conclusions emphasize the key role of cadastral works, contributing to informed decision-making in the field of sustainable tourism development.

    In the context of the modern super-technological, technofetishist paradigm, the category of corporeality is fundamentally transformed, and the phenomenon of the body is increasingly conceptualised and interpreted through notions of formless, structureless formations that exist as a configuration of surfaces (screen body, antibody, body without organs, zero body, body without space). In the context of a technologised, digital environment, with the development and spread of transhumanist ideas, a number of philosophical problems become particularly relevant, among them going beyond the limits of the human, the body's detachment from its own topography, and the elusiveness of subjectivity. This article attempts to describe these metamorphoses on the example of Julia Ducournau's film "Titan", based on the concept of utopianisation of the body proposed by Michel Foucault in 1966 as part of the radio programme "French Culture".

    The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that unemployment is one of the main problems that have a direct impact on the labor market at the macro and micro levels. The object of the study was the social relations that develop in the process of legal regulation of unemployment and employment in the Russian Federation. The subject of the study was federal regulatory legal acts providing social protection for the unemployed in the Russian Federation, materials of state authorities and their territorial divisions, judicial acts, as well as scientific developments of domestic authors. In the process of research, general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, structural and systematic approach) were applied, private scientific methods were used, among which statistical, logical, comparative and formal legal methods should be distinguished. In the scientific works of modern authors, the development of theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept and categories of the unemployed continues, research is being conducted on the legal status of the unemployed and its classifications, legal issues of social security are considered. In this context, the issues of legal regulation of employment and social protection against unemployment seem relevant. Based on the results of the study, promising directions in the mechanism of legal regulation were identified.

  • Estimating the coherence of mental representations of category “emotion” in non-psychologist and psychologist students

    Psychologists studying emotion repeatedly noted that the meaning of the concept of «emotion» in both everyday and scientific area is characterized by insufficient coherence and fuzzy boundaries. This raises the question of whether the representations of people in everyday life include a related set of properties that characterize emotions as a class of phenomena, and whether these representations differ in non-psychologist and psychologist students. Our goal was to study the coherence of mental representations of emotions as a class of phenomena among psychologist and non-psychologist students. Participants included non-psychologist (100 male, 110 female, mean age – 19 years) and psychologist students (31 male, 159 female, mean age – 20 years). Methods used included the method of definitions, the method of associations; the coherence of the answers was estimated with frequency analysis, the method of family resemblance by E. Roche, the Pearson association coefficient, the method for calculating the indices of coherence, divergence and structure organization proposed by A.V. Karpov. The results of the study showed that non-psychologist students' answers were characterized the lower level of categorical validity, structure coherence, overall organization, established less amount of correlations then psychologist students' answers. It can be concluded that mental representations of non-psychologist students demonstrate lower coherence than psychologist students. The observed differences may be due to the fact that psychologist students learn scientific concepts of emotion as part of their education. At the same time, the answers that psychologist students give cannot be called completely coherent, which may be due to the difficulty of identifying a related set of properties that consist the meaning of the scientific concept of emotion. In conclusion are given some recommendations for the teacher aimed at increasing the level of coherence in mental representations of emotions among students.

    Currently, in the conditions of market relations, organizations have significantly increased the number of counterparties – product suppliers and buyers, that is, debtors and creditors, due to a number of objective and subjective factors, the procedure for accounting and reporting receivables and payables has become more complicated. In order to properly build relationships with customers, it is necessary to constantly monitor the current state of mutual settlements and monitor trends in their changes in the medium and long term. At the same time, control should be differentiated in relation to different groups of customers, distribution channels, regions and forms of contractual relations. Accounts receivable and accounts payable are a natural phenomenon for the system of settlements between enterprises existing in Russia. In the structure of receivables and payables, the largest share (up to 90%) is occupied by obligations to suppliers and claims to buyers, therefore, these indicators directly affect the solvency and financial stability of organizations. The problems of reliability and timeliness of accounting, reporting and analytical information on settlement transactions with partners in commodity transactions, which affect the effectiveness of tactical and strategic management, are becoming especially relevant.

    Значительная часть существующих экономических школ связывает развитие экономики государства с возникновением новых предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса. При этом законы экономической конкуренции, значительное изменение структуры рынка, регуляторные меры и т. д. могут приводить к изменению количества таких предприятий в силу «естественных» причин (прибыльность/убыточность предприятия, растущий/стагнирующий рынок, простота/сложность финансовой отчётности и т. д.). Таким образом, для каждого государства на определенном этапе его историко-экономического развития существует определённое количество организаций, которые могут одновременно сосуществовать на его территории. Для принятия управленческих решений на уровне выработки стратегии развития государственной экономики (например, выбор между оказанием поддержки малому бизнесу или поддержкой процессов укрупнения предприятий и организаций) необходимо не только знать, каково актуальное количество предприятий, но и осуществлять прогнозирование динамики их численности на ближайшую перспективу. Построению соответствующей прогностической модели посвящено данное исследование.

  • Some Features of the Lexicon of the Russian Language Personality

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the process of modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary enrichment as a result of cultural-historic development of Russia in concert with the Russian language. The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze semantically-structural features of lexical units being the most relevant and widely used in the modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary; to characterize the «linguistic personality» term based on the native and foreign linguist scientific studies; to interrelate active vocabulary enrichment of modern linguistic personality with cultural-historic development of language, nation, country. The following linguistic investigation methods were used: method of observation, method of description, method of content analysis, method of scoring. As the result of study 5 lexical units, the most relevant and significant from national history and modern geopolitics viewpoint, used in speech of contemporary native speakers of Russian living both in Russia and outside, were discovered, described and analyzed: «alphabet», «satellite», «Sputnik V», «the Trans-Siberian Railroad», and «the Baykal-Amur Mainline» words. Conclusion. Cultural-historic development of nation and country encourages evolution of language system lexical level which leads to vocabulary enrichment of linguistic personality using this language as means of communication.

    The purpose of the article is a theoretical understanding of the problem of the formation of professional and value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity at the stage of university training. Probably, these factors themselves can be considered «the same» for all universities, however, the goals and objectives of training specialists, the content of educational programs in «departmental» and «civil» universities will differ, setting the «vector» of personal and professional formation of students. Methods – theoretical analysis and generalization of approaches to the consideration of this problem. It is shown that professional value orientations are understood in modern psychological literature as an integrative personal structure that determines the professional consciousness of a specialist, characterizes his attitude to the profession, reflects the content side of the personality's orientation to the values of professional activity, including in the aspect of the value of education and profession. The cognitive, emotional and behavioral components are distinguished in the structure of the PCE, while the content features of the PCE of the future psychologist of professional activity can be revealed through the study of professional attitudes, professional motives and professional values. The main functions of the PCE are semantic, evaluative-regulatory and socially-oriented. As a result of the study the model for studying and forming professional value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity, which can be used as the basis for both empirical research and recommendations for the formation and correction of professional value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity in different training conditions has been developed.
