Economics and Law: problems, strategy, monitoring- Author:

- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the history of the Third All-Russian Congress of Military-Industrial Committees in May 1917, in the conditions of the ongoing World War I, in a difficult period after the February Revolution of 1917 in Russia. It was in industry that, in the circumstances of wartime, all the organizing threads that ensured the integrity of the national organism and resistance to various destructive phenomena were concentrated. To maintain the normal course of production, assistance was required from all the organized forces of the country that were close to this case. First of all, this was to be expected from the military-industrial organization, which formed a coherent wide network of institutions – local and regional committees, headed by the central one. The research uses the methods of scientific search: concrete historical, problem-chronological, systematization and comparative analysis of the material. It is shown that the III All-Russian Congress of Representatives of the Military-Industrial committees, who for two years were at the head of the military industry, certainly could not pass by the disturbing issues of the moment that required immediate resolution.

- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to the problems of formation of professional sense of justice of lawyers, that receiving education in the system of departmental universities. There is a tendency to reduce the overall level of culture and to increase infantilism, the existence of gaps in the moral consciousness of a significant part of young people. These factors have a negative impact on the formation of professional legal awareness of the law enforcement system’s future employees. A particularly disturbing tendency is the crisis of the national identity of this part of the youth, since law enforcement officers, at the time of their professional duties, act on behalf of the state. As a means of overcoming these negative aspects, a system of state-patriotic education is proposed, designed to develop a sense of national pride and professional responsibility.

These mechanisms contribute essentially to the way the news is spread within society and perceived by it. Ideological and economic interests also have their saying in it. With being the fourth power in a democracy, the media has a lot of influence on public opinion and therefore has the power to influence the outcome and result of elections and other democratic processes directly or indirectly, depending on the political view and agenda the media owners have – or not. Hiding by showing and the infowar mechanisms are debated in this article, as well as the problem of internal filter methods of media outlets concerning the broadcast of news. Additionally, the problem of fake news, distorted news and media (il)literacy within society are discussed as well.

Questions of Education and Psychology- Authors:

- Abstract:
- The purpose of the work is to describe the method of the linguoculturological field (LCF), the features of its application in RFL classes and to demonstrate its capabilities in the aspect of professionalization. The theoretical substantiation of the method is given, the principles of LCF formation in the didactic aspect are formulated and models of three linguistic and cultural fields are presented. The following research methods were used in the work: the method of controlled selection, conceptual analysis, synthesis, field modeling. The authors noted the need for the formation of non-philological specialties among foreign students along with the professional competence of linguistic and cultural competence. This approach can greatly facilitate the process of entry of foreign students into the field of professional language, and also gives them the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian culture at the same time. The latter, in turn, will contribute to the formation of communicative competence, which is necessary for successful study in Russia. It is possible to achieve the simultaneous development of these three competencies by applying the LCF method. As a result, a key concept corresponding to their professionalization develops in the minds of students. For medical students it is a "Russian doctor", for military school students it is a "Russian warrior", for music students it is a "Russian musician". The article traces the connection of linguoculturology, linguistics and professional language. The concept of the linguoculturological field, its structure and units (linguoculturemes) is given. These units are, among other things, vocabulary located at the junction of the mentioned disciplines. Three linguistic and cultural fields have been formed, each of which contains 5 lists of linguistic units: 1) frequently used words; 2) sample contexts; 3) prominent figures in the field; 4) fiction and non-fiction texts; 5) quotes and sayings. These units generally cover the center, periphery and cultural component of each simulated field. It is proposed to organize RCT training, moving from the center to the periphery of the field according to educational centers united by the corresponding cultural theme. Brief recommendations on the implementation of the training center in the thematic plan are also given.

World War I Through the Eyes of a Cavalryman: an Overview of the Diary Entries
Review Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 3 No 4- Author:
- Elena V. Fedotova
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- The work is devoted to the analysis of the field diaries of the participant of the First World War V.D. Efremov (1890–1978), a native of the Chuvash village of Ilyutkino, Staro-Maksimkinskaya volost, Chistopol district, Kazan province. The purpose of the research is to study the document in the context of historical events and introduce them into scientific use. The work is based on the author's field materials. The document is analyzed from a historical perspective. At the same time, in this work, the author turns to ethnographic and literary approaches. V.D. Efremov (1890–1978) – cavalryman of the 5th squadron of the 14th Dragoon Little Russian regiment. His diary entries were made in Russian in 1915 on the territory of Belarus. The value of this document lies in the fact that it represents the records made during the hostilities themselves. There is not so much evidence of this kind in Russian historiography. The records allow us to trace the movement of a soldier for more than six months and his perception of military events. Interesting in the diary is a poetic text in the Chuvash language, the author of which is K.D. Efremov, brother of a soldier. The song is filled with philosophical content and was written in the folklore traditions of the Chuvash people.

Pedagogy, Psychology, Society- Authors:
- Dmitrij N. Ermakov, Grigorii G. Popov
- Work direction:
- Теория и методика общего и дополнительного образования
- Abstract:
- The authors, based on poorly studied documents and secondary sources, consider the events on Khalkhin Gol in the context of the development of military-political and economic processes in East Asia, primarily related to the Sin War. The authors claim that the Japanese militarists did not abandon their plans of aggression against the USSR after Khalkhin-Gol, and the cessation of hostilities against the Red Army and the MNR troops was caused by the position of politicians in the leadership of Japan. Due to the pressure of the militarists on the Japanese government and parliament, rapprochement between the USSR and Japan became extremely difficult after December 1939. The authors argue that the decision of the Japanese government to stop fighting on the Khalkhin-Gol River was caused by the complication of the economic situation in Japan itself as a result of the outbreak of World War II and the prolongation of the Sin War.

- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to research and development of a project for a process information system for supply chain management (SCM) (based on the example of warehouse logistics of JSC Kaluga Remputmash plant). The process of taking inventory on charge to the warehouse was selected for detailed consideration. The characteristics of the enterprise, its mission, strategic goals are described, and the architectural and process model of the enterprise is constructed. During a pre-project survey, an architectural and process model of the system for taking inventory on charge to the warehouse (“AS-IS”) was formed. The developed solutions include three aspects: practical significance, scientific and technical novelty, and commercial feasibility. Practical significance means that this system will allow the company to reduce warehouse costs, reduce the time for taking inventory on charge, for drafting and processing documents, and improve the reliability of information. Scientific and technical novelty reflects the identified problems in the process of taking inventory on charge to the warehouse and solutions to eliminate these problems. Commercial feasibility consists in the estimated effectiveness of the proposed solution.
