    The article examines the concept of roles in bullying, based on an analysis of literary sources, the main roles are identified: aggressor, victim, witness who reinforces the bully’s behavior, bully’s assistant, passive observer, defender of the victim.     The article is devoted to preserving the continuity of two generations of the sons of the Chuvash people in the defense of the Fatherland. The exploits of the representatives of the older generation who defended their homeland – the Soviet Union in the fight against the fascist invaders in 1941–1945 and the successors of their cause – the sons of officers who served in the Russian Armed Forces. Their role and place in strengthening the country's defense capability and patriotic education of young people are revealed.

    В статье анализируются некоторые проблемы участия адвоката-защитника в процессе доказывания по уголовному делу. Устанавливается, что возможности адвоката-защитника по сбору доказательств ограничены. Основная проблема заключается в том, что сведения, собранные адвокатом-защитником, не признаются доказательствами автоматически – их должен рассмотреть следователь или дознаватель, после этих манипуляций со стороны следователя и дознавателя принимается решение о приобщении сведений к материалам уголовного дела.
