    Abstract:
    В статье отмечается, что исследуемые нормы о легализации имеют бланкетные диспозиции, что порождает различное толкование понятий «финансовая операция» и «сделка», делается вывод о том, что финансовая операция является разновидностью сделки, которая имеет свои отличные от нее отраслевые признаки. Авторы отмечают, что состав анализируемого преступления в уголовном законе определен как формальный и совершение одной сделки с преступным предметом является оконченным и уголовно наказуемым деянием.

В связи с этим исследователь приходит к выводу об отсутствии конкуренции составов.
