- Abstract:
- The article presents the results of a study of professional deficits of modern teachers in the field of communicative competence. The purpose of the scientific work is to identify professional deficits based on the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and empirical research methods. The relevance of the work is indicated by the needs of the state and society for teachers who are ready to carry out their professional activities in accordance with the new social situation caused by the emergence of modern face-to-face and network communications. The main concepts of the article are determined through the generalization of scientific research. The survey of teachers made it possible to identify deficits in the field of various competencies. The survey of teachers on the subject of professional deficits indicated communicative difficulties, helped to identify ways to overcome difficulties through methodological support and targeted assistance.

- Modern problems of socio-economic development of Russian regions are caused by various factors of inequality, which not only does not decrease, but acquires a new content and scale in the heyday of technology. In this context, the problems of social independence of people with health deficits become even more significant, exacerbating territorial and other forms of regional inequality, which requires special mechanisms to overcome them. Inclusive design as a new resource for overcoming regional inequality is just beginning its institutional movement, but it is already obvious today that the number of initiatives developing rapidly reflects the need to explore the prospects and risks of their scaling.

- The chapter examines the issues of staffing the economy in the context of the groundwork and prospects. The prerequisites for updating the topic of staffing the economy are highlighted and the urgent problems hindering technological development are systematized. Attention is focused on forecasting personnel needs as the main mechanism for overcoming imbalances between the needs of the economy in personnel and the capabilities of the education system. Scientific and normative methods and models of forecasting personnel needs are investigated, typical metrics are generalized. The interrelationships between the priorities of socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation and staffing and staff shortage are analyzed. The limitations of forecasting methods for personnel needs are systematized. Special attention is paid to approaches to ensuring the human resources needs of the economy for the purposes of forming a national project and implementing the goals of technological development. The continuity of the components of the methodology for forecasting personnel needs of the new format and qualitative changes in the set of statistical data and approaches to the selection of a source base for the purpose of forecasting personnel needs are reflected.

- The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of the regional center for continuing professional skills of pedagogical workers in the framework of the national project "Education", to describe the algorithm for the development and implementation of an individual educational route of pedagogical workers and management teams in the Chuvash Republic. Methods. In order to effectively organize the process of continuous improvement of professional skills of teaching staff, monitoring studies and analysis of professional skills of teachers at various levels of the education system - primary, general and secondary vocational - were carried out. Results. Based on the data obtained, advanced training courses for teachers with a focus on the practical part and individual work were reformatted. The practice-oriented component of the courses has been expanded by increasing the number of hours allocated for internships, practical classes and master classes by leading teachers. The methodological work of the Center is inextricably linked with the activities of professional communities, subject associations and methodological services. There is a constant exchange of experience and best practices to solve the problems of professional growth, in the process of discussing significant professional problems. Conclusions. The application of these techniques allows us to build an effective system of continuous professional development, which ultimately contributes to the development and strengthening of education in the region.

The article deals with the competent organization of the process of teaching this category of students in the General education system. The article analyzes the features of planning the educational process, organization of the student's workplace in the classroom, the implementation of his motor activity, the system of rewards and rewards, and feedback on the child's behavior.
