Подчеркивается важность разработки доступной образовательной среды и адаптация учебного процесса под индивидуальные потребности детей при помощи информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Рассматриваются преимущества ЦОР, такие как мультимедийные форматы, интерактивные задания и адаптивные платформы, которые способствуют персонализации обучения и повышению мотивации учеников. Автор указывает на ряд барьеров, которые замедляют интеграцию цифровых решений. Статья также акцентирует внимание на важности поддержки от государства и разработке стратегии, направленной на эффективное использование ЦОР в инклюзивном образовании.

Акцентируется внимание на роли уважения к субъектности личности, ориентации на ресурсы и благополучие в создании благоприятной образовательной среды, снижении эмоциональной неустойчивости и тревожности, а также в профилактике социальных рисков. Рассматривается необходимость применения гуманитарных стратегий позитивной педагогики для формирования устойчивых образовательных результатов и успешной социализации обучающихся. Особое внимание уделяется роли педагога как фасилитатора личностного роста, значению профилактики через создание поддерживающей среды и эффективности позитивных психологических интервенций (ППИ) в школьной и вузовской практике. Интеграция ценностей позитивной психотерапии в образование, способствует не только академическим успехам, но и развитию эмоционального интеллекта, социальной адаптации и психологическому благополучию учащихся.

Философия подхода и инструменты ППТ могут существенно обогатить ежедневную практику специалистов, работающих на всех этапах сопровождения наркологических пациентов. Цель статьи – попытка соотнести ППТ с имеющимися утверждёнными рекомендациями по работе с пациентами с пагубным употреблением психоактивных веществ (ПАВ).

    В статье рассматривается насущная необходимость модернизации содержания и технологий дошкольного и начального образования в ответ на стремительные изменения современного мира. Анализируются ключевые направления совершенствования образовательного процесса, включая интеграцию актуальных научных знаний и передовых технологий, развитие гибких навыков (soft skills) и компетенций XXI века, индивидуализацию обучения с учетом потребностей каждого ребенка, а также формирование функциональной грамотности, необходимой для успешной адаптации в обществе. Особое внимание уделяется внедрению активных методов обучения, использованию цифровых инструментов и формирующему оцениванию для отслеживания прогресса учеников. Подчеркивается ключевая роль педагога как организатора и наставника в образовательном процессе, а также важность постоянного повышения его квалификации. Актуальность исследования обусловлена противоречием между нормативными требованиями и недостаточной компетентностью педагогов. Целью работы является анализ и систематизация профессиональных дефицитов, выявленных в ходе наблюдения за практической деятельностью учителей, и обоснование необходимости разработки обучающей программы. В качестве результатов представлены три ключевые проблемы: терминологическая неопределенность, фрагментарность применения игр и недостаток операциональных умений. В заключении, на основе анализа практического опыта, обозначены перспективы разработки и апробации модульной обучающей программы для педагогов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the phenomenon of resentment as a maladaptive communicative pattern underlying passive-aggressive manipulative strategies. Game psychotechnologies, in particular the method of transformational games, are considered as an effective tool for correction. On the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis (neurophysiology, integrative psychology), the mechanisms of the method's impact are revealed, including the activation of neuroplasticity, cognitive restructuring and development of mentalization skills. Theoretical provisions and empirical data on the effectiveness of the method are illustrated by a detailed analysis of a clinical case of correction of the «subservience-resentment» pattern in a 43-year-old woman. It is proved that game practice contributes to the formation of mature communicative strategies based on empathy and adequate perception of the needs of others, which is confirmed by catamnestic data

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрены экономические аспекты внедрения генетических технологий в систему здравоохранения. Проанализированы перспективы применения геномных исследований для диагностики наследственных заболеваний, прогнозирования предрасположенности к патологиям смешанной природы и персонализированной лекарственной терапии. Отмечено, что снижение стоимости секвенирования генома создает условия для расширения применения метода, однако значительная часть расходов связана с сопутствующими процедурами – консультациями, биоинформатическим анализом и хранением данных. Показано, что экономическая эффективность технологий наиболее высока при точечной диагностике и таргетной терапии, в то время как всеобщая расшифровка генома населения остается нецелесообразной. Особое внимание уделено макроэкономическим факторам, включая необходимость инвестиций в инфраструктуру, подготовку кадров и правовое регулирование. Сделан вывод о целесообразности поэтапного внедрения генетических технологий в клиническую практику с акцентом на сферы, где доказана медицинская и экономическая результативность.

    The relevance of the study is associated with the importance of import substitution development in Russia. The chapter examines the dynamics of dependence on foreign goods, services and technologies in various industries, the dynamics of industrial production development, and the introduction of advanced production technologies, the dynamics of import quotas and commodity structure of imports. The authors shows the dependence of Russian industrial enterprises on the main categories of imports, suggests ways to ensure the economic security of regions during the implementation of import substitution programs, and indicators for assessing the impact of import substitution processes on Russia's economic security. A conclusion is made about the need to supplement the list of indicators of Russia's economic security with indicators of import substitution effectiveness.

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

    The chapter discusses the problem of determining liability for harm caused by self-driving cars. The article examines the legal relations that arise in connection with the infliction of harm by autonomous vehicles, as well as possible mechanisms for the distribution of responsibility between the participants in these relations. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid development of autonomous technologies and the simultaneous lack of clear legal regulatory mechanisms. An analysis of current approaches to the allocation of responsibility between manufacturers, owners and users of unmanned systems is proposed, as well as possible ways to address the identified legal gaps.

    The article considers the problem of forming patriotic values among students of secondary specialized and higher educational institutions of legal specialties through the use of gaming technologies, in particular, quests. With the need to preserve national identity, the relevance of patriotic education is increasing. Analyzing the socialization of first-year students in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, it was concluded that in the context of the development of a post-industrial, information society, the traditional approach to teaching history has become obsolete, and the new reality requires a new approach to teaching. The article proposes interactive teaching methods for History education. As part of the study, the authors presented the features of using quests as imitation teaching methods. These approaches increase the engagement, motivation and efficiency of material assimilation, contributing to the strengthening of spiritual and moral values. The "In the Footsteps of History" quest, focusing on the 1949 Khabarovsk trial of Japanese Kwantung Army members, was tested with first-year law students at the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian State University for the Humanities in Khabarovsk. The quest is adaptable for teaching the Second World War and other subjects, including non-humanities, with customized tasks aligning with curricular and professional competencies.
