  • Theoretical problems of mentoring formation in Russian universities

    Abstract:
    The chapter demonstrates the implementation of mentorship programs as one of the ways to optimize the process and outcomes of academic and educational work in accordance with higher education (HE) programs. At the outset of the study, essential characteristics are given to such basic concepts as «mentorship," «mentor," and «mentee." Based on their examination, as well as on a consideration of the current realities in which Russian universities operate, an interim conclusion is drawn about the fundamental possibility of using mentorship as a means of intensifying educational activity. The main methodological approaches to its implementation are examined. The chapter also discusses the models of mentorship that have found the widest application within organizations implementing higher education programs in our country. Further, the opportunities that exist for improving pedagogical activity carried out in the conditions of a modern university are studied, the realization of which will be facilitated by the further dissemination of mentorship.

    Abstract:
    The possibilities that exist today for the effective use of digital technologies in order to form students of modern universities with the initial skills of leading a healthy lifestyle in physical education classes are being explored. At the beginning of the chapter, the authors, based on the results of an analysis of a number of scientific and methodological literature titles, define the terms «health» and healthy lifestyle. Further, the potential inherent in modern physical education training sessions in terms of developing relevant competencies among young students is demonstrated. The tasks are determined, the solution of which in the course of classes in this subject seems necessary for the formation of the basics of healthy lifestyle. The role of digital technologies in their solution is determined. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of such a role are called. After that, the authors describe a number of digital technologies categories, the functionality of which, in their opinion, will contribute to the implementation of these conditions in the educational practice of a modern university.

    The chapter substantiates the need for additional professional education for teachers of the «Fundamentals of religious cultures and secular ethics» (ORKSE) course through professional development programs. Drawing on years of experience providing methodological support for the subject's introduction and implementation in the Russian Federation (piloted since 2010), the study identifies persistent professional gaps among teachers: a lack of knowledge regarding the developmental characteristics of fourth-graders, limited command of practical teaching tools, and a need to rethink the content of initial teacher training. The article explores the link between the developmental characteristics of primary school-age children and the teaching methodology for ORKSE. It demonstrates the effectiveness of district-level professional development courses, noting their role in fostering inter-school collaboration, sharing best practices, and addressing specific professional deficiencies. Using schools in St. Petersburg as examples, the article examines common challenges faced by educational institutions and proposes practical approaches to improving programs, with a focus on specific tools and case studies.

  • Active biology teaching methods: modern approaches

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines active methods of teaching biology as a means of enhancing students’ cognitive activity, independence, and motivation. It reveals modern approaches to organizing the educational process, based on problem-based, project-based, research-based, and practice-oriented learning. Special attention is paid to the use of discussions, practical work, laboratory research, educational projects, excursions, group and game activities, as well as digital educational resources. It has been shown that the use of active methods contributes to the development of subject-specific and meta-subject competencies, the development of critical thinking, communication skills, the ability to analyze information, and the application of biological knowledge in practical situations. The conditions for the effective use of active methods in biology lessons have been identified: taking into account the age-related and individual characteristics of students, clearly setting goals, organizing cooperation, and objectively assessing the results of the activities.

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of developing orthographic vigilance in primary school students. It proposes a system of work that includes the development of phonemic hearing, visual memory, and algorithmic thinking. Effective methods and techniques are presented: orthographic reading, commented writing, game technologies, and the «little window» method. The chapter describes examples of lesson fragments for grades 2–4, differentiated tasks, and techniques for preventing dysgraphia and working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

    Abstract:
    The chapter substantiates the use of the projective technique «The Man in the Rain» (E.S. Romanova, T.I. Sytko) for the diagnosis and correction of the emotional state of children from families of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO) within the framework of psychological and pedagogical support. The relevance is driven by the difficult life situation of these children: prolonged separation from a parent, anxiety for his life, and the risk of chronic stress and double deprivation. The limited effectiveness of verbal methods and the value of drawing tests, which make it possible to bypass defense mechanisms, are noted. The procedure of the technique and the specifics of its interpretation for the target group are described (the absence of means of protection, dark clouds, a diminished figure, avoidant strategies, additional supports, and a change in the character's gender). Based on practical experience with children aged 10–14, five typical response patterns are identified: «resourceful adaptation», «defensive isolation», «defenselessness and depression», «aggressive confrontation», and «fantasy compensation». The corrective potential of the technique is revealed: therapeutic conversation, serial drawing, modified versions, integration with art therapy, and work with the family. A five-stage program of corrective work is proposed (diagnostic, stabilizing, corrective, consolidating, and supporting stages). Limitations and prospects for further research are outlined.

    Abstract:
    The foundations of human resilience are laid and strengthened primarily through the interaction between a child and their parents. The early period of interpersonal relationship formation-specifically the emotional bond between mother and child-is of particular importance, as this experience serves as the basis for personality development. The study was conducted in stages and involved 160 participants. The primary objective of the first stage was to identify the relationship between a woman's attachment style regarding her own mother and the nature of her attitude toward her child. Participants were divided into two groups: the first consisted of mothers of preschool-aged children, while the second comprised women raising primary school-aged children. The second stage of the study focused on identifying the cognitive-behavioral characteristics of individuals in early adulthood based on their attachment style. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study was based on J. Bowlby’s attachment theory, L.S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical approach, and the concept of the maternal sphere developed by G.G. Filippova. Research methods included theoretical analysis of the material, synthesis of existing research and knowledge on the subject, comparison, classification, systematization, and statistical data processing. It was established that the development of resilience in preschool and primary school-aged children is determined by attachment style. Similarly, resilience characteristics in early adulthood are determined by the attachment style formed during early childhood. Young adults with a secure attachment style demonstrate the highest levels of resilience in situations of intense stress and uncertainty.

    This study addresses a pressing problem in contemporary sports psychology – the mental resilience of athletes. The aim of the study is to identify the psychological determinants and mechanisms that ensure effective adaptation and successful performance of athletes under extreme competitive conditions. It is emphasized that mental resilience constitutes a complex system of personality traits that enables an athlete to maintain an optimal functional state, concentration of attention, and self‑confidence despite the impact of stressors. The work analyzes the key psychological determinants of mental resilience, including motivation, goal‑setting, self‑efficacy, and hardiness. Particular attention is devoted to the role of cognitive processes, such as cognitive reappraisal and mindfulness, in developing stress resistance. The chapter contains a theoretical review of contemporary research in the field of sports psychology, as well as empirical data obtained through the study of the psychophysiological characteristics of highly qualified athletes. The development of mental resilience in highly qualified athletes requires a comprehensive approach that includes the development of both personal qualities and motivation, as well as the formation of effective strategies for coping with stress and self‑regulation.

    В статье исследуются перспективы развития цифровизации корпоративных финансов в современных условиях, характеризующихся санкционным давлением, необходимостью импортозамещения финансовых технологий и ускоренной цифровой трансформацией бизнес-процессов. На основе систематизации теоретических положений институциональной экономики, теории агентских отношений и ресурсной теории фирмы обоснована многомерная природа цифровой трансформации финансовой функции корпорации. Выявлены ключевые методы и инструменты цифровизации – от ERP-систем и RPA-роботизации до искусственного интеллекта и блокчейн-платформ. Определены проблемы, сдерживающие цифровую трансформацию, включая высокую стоимость внедрения, дефицит квалифицированных кадров и фрагментарность нормативного регулирования. Обоснованы перспективные направления развития цифровизации корпоративных финансов, включая интеграцию предиктивной аналитики в стратегическое планирование, расширение практики применения цифровых финансовых активов и формирование национальной инфраструктуры финансовых данных.

    В статье исследуются теоретические и прикладные аспекты управления корпоративными финансами в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. Показано, что традиционные модели финансового менеджмента, основанные на дискретной отчётности и ретроспективных данных, утрачивают адекватность в быстро меняющейся цифровой среде. Цель работы – систематизация подходов к управлению капиталом, инвестициями и рисками с использованием цифровых технологий, а также выявление ключевых вызовов и перспектив их интеграции в корпоративную практику. Методологическую основу составляют системный и институциональный подходы, анализ научной литературы и эмпирических данных. Особое внимание уделено российскому контексту, где санкционные ограничения и необходимость импортозамещения финансовых технологий усиливают актуальность поиска новых управленческих моделей. В результате определены основные направления цифровизации корпоративных финансов, включая внедрение больших данных, искусственного интеллекта, облачных платформ и блокчейн-решений, а также обоснованы рекомендации по минимизации связанных с ними рисков. Полученные выводы могут быть использованы как в научных исследованиях, так и в практике финансового управления корпорациями.

    В статье рассматривается трансформация роли педагога в контексте внедрения обновленных Федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов (ФГОС). Анализируется взаимосвязь между уровнем профессиональной культуры учителя и формированием психологически безопасной образовательной среды. Обосновывается тезис о том, что переход от субъект-объектной к субъект-субъектной парадигме образования требует пересмотра коммуникативных стратегий учителя с учетом цифровизации дидактики. Особое внимание уделяется триединству комфортности образовательного процесса (психологической, интеллектуальной, физической) как фундаменту здоровьесбережения обучающихся. Проанализированы психолого-педагогические особенности развития логического мышления в возрасте 7–10 лет, описаны дидактические возможности цифровых игровых приложений, а также представлены критерии их отбора и методические рекомендации по интеграции в учебный процесс. Особое внимание уделяется соблюдению санитарно-гигиенических норм и минимизации рисков, связанных с использованием цифровых устройств. На основе сравнительного анализа популярных образовательных платформ («ЛогикЛайк», «Умназия», «Учи.ру», «Khan Academy Kids» и др.) предложены модели включения приложений в урочную и внеурочную деятельность.

    В статье анализируется цифровизация образования как фундаментальный сдвиг педагогической парадигмы. Исследуются предпосылки этого процесса: технологические прорывы, императивы цифровой экономики и когнитивные особенности новых поколений. Систематизируется арсенал цифровых инструментов (адаптивные платформы, иммерсивные среды, педагогическая аналитика). Оцениваются вероятные итоги цифровизации: новые возможности (персонализация, инклюзия) и системные угрозы (цифровое неравенство, эрозия коммуникации, риски приватности). Особое внимание уделяется переосмыслению роли педагога и необходимости сохранения гуманистического вектора, при котором технологии усиливают, а не подменяют человеческое начало в обучении.

    В статье рассматривается эволюция и текущее состояние коммуникативных технологий в системе высшего образования. Коммуникационные инструменты анализируются не как вспомогательный дидактический аппарат, а как фундаментальная среда, формирующая новую образовательную реальность. На основе синтеза педагогического, психологического и лингвистического подходов изучается трансформация ролевых моделей участников учебного процесса, а также специфика формирования цифровой коммуникативной компетенции. Особое внимание уделяется двойственной природе технологических возможностей и сопутствующих рисков, среди которых выделяются синдром цифровой усталости, эрозия неформального академического дискурса и кризис традиционных механизмов верификации знаний в эпоху генеративного искусственного интеллекта. В работе обосновывается необходимость перехода от фрагментарной цифровизации к целостному педагогическому дизайну, сохраняющему гуманистическую парадигму университета.

    В статье рассматривается проблема снижения уровня здоровья современных подростков и формирования здоровьесберегающей среды в общежитии. Автор опирается на понимание здоровья как единства физического, психического и социального благополучия, уделяя особое внимание студентам из неблагополучных и неполных семей. Описан разработанный и реализованный проект «Система воспитания студентов, проживающих в общежитии», объединивший девять направлений – от психолого-педагогической диагностики и правового просвещения до спорта, экологии и студенческого самоуправления. Охарактеризованы использованные методы: организация коллектива, убеждение, самовоспитание, анкетирование, индивидуальные беседы. Отмечены результаты: раскрытие потенциала студентов, атмосфера доверия, навыки социальной адаптации и устойчивая здоровьесберегающая среда. Материал адресован воспитателям и кураторам студенческх общежитий.

    В статье рассматриваются теоретические основания интеграции культурологического подхода в процесс преподавания русского языка как иностранного (РКИ) в контексте цифровой трансформации высшего образования. Автор анализирует сущностные противоречия между традиционной лингвокультурологической парадигмой и новыми цифровыми форматами обучения, предлагая концептуальную модель, которая сохраняет культурную глубину содержания при активном использовании цифровых инструментов. Особое внимание уделяется трансформации роли преподавателя, изменению принципов отбора учебного материала и переосмыслению понятия «образовательная среда» в цифровую эпоху. В работе обосновывается тезис о том, что цифровая среда при условии методически грамотного проектирования не только не обедняет, но и расширяет возможности для реализации культурологического подхода, открывая новые каналы диалога культур. Результаты теоретического анализа позволяют сформулировать дидактические принципы и этапы проектирования культурологически ориентированного цифрового курса РКИ для вузов культуры.

It is argued that the economy of artificial intelligence represents an emerging sphere of social relations in which AI acts simultaneously as a technology, a new factor of production, and a catalyst for the structural transformation of economic and institutional systems. The main directions for the implementation of AI technologies in the civilizational process have been examined and systematized. It has been concluded that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation is a complex, multi-stage, and internally contradictory process: on the one hand, it opens up significant opportunities to improve the efficiency of justice; on the other hand, it is associated with serious legal and ethical risks.

    Abstract:
    The judiciary in Russia is not just one branch of the state system, but an institution that must ensure that conflicts between citizens and the state are resolved in accordance with the law, not at the discretion of an official. In this structure, the judge occupies a unique position: they are obliged to follow the letter of the law, but at the same time must take into account the real consequences of their decisions for specific people. This gives rise to a special architecture of their status – they must be protected from external pressure, but at the same time remain accountable to society and the law. In recent years, the legal status of judges has come into the focus of several interrelated processes. The 2020 amendments to the Constitution changed the procedure for forming a number of judicial bodies, which affected both the appointment mechanisms and the role of the judicial community bodies. At the same time, public demand for transparency in the justice system is growing: citizens expect the process of making judicial decisions to become more transparent, and for accountability for mistakes to be real. In addition, in the professional community, the gap between formal guarantees of independence and their practical implementation is being discussed more and more actively. The subject of analysis in this work is not the list of judges’ rights and obligations per se, but how these norms are implemented in specific procedures – from the selection of candidates to disciplinary liability. Special attention is paid to gaps and contradictions that reduce trust in the judicial system and hinder a judge’s independent work.
