    В статье рассматривается проблема повышения качества сенсорного развития подростков с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) в системе специального образования. На основе анализа отечественной психолого-педагогической теории и практики разработана и апробирована организационно-педагогическая модель управления этим процессом. Модель включает диагностический, технологический и организационно-методический компоненты, реализуемые в циклической системе PDCA. Проведенное экспериментальное исследование подтвердило эффективность предложенного подхода, показав положительную динамику развития представлений о форме у подростков с УО и повышение профессиональной компетентности педагогов. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о необходимости системного управления сенсорным развитием для достижения стабильных образовательных результатов.

    В статье рассматривается редко используемая, но эффективная с практической точки зрения технология перевернутой лекции, при реализации которой информация добывается самим студентом вуза в ходе освоения учебного материала. Преподаватель организует условия, при которых лекционный текст будет изучен и интерпретирован обучающимися в самостоятельной деятельности на самом занятии или в домашней подготовке к лекции. Для этого педагогу следует подготовить учебный материал и предоставить студентам для изучения. Результатом усилий студентов будет выработанное совместно всеми участниками образовательного процесса решение какой-либо актуальной педагогической проблемы. Методами нашего исследования обозначенной темы являлись наблюдение, беседа, констатирующий эксперимент. Итогом проведенного исследования служило выявление эффективности используемой технологии перевернутой лекции для профессионального становления обучающихся.

    Статья посвящена проблеме профилактики эмоционального выгорания у учителей начальных классов через призму деятельности советника по воспитанию. Обосновывается, что ключевая роль советника заключается не в прямой психологической помощи, а в создании и поддержании развивающей корпоративной культуры в педагогическом коллективе. Предлагается авторская трехуровневая модель профилактической деятельности советника, включающая индивидуальный (наставничество, медиация), групповой (организация интервизорских групп, профессиональных сообществ) и организационный (создание зон психологической разгрузки, инициирование корпоративных традиций) уровни. Модель направлена на системное снижение факторов профессионального стресса и повышение психологической устойчивости педагогов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the phenomenon of resentment as a maladaptive communicative pattern underlying passive-aggressive manipulative strategies. Game psychotechnologies, in particular the method of transformational games, are considered as an effective tool for correction. On the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis (neurophysiology, integrative psychology), the mechanisms of the method's impact are revealed, including the activation of neuroplasticity, cognitive restructuring and development of mentalization skills. Theoretical provisions and empirical data on the effectiveness of the method are illustrated by a detailed analysis of a clinical case of correction of the «subservience-resentment» pattern in a 43-year-old woman. It is proved that game practice contributes to the formation of mature communicative strategies based on empathy and adequate perception of the needs of others, which is confirmed by catamnestic data

    В статье проводится комплексный анализ динамики использования индивидуальных инвестиционных счетов (ИИС) населением Российской Федерации с момента их внедрения в 2015 году по настоящее время. Исследуются основные тенденции развития института ИИС, включая количественные показатели роста числа счетов, объемы инвестиций, структура активов и предпочтения инвесторов. Рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на популярность ИИС среди различных групп населения. Анализируются эффективность налоговых льгот как стимула для частного инвестирования и влияние макроэкономических факторов на динамику использования ИИС. Представлены результаты анализа типов ИИС и их востребованности. Выявлены основные барьеры и перспективы развития института индивидуальных инвестиционных счетов в России.

Исследуются основные принципы портфельной теории, включая концепцию эффективной границы, оптимизацию соотношения доходности и риска, а также методы диверсификации. Анализируются возможности и ограничения применения математических моделей Г. Марковица для решения практических задач частного инвестирования в современных условиях российского финансового рынка. Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа различных подходов к портфельной оптимизации и их адаптации к специфике индивидуального инвестирования. Выявлены ключевые факторы успешного применения теории Г. Марковица в личном финансовом планировании.

    В статье рассмотрены экономические аспекты внедрения генетических технологий в систему здравоохранения. Проанализированы перспективы применения геномных исследований для диагностики наследственных заболеваний, прогнозирования предрасположенности к патологиям смешанной природы и персонализированной лекарственной терапии. Отмечено, что снижение стоимости секвенирования генома создает условия для расширения применения метода, однако значительная часть расходов связана с сопутствующими процедурами – консультациями, биоинформатическим анализом и хранением данных. Показано, что экономическая эффективность технологий наиболее высока при точечной диагностике и таргетной терапии, в то время как всеобщая расшифровка генома населения остается нецелесообразной. Особое внимание уделено макроэкономическим факторам, включая необходимость инвестиций в инфраструктуру, подготовку кадров и правовое регулирование. Сделан вывод о целесообразности поэтапного внедрения генетических технологий в клиническую практику с акцентом на сферы, где доказана медицинская и экономическая результативность.

COVID, economic crisis, sanctions - all this pushes enterprises to the need for a conscious forward-looking management of financial activities, business activity based on scientific methodology, adaptation to the common goals of development of the enterprise and changing conditions of external financial environment. The foundation of successful functioning of organizations is their business activity. The results of the business analysis are used to establish reasonable targets and opportunities for development of key economic indicators. Business plan indicators are established on the basis of actual achievements, analysed for improvement opportunities.

    Рассмотрены вопросы криминалистической характеристики преступлений, связанных с причинением вреда здоровью в условиях учреждений, обеспечивающих изоляцию от общества, включая отдельные структурные элементы – способ преступления, личности преступника и потерпевшего, типичные следы преступления. Сделан вывод о том, что криминалистическая характеристика преступлений, связанных с причинением вреда здоровью в условиях исправительных учреждений, имеет важное организационное и тактическое значение не только для раскрытия и расследования данного вида преступлений, но и в целях профилактики преступлений. Полученные результаты могут составить основу для дальнейшего изучения криминалистической характеристики преступлений, совершаемых в условиях учреждений, обеспечивающих изоляцию от общества.

    This chapter discusses the concept of «ecosystem», widely used in business and strategic management, focusing on its well-known definitions in the literature, as well as the relationships between the concepts of «system», «value chain», and «supply chain». To identify the relationship between these concepts, a graphical visualization is proposed, demonstrating the distinctive feature (characteristic property) of ecosystem from other organizational forms of business and other constructs. The connection between the concepts of «system» and «ecosystem» is also established, confirming the rationale for introducing this term for this concept.

  • Immersive Technologies in Higher Professional Education: A Look into the Future

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to analyze the experience of using immersive technologies in higher and secondary vocational education and to develop proposals for their further implementation in priority areas. The study is based on empirical methods and theoretical methods. The analysis of publications shows that immersion is a synonym for the concept of immersive technologies. Today, the concept of "immersion" is viewed not so much as a teaching method, but rather as an educational space that is made possible by digital technologies. The results of the conducted research have shown that the main types of immersive educational technologies include technologies: virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. The analysis of the experience of implementing educational programs in the leading universities of the country has allowed to offer the following classification of immersive technologies: by type of implementation, by depth of immersion, by degree of dynamism. Based on the author's analysis, the main advantages and disadvantages of immersive technologies are highlighted, and examples of their use in the learning process are illustrated. In conclusion, the author concludes that the further integration of immersive technologies into the educational process is inevitable, and highlights the priority areas for their implementation.

    This article aims to conceptualize, describe, and validate a model for preventing deviant behavior among at-risk students in a general education school setting. The research is based on an analysis of the practical experience of a specific educational institution implementing this model. The study's materials include school regulations, individualized rehabilitation programs, observations of students, semi-structured interviews with educational stakeholders, and data from surveys and tests. The research methods employed are case studies, a review and synthesis of pedagogical practices, and analytical descriptions with modeling elements. The results highlight the model's strengths, such as a comprehensive approach to prevention, individualized corrective and pedagogical activities, active student involvement in the preventive process, optimization of the teaching staff's work, and a focus on fostering positive motivation. Potential limitations and challenges are also identified, including the need for a high level of professional competence among mentors, the risk of perfunctory completion of individual developmental maps, the difficulty in verifying the system's effectiveness, and the dependence of subproject success on the activity of classroom teachers. The conclusion underscores the effectiveness and promise of the presented model for reducing the risk of deviance and improving students' social adaptation. A system for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative indicators, is proposed. The crucial role of the school librarian as a library mentor in preventive work is emphasized.

  • Chuvash-Determined Surnames as a Marker of the Cheboksary Regiolect of the Russian Language

    The work continues the series of publications on the Cheboksary regional dialect of the Russian language. This study examines Russian surnames of Chuvash origin as a feature of the speech of residents of Cheboksary. The material for the study was surnames common in the Chuvash Republic. The work is based on a qualitative analysis of factual material. Chuvash surnames have undergone significant qualitative changes over the past three centuries from the original eastern Tatar-Islamic tradition to the modern Christian one. The surnames of Cheboksary residents cannot be a marker of the Cheboksary regional dialect of the Russian language. In general, Cheboksary surnames, due to their simple denominal origin, can be understood as a generalizing marker. The combination of Orthodox-conditioned denominal surnames such as Ivanov, Petrov, Fedorov with Chuvashism surnames such as Sadyrga, Yakku, Mulgachev, Kashkarov creates a unique anthroponymic background for the functioning of the Cheboksary regional dialect, reinforcing the impression of its qualitative parameters. The Christian foundations of the Chuvash nomenclature go beyond the anthroponymic dictionary: in modern conditions, almost all names in the Chuvash environment are oriented towards the Russian tradition. Russian-Orthodox names largely form the Russian visual landscape of the region.

    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    Modern interactive education in higher education is an innovative approach that combines teaching and learning through the active participation of all those involved in the educational process. The study analyzes the psychological background of this method and its impact on the effectiveness of students' learning. The article examines the relationship between the use of interactive methods and academic achievements, the level of student satisfaction with the learning process in higher education institutions. The study was based on data collected through a voluntary anonymous online survey among students at the bachelor's and Master's degrees in humanities, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the perception of the interactive educational process at the university. The Yandex Forms platform was used to conduct the survey, which made it possible to provide convenience and ease of access for participants. The research methodology included a questionnaire designed to study various aspects of the use of interactive teaching methods in higher education institutions.
