    Abstract:
    The author emphasizes the importance of national traditions in preserving the Kyrgyz identity. The article represents the Kyrgyz national traditions, which are associated with the birth of a child and celebrated in the first year of life. The work introduces readers to the traditions and customs of the Kyrgyz people of the early XX century, described by Soviet ethnographers, and with their modern versions. The author pays attention to a detailed description of the rituals performed and explains the importance of Kyrgyz traditions for representatives of the Kyrgyz ethnic group. The purpose of the article is to familiarize a wide range of readers with the national traditions of the Kyrgyz people, their origins, and their significance. Research methods: The work is built on the methods of observation and description and uses folk traditions observed by members of the Kyrgyz ethnic group as a basis. As a result of this analysis, the author concludes that the traditions of ancient times are of importance to the Kyrgyz people. The author also notes the importance of preserving and observing folk traditions for the people's self-identification as a single ethnic group, not only for the Kyrgyz living on the ancestral territory but also for the Kyrgyz living outside their homeland.

  • Ethnocultural Relations in the Republics of the Middle-Volga Region

    Abstract:
    The information presented in the article describes the results of the sociological survey of ethnic and cultural relations in the Ethnic Republics of the Volga Federal District, namely the Chuvash Republic and the Mari El Republic. The purpose of the research was to highlight issues concerning some aspects of ethnic culture, specifically intercultural communication among young people (of 16–30 years old) in Cheboksary (the capital city of the Chuvash Republic) and Yoshkar-Ola (the capital city of the Mari El Republic). The research was focused on revealing the tolerant or intolerant, respectful or disrespectful attitude of native young people (representatives of the prevalent ethnicity) to other ethnic groups. The study was conducted using the methods of interviewing by means of computer-assisted web questionnaire. The answers were collected from university students. In conclusion, it was established that in general, native people from the Chuvash Republic and the Mari El Republic are non-conflict, tolerant and friendly.

Определены направления сопровождения семьи и функции специалиста, работающего с замещающей семьей. Установлено, что полноценная деятельность замещающей семьи во многом зависит от того, насколько учтены юридические и организационные аспекты при ее создании, насколько точно выявлены мотивы замещающих родителей.

    Abstract:
    В настоящее время число детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья увеличивается с каждым годом. Это объясняется несколькими причинами: гуманность общества и новые медицинские технологии позволяют сохранить жизнь даже тем детям, которые раньше не выживали. И низкий уровень жизни, неблагоприятная экологическая ситуация или социальное неблагополучие способствуют росту количества больных детей, в том числе и детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Семьи, воспитывающие детей с ОВЗ, имеют целый ряд сложных психологических проблем, с которыми им помогают справляться специалисты. Поэтому проблема психолого-педагогического сопровождения семей, воспитывающих детей с различными отклонениями, является актуальной в современном обществе. В статье рассмотрены особенности развития детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, а также психологическая помощь семьям, воспитывающих детей с отклонениями.

Автором рассматривается прямая существующая взаимосвязь сформированности мелкой моторики и уровня развития речи у детей. В работе раскрывается большое значение использования различных изобразительных техник не только для развития координации движения пальцев рук, но и для углубления представлений детей об окружающих предметах, способствующих проявлению умственной и речевой активности, в осмыслении процессов изображения. Статья даёт анализ, подробно освещает различные виды изобразительных техник и их значение для развития словаря у дошкольников с ОНР. Рассматриваемая тема будет полезна таким специалистам, как воспитатели, педагоги начальных классов, педагоги дополнительного образования, учителя-дефектологи и логопеды.

    The work is devoted to the problem of co-learning of languages ​​and cultures in a multiethnic region. Introduction. Addressing the problem of ethnocultural education in the context of the ongoing changes in the life of society is due to reasons that require timely response and adjustments to the process of education and upbringing, especially among young people. The purpose of the study is to generalize the theoretical and practical approaches to teaching a foreign (German) language, taking into account local ethnographic material. Methods. The work represents the author's reflections on the problems of ethnocultural education. Research results. To solve the problem of filling the content of ethno-oriented education based on knowledge of the elements of everyday culture, traditional culture, linguistic picture of the world, it is necessary to include in the process of teaching a foreign language topics, issues related to the sphere of everyday life of northerners, their living conditions, family relations, rules of behavior, traditions, rituals. Conclusions. Currently, educational institutions are changing the approach to teaching foreign languages ​​towards the development of communicative and intercultural competence of students, which involves the co-learning of languages ​​and cultures of both the country of the target language and the native land. This can be facilitated by a balanced selection of the content of the «Foreign language» subject at the expense of the ethnocultural component as a reserve that forms intercultural competence for socialization in the world space.

  • On the Problem of Ethno-National Education of Artschool

    Abstract:
    Summary. The article is devoted to the study of the relevant issue in today’s world – the study of theoretical premises of modern concepts of ethno-national education. It examines the problems of educating the culture of interethnic relations in the youth environment. The relevance of the study is due to the need for the formation of attitudes towards interethnic tolerance among students, which determines the goal of the educational activities of each educational institution. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical foundations of ethno-national education and the possibilities of their practical application in educational work with students of a higher educational institution. The work was carried out at the empirical level of the structure of sociological knowledge. Methods of observation, questioning, interviewing and generalization of pedagogical experience allowed the author to determine the direction of work in the field of ethnic education of students. Based on the research carried out, the author draws conclusions about the quality of work in the field of ethno-national education of students at the university and offers recommendations for its improvement. The study showed predominantly supra-ethnic self-awareness of young people. Another unusual result of the study is a small percentage of students who speak their native (non-Russian) language – only 20 percent of the respondents. It is proposed that the parameters set require the pursuance of bigger researches on a nationwide scale.
