    В статье представлены идеологические и правовые основы функционирования органов красного террора – чрезвычайных комиссий, деятельность которых приходится на переломный момент в отечественной истории 1917–1922 гг. В статье отражены идеи и высказывания советского партийно-государственного руководства страны в обоснование красного террора, указаны сведения об основных актах, регламентировавших деятельность вышеуказанных чрезвычайных судебных органов, описаны особенности «Красного террора» в разрезе территории Сибири. Отмечена актуальность заявленной темы. Показана значимость явления для развития Советского государства. Приведены отдельные воспоминания современников о красном терроре.

    Abstract:
    Нэшвилльский конвент 1850 года является важным этапом в истории сецессионистского движения в США. Именно в это время на Юге активизировалась деятельность радикальных сторонников отделения южных штатов из состава Союза – «пожирателей огня». Одним из них был политик из Южной Каролины Джеймс Генри Хаммонд, оставивший после себя дневник, в котором он не только описывал происходящие с ним события, но и давал оценку политическим процессам в стране, а также размышлял о будущем южных штатов. В заключение сделан вывод, что Хаммонд понимал основные проблемы объединения Юга и имел план по дальнейшему сближению рабовладельческих штатов, однако ему не хватало политической активности, чтобы продвигать или реализовывать этот план.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема, связанная с использованием в исторической науке разнообразных терминов, применяемых к описанию процесса изъятия объектов производственной кооперации на территории СССР в послевоенный период. Авторы проводят сравнительный анализ наиболее часто употребляемых в научной литературе терминов и предлагают свой вариант обозначения заявленных действий в виде формулировки определения «коммунистическая национализация». В работе предлагается обоснование сделанного выбора с опорой не только на содержательную сторону рассматриваемых терминов, но и на соблюдение терминологической преемственности.

    Abstract:
    The article examines one of the trends in the development of modern Moldavian theatre. Being complex and multifaceted phenomenon, it is generally influenced by the direction of society's development. At the present stage its development is based on the influence of two simultaneously existing and opposing directions. One is directed outwards, expanding the range of his contacts with theaters of other countries and reflecting the principle of transculturalism. Since the 90s of the previous century, the art of actors in the Moldovan theater, the specificity of their expressiveness appeals to the experience of world's theatrical art in all its integrity, where archaic and modernity, East and West, complementing each other, serve mutual development. Another vector of development, fundamental, is directed inward. It is connected with the deep processes that affected the dramatic art of Moldova. The theatre rushed to its inner support, to the origins, from the depths of which the national theatrical tradition grows and where myth, ritual, archetype reign inseparably. At the junction of archaic and modernity, the theatre is looking for an opportunity to reveal the spiritual space of the people, the world of ancestral archetypes, the authentic unconscious. Through the art of acting to express the enduring features of the soul, the «ethnic cosmos». Research methods: theoretical analysis, generalization of scientific researches, Internet materials, systematic analysis of theatrical practice. Author concludes that modern Moldovan theatre develops under the influence of two interrelated vectors of development, existing simultaneously and oppositely directed.

    The paper experimentally proves the effectiveness of the method of increasing dexterity in children aged 10–11 years by means of table tennis, and provides a comparative analysis. To solve the tasks set in the study, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, and mathematical-statistical processing. The results of the study allow us to improve the methodology for conducting physical education lessons and testing coordination abilities.

    The article describes the technical means used in the inspection of the scene of a traffic accident. The advantages and disadvantages of the technical tools used are presented, as well as the prospects for further development. In the opinion of the authors, the use of 3-D scanning in combination with quality photography at survey of a place dorozhno-transport incident very wisely and effectively that will further enhance the quality and accuracy of plans of the place of committing an administrative offence (volume 3-D diagrams), which subsequently will lead to faster reconstruction of events of the accident and the conviction of the perpetrators.

    Abstract:
    The dominance of the technocratic model of civilization development has led to a number of global problems, each of which threatens the destruction of humanity. The most terrible of the threatening catastrophes is the anthropological one, the destruction of the human being in man. The necessity for comprehensive humanization of all spheres of human activity is argued. Humanitarization of higher technical education is considered the most important mechanism and means of forming a professional's humanitarian culture. The article presents the results of a study where a technical university students’ attitude to the study of Humanities was analyzed. The article reflects the problem of training teaching staff for technical universities and considers the reserves for improving the quality of training of undergraduates as prospective teachers. A three-stage model of undergraduates’ comprehensive training for professional and pedagogical activities of a technical university teacher is presented.

    The article is devoted to the consideration of the role of Nikita Yakovlevich Bichurin (O. Iakinf), a native of Chuvashia (1777–1853), a graduate of the Kazan theological Academy, a head of the ninth Russian spiritual mission in China (1807–1821), a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1828), an author of many dictionaries and scientific works on sinology, the owner of four Demidov prizes, a founder of Russian Oriental studies, who left a deep trace in the science and culture of Russia and Chuvashia. In commemoration of the scientist monuments were erected, localities and streets as well as state and public awards are named after the scientist and etc. The history of the Bichurin prize, established by the government of the Chuvash Republic for achievements in the field of science, is described. The first winner of this award was a creative team of four persons: N.G. Grigoriev, V.B. Lyubovtsev, S.G. Khisin, Y.V. Denisov. The article informed us about the essence of the development of this scientific community conveyor technology for mass examination and treatment of patients by reflexology methods. The role of each winner in the overall innovative product is revealed. The question is raised about the need to restore the interrupted tradition of awarding this government award.

    В статье анализируется процесс трансформации взглядов и отношения к России выдающегося британского журналиста и писателя У.Т. Стэда, кардинальным образом повлиявшего на развитие британского общества в конце XIX в., в значительной мере изменившего направления как внутренней, так и внешней политики Великобритании и приложившего невиданные прежде усилия для того, чтобы, преодолев влияние пропаганды и стереотипов, по-настоящему узнать Россию, ее монархов и интеллектуалов и развенчать мифы об «отсталой», «варварской», «азиатской» стране и деспотизме её «кровавых тиранов». Автором выявляются факторы, обусловившие эволюцию политических взглядов У.Т. Стэда, и раскрываются ключевые особенности геополитической ситуации, а также специфика внешней и внутренней политики Великобритании в период с 1876 по 1888 г.

    В статье раскрываются важнейшие вехи жизни, врачебной, литературной, организаторской, общественной и научно-педагогической деятельности Николая Григорьевича Григорьева, уроженца д. Каликово Канашского района Чувашской Республики, доктора медицинских наук, автора более 200 научных работ, в т. ч. 9 монографий, 5 изобретений, профессора Чувашского государственного университета имени И.Н. Ульянова, бывшего министра здравоохранения ЧАССР, заслуженного врача Чувашской АССР, заслуженного врача РСФСР, почетного гражданина д. Каликово, д. Вутабоси, Канашского района ЧР, г. Чебоксары, члена Союза писателей России, лауреата Государственной премии Чувашской Республики в области науки им. Н.Я. Бичурина, лауреата Международной литературной премии им. М. Сеспеля. Раскрываются заслуги практика-хирурга, организатора здравоохранения, ученого и педагога в развитии медицинской науки и практики в Чувашии. Особое внимание отведено раскрытию сути открытия, за что ему и его коллегам в 1993 г. была присуждена Государственная премия им. Н.Я. Бичурина. Обосновывается необходимость восстановления данного вида премии для научных работников Чувашской Республики.
