Abstract

The publication presents the materials and results of a study of the processes and results of activating the productive activity of personnel, provided by a constructive combination of the effects of motivation and stimulation. The presentation of the content and conclusions of the analysis reveals the nature of the impact and the mechanism of management of the processes of activation of the development, application, and modernization of professional activities of participants in the defense production of enterprises Volga region during the Great Patriotic War.
