    Abstract:
    This article examines the problem of student demotivation in the modern educational system and proposes an approach to solving it through the use of game design principles. The phenomenon of “boredom” is analyzed as a result of a mismatch between the complexity of educational material and the learner’s level of preparation. The concept of “flow” is considered as a state of deep engagement in activity. The article identifies the main problems of traditional education: lack of immediate feedback, uniform difficulty level for all students, monotony of learning, and lack of progress visualization. To solve these problems, the article proposes mechanics borrowed from the gaming industry: adaptive difficulty, task variability, achievement systems, and instant feedback. The educational platform Duolingo is analyzed as an example. The risks of excessive gamification and suppression of intrinsic motivation are also discussed.

    This article addresses the development of psychological and pedagogical support in contemporary educational systems. Moving beyond traditional models focused on academic performance and behavioural compliance, the authors argue for a holistic, student-centred approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions of learning. Drawing on a review of empirical studies from 2010 to 2024 and qualitative observations from Russian and international schools, the paper identifies three core pillars of effective psychological and pedagogical support. The article concludes that sustainable support systems require systemic change – not isolated interventions – and offers practical recommendations for teachers, school psychologists, and administrators.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines psychological and pedagogical conditions for personality development of students in a children’s music school within the context of musical activity. The paper presents the results of a longitudinal study conducted on a sample of students enrolled in pre-professional music programs at a children’s music school. The study employed methods aimed at identifying motivational tendencies, anxiety level, self-esteem, attitudes toward learning, and value orientations. The findings show that musically gifted children maintain a positive attitude toward music studies throughout the learning process, while cognitive and educational-professional motivation remains pronounced; adequate self-esteem and generally favorable anxiety dynamics are also observed. It is demonstrated that the most important conditions for personality development are a supportive music-educational environment, trusting teacher-student relationships, and family support. The authors conclude that the combination of these conditions contributes not only to the development of musical abilities, but also to the formation of the child’s personality, especially during the transition from primary school age to adolescence.

    Abstract. The article analyzes the motivational component as a significant condition for the effectiveness of the PECS alternative communication system in correcting unwanted behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders and severe multiple developmental disorders. The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the effectiveness of correctional work with non-verbal students, for whom aggression, auto-aggression and other forms of maladaptive behavior often perform the function of expressing needs. The purpose of the study is to justify the significance of the child's individual motivational profile in the course of PECS training. The methodological basis was made up of a content analysis of domestic and foreign studies, a comparative analysis of PECS application protocols, as well as modeling a motivational-adaptive reinforcement selection algorithm.     This article examines the age-related dynamics of academic motivation in students aged 10–17 in a modern school setting. The relevance of the study stems from the persistent decline in academic motivation during basic general education, despite the recognition of academic motivation as a key factor in success and personal development. The aim of the study was to identify characteristics and statistically significant differences in the structure of academic motivation among students at three levels of general education: primary (10–11 years old), middle (12–15 years old), and high school (16–17 years old). Ninety-nine students participated in the study. For diagnostics, the method of studying educational motivation by A.K. Makarova and N.V. Kontseva was used, which allows for the assessment of external motivation, cognitive motives, communicative motives and motivation for self-development, as well as the general level of motivation.     The chapter is devoted to the urgent problem of forming a healthy lifestyle of students by means of physical culture and sports in a modern university. The theoretical part of the work is based on the analysis of domestic scientific publications of the last five years (2020-2025), which allows us to identify current trends and approaches to the study of this issue. The empirical part is presented by the results of a survey of students of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, aimed at assessing their level of physical activity, motivation structure and behavioral habits. The study identified key factors contributing to students' involvement in regular sports activities, as well as barriers to leading a healthy lifestyle. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations have been developed to improve the organization of the educational process in physical education, aimed at strengthening the motivational component and the formation of sustainable behavioral patterns of a healthy lifestyle among students.

    Abstract:
    Digital transformation of education is an integral part of the educational process in modern schools, which determines the active professional position of teachers-psychologists in digital education. The object of scientific research is the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists and the formation of its components in the process of professional activity in the context of digitalization of school education. The article presents an analysis of the results of a study of the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists in 2021 and 2024. This analysis revealed the dynamics of the formation of individual components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists at different stages of digitalization. The study of the components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists used the method of comparative analysis of data from two cross-sectional surveys obtained using standardized and author's methods. The main result of the study is the positive dynamics of the information-cognitive, emotional-volitional, motivational-value, and operational-activity components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists. Significant differences were confirmed by statistical analysis of the obtained data. In conclusion, the article presents the scientific and practical significance of the research, which reflects a conceptual description of the sequence of forming individual components of psychological readiness and recommendations for forming not only informational and emotional, but also motivational and value-based characteristics of professional activity within the framework of advanced training courses.

    Motivation for learning is one of the most crucial tools for building a high-quality education, an educational environment in which students learn to develop a strategy for their future life and responsibly build a self-development trajectory. A number of researchers note that creating models of such self-development trajectories for students remains a challenge; there are no developed guidelines for building their own educational path. The objective of this study is to examine the conceptual structure of developing academic motivation through the step-by-step development of an individual educational environment using modern digital technologies.     This article provides an in-depth examination of blended learning as a multifaceted educational strategy that integrates online technologies with traditional face-to-face instruction. Positioned within the broader context of the digital transformation of education, the study analyses the conceptual foundations of blended learning and its relevance for contemporary teaching practices in both secondary and higher education. Particular attention is given to the pedagogical mechanisms through which blended learning enhances learner autonomy, supports the development of digital competence, and enables the design of differentiated and personalized learning pathways. The review further explores the motivational, cognitive, and social aspects of blended learning environments, highlighting their potential to promote active participation, reflective engagement, and improved learning outcomes. At the same time, the article addresses the persistent challenges that institutions and educators face during the implementation process, including insufficient teacher preparedness, unequal access to technological infrastructure, variability in students’ digital readiness, and the absence of coherent institutional strategies for integrating digital tools into curricula. The analysis demonstrates that, while blended learning offers substantial educational benefits, its success is contingent upon deliberate instructional design, sustained professional development for teachers, and the systematic evaluation of both online and face-to-face components. The paper concludes by proposing recommendations for optimizing blended learning models to ensure pedagogical effectiveness, technological sustainability, and long-term institutional impact.

    This article explores the pressing issue of developing preschool-age children's reading competence through the creation of a comprehensive reading infrastructure within preschool educational institutions. Drawing on the "Concept of the National Program for Supporting Children's and Youth Reading in the Russian Federation," the authors explore the structural components of this infrastructure: motivational, environmental, spatial-temporal, and communicative. Particular attention is paid to the practical implementation of the proposed model within the framework of a municipal innovation platform, demonstrating the path from theoretical concept to the creation of an environment in kindergarten where children not only learn to read but also truly fall in love with books.
