Abstract

Статья посвящена необходимости формирования конфликтологической компетентности у современных подростков. В работе приводится определение конфликта как формы взаимодействия людей. Авторы выделяют положительные и отрицательные стороны конфликта. Даётся сравнение деструктивных (разрушающих) и конструктивных (формирующих) конфликтов. Аргументируется необходимость формирования конфликтологической компетентности подростков.
