This article summarizes the experience of practical teaching work on the development of skills and teaching written speech in French in the process of gaining level B1. Within the framework of the competence approach and focusing on modern educational and methodological complexes of French authors, strategies and standard tasks of DELF, teachers rethought and adjusted these scenarios based on their own long-term classroom practice, features and conditions of the curriculum.
