The article describes a model of comprehensive support for a family with a child with mental retardation in a special preschool institution, as well as recommendations for improving the support system, with an emphasis on the effectiveness of the presented model. The authors offer recommendations for improving and optimizing the current support system, taking into account the specific needs of children with mental retardation and their families.
