    Abstract:
    This article discusses the issues of the legal regime of the spouses' property. Family legal relations are among the most difficult from the point of view of regulatory regulation of the spheres of social life of society. This situation is due to the fact that these legal relations — including legal and moral (moral) prescriptions — are quite strongly interconnected. At the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, significant socio-economic transformations took place in our country, which required a revision of many legal institutions, including civil and family legislation. Today, property relations between spouses are regulated by both family and civil legislation. This is due to both their nature and the need to ensure certainty in these relationships in the interests of both the spouses themselves and third parties, such as creditors, heirs, and others.   • Ethnic Identity of Primary School Students from Tuvan Families: Research Experience

    Abstract:
    This paper examines the development of ethnic identity in primary school-age children from Tuvan families residing in Kyzyl. Drawing on a theoretical synthesis of various conceptual approaches, the author focuses on the essence and structure of ethnic identity. The study employs M. Kuhn and T. McPartland's “Who Am I?” technique and its adaptation by Russian scholar Z. V. Sikevich. The findings indicate that the ethnic identity of Tuvan primary schoolchildren is in the process of active formation but has not yet become a stable core of self-awareness. Children's self-descriptions are dominated by social roles (family, friends, school) and personal qualities, while ethnic markers are of secondary importance. This is attributable to limited life experience and cognitive immaturity, the predominance of concrete social roles over abstract group belonging, and the weak salience of ethnic themes in everyday life within a homogeneous environment. The study revealed that the majority of children identify as Tuvan and feel a connection to their people, language, and traditions. At the same time, this high level of ethnic self-identification coexists with limited proficiency in their native language, the predominance of Russian in everyday communication, and only a superficial engagement with traditional culture.

    This article examines the development and assimilation of family values ​​in orphans and children left without parental care. It highlights the specific socialization challenges faced by this category of children: the lack of experience in a healthy biological family leads to a distorted perception of marital and parental roles, as well as a psychological unpreparedness for starting their own families in the future. It substantiates the need for targeted pedagogical support as a system of professional activities for educators, social workers, and psychologists. The key objectives of this support are explored. It is emphasized that only a comprehensive pedagogical approach can offset the deprivation of orphanhood and prepare adolescents for successful independent living and the creation of their own harmonious families.

    The article considers a model of the process of forming family values in orphaned children and children left without parental care, raised in a substitute family. The paper analyzes the specific conditions of substitute parenthood (custody, foster family), which act as an environment for compensating for deprivation disorders of personality development. The author identifies the main components of the family values system and describes the stages of their formation: from the initial acquaintance with the lifestyle of a new family to the deep internalization (appropriation) of these attitudes as their own life guidelines. Special attention is paid to the need for pedagogical support for substitute parents themselves in order to prevent secondary abandonment of parenting and to harmonize child-parent relations

    This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies.     The authors note that contemporary demographic shifts (declining birth rates, rising average marriage age, growth of single-parent families, transformation of traditional family roles) pose serious challenges for state policy. Beyond mere reaction, the state must proactively create conditions to strengthen marriage and provide comprehensive family support. The chapter examines implementation mechanisms of family policy through financial instruments (benefits, allowances), legal frameworks (marital and family relations regulation), and social measures (educational programs, psychological assistance). The analysis focuses on key performance indicators of state family and marriage policy – fertility rates, divorce statistics, marriage dynamics, and family satisfaction with support measures. Drawing on comparative analysis of domestic and international experiences, the study develops specific recommendations for improving state authorities' activities, including enhancement of the legal framework and introduction of new interagency cooperation formats.

    The article compares the conditions for the formation of social causality in older preschool children in two fundamentally different environments: family and boarding school. Social causality is considered as a key cognitive ability that allows children to analyze cause-and-effect relationships in interpersonal relationships, predict the behavior of others, and adapt to society. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data, the article reveals the deprivation mechanisms that hinder the successful development of this phenomenon in institutional settings. The article substantiates the thesis that a family environment rich in emotional connections and stable interactions creates unique prerequisites for the development of a child's social intelligence that cannot be replicated in an orphanage.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the current topic of psychological and pedagogical support for families raising children with disabilities. With the growing opportunities for inclusive education, comprehensive support for such families, which often face emotional burnout, social isolation, and a shortage of qualified care, is of particular importance. The chapter analyzes modern approaches to family support, including digital technologies (online consultations, virtual reality), interdisciplinary interaction and involvement of parents in the rehabilitation process. Special attention is paid to the evolution of support services: from the emergence of the medical model of the 19th century to the modern paradigm of inclusion, where the family becomes an active participant and generator of the entire process of helping a child with disabilities. Effective technologies (BOS therapy, virtual reality and its simulators, lecture library), support stages and functions of specialists are considered. It has been proven that resorting to a resource-based approach aimed at post-traumatic growth of parents, combined with family-centered methods (success diaries, support groups, including virtual ones) significantly increase the effectiveness of children's adaptation. The chapter offers practical recommendations on the organization of support, including a combination of stationary and remote forms of work with the family of a child with disabilities. The need for a balance between innovative and traditional approaches to overcoming the key problems of the rehabilitation process is emphasized: the shortage of specialists, technological barriers and stigmatization.

    People suffering from alcohol addiction do not always think about the negative consequences of their addiction. This has not only a negative impact on the health and well-being of the person who abuses alcohol, but also a negative impact on family, friends and other close people. Domestic violence and alcohol abuse are two key public health issues worldwide. In addition to their high prevalence, both of these phenomena lead to significant negative biological, psychological, and sociological consequences for individuals and the general population. A person suffering from alcohol addiction may try to protect his family from the consequences of alcohol abuse by distancing himself from it. Unfortunately, isolation does little to protect family members from the financial and emotional consequences of alcoholism. Neglect can also have a negative impact on loved ones.

    Abstract:
    Family relationships play a key role in the development of the individual and society, forming basic values and norms of behavior. Currently, there is a shift in cultural traditions, which qualitatively affects the usual models of family relationships. The problem of the study is expressed in the analysis of the influence of the cultural context on family relationships and the family roles performed. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological characteristics of family relationships and roles in different cultural contexts. The study involved 126 respondents, including 60 representatives of Uzbek nationality (30 women and 30 men) and 66 Russians (33 women and 33 men). The following diagnostic material is used: «Role Expectations of Partners» (REP); PARI «Parental Attitudes Questionnaire»; «Measuring Attitudes in a Married Couple»; 4. Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). To identify differences between the groups, the Mann-Whitney U-criteriom and Spearman's rank correlation were used. According to the study, in Uzbek culture, special attention is paid to traditional values, religious beliefs, and social norms that influence family roles. A comparative analysis with Russian culture revealed differences in approaches to role differentiation and expectations from family members. A study of parental attitudes in Uzbek and Russian families revealed pronounced cultural differences in approaches to upbringing. Uzbek parents are characterized by more traditional and strict methods, with an emphasis on authority and limited discussions of sexual topics with children. In Russian families, there is a desire for partnership with children, active emotional interaction and limitation of the impact of external factors. The study deepens the understanding of the specifics of cultural influence on family relationships and the roles of spouses. The results can be used in the formation of family education programs considering the cultural context.

    In the article, the authors actualize the modern problem of mentoring. Interest in mentoring in education has resurfaced in the last decade. Researchers pay attention to the historical aspects of mentoring. Considering the problem of the role of mentoring in the development of preschoolers, using the context of spiritual and moral education. Mentoring is a universal pedagogical technology. Her role is not only to transfer experience, knowledge and the formation of diverse skills, but also to influence moral and spiritual values through communication and mutual trust. Spiritual and moral development is a gradual expansion of the value-semantic sphere of a personality under the influence of the processes of upbringing and socialization.
