The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. Annotation

The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025).
