Modern challenges emphasize the need to develop skills in working with scientific literature from an early age. However, this process is not of interest to students. However, an unusual approach such as organizing a school scientific journal can stimulate the cognitive activity of teenagers, engage them in research activities, and help them develop critical analysis skills for academic texts.

The article reveals 8 components of the skill (search, analysis, structuring, etc.),
criteria and levels of its assessment, typical problems in schools.
Recommendations on pedagogical conditions and practical methods
of information literacy formation are given.
в статье анализируется актуальное состояние законодательства по вопросу законного представительства детей в гражданском процессе. Выделяются актуальные проблемы определения дееспособности несовершеннолетних в гражданском судопроизводстве, осуществления полномочий законными представителями, контроля за их действиями. Делается вывод о необходимости пересмотра и дополнения законодательства по вопросу защиты прав детей в гражданском судопроизводстве.
