this study examines the relationship between the reflection of mental states and various aspects of psychological well-being in college students within secondary vocational education. Methods: 398 students (15–24 years) from Cheboksary Medical College participated. Standardized psychodiagnostic methods assessed reflexivity (Karpov, Ponomareva), anxiety (Spielberger), mental states (Eysenck), and psychological well-being (K. Riff).
