Annotation

Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) are a group of conditions characterized by impaired communication abilities, social adaptation, and stereotypical behavior. Adolescent girls with these diagnoses often face difficulties in developing perceptions of physical attractiveness and express limited interest in aesthetic aspects of their environment, including fashion and clothing design. These characteristics are influenced by specific cognitive development, sensory sensitivity, and reduced ability to perceive social norms and expectations.
