    Abstract:
    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

    The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

    Abstract:
    This research article, a collaborative effort, examines the results of a study examining the transition of Russian higher education to the Bologna system, as well as materials from previously published research articles. The article emphasizes that the introduction of a two-tier system of higher education has led to mixed consequences, such as a decline in educational quality, an increased financial burden on students, and an imbalance in the student-faculty radio. Experts are divided between supporters and opponents of this system, expressing different opinions regarding its effectiveness. The article also examines Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna system and the transition to developing a unique educational structure that takes into account the country’s national interests and needs. The article concludes that Russia’s integration into the Bologna system could have negative consequences for Russian education and the economy, as it would lead to standardization of programs, influence the domestic political environment, and increase the “brain drain”. Ultimately, Russia’s decision to withdraw from this system and develop its own structure focused on national interests and economic needs was an important step.

    The article discusses the problem of forming a professional image of a higher education mathematics teacher in the context of digital transformation of education. Based on a critical analysis of Russian research, the article identifies the specific image challenges faced by mathematics teachers, which are influenced by the subject content, existing stereotypes of the "mathematician" image, and the specifics of digitalization in mathematics education.     The authors of the article note that effective protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet requires an integrated approach, including the development of international legal mechanisms, adaptation of national legislation to digital realities, the formation of an independent copyright protection infrastructure and the introduction of innovative tools for monitoring and recording violations in the online environment.     The study focuses on a new stage in the formation of business conditions. The issues of continuity in public policy and consistency in approaches to improving business conditions and the investment climate were addressed. The prerequisites and foundations of approaches to creating a business environment have been identified. The main characteristics of the implementation of three previous large-scale projects are presented. The format of the national model of target business conditions has been considered. The article focuses on the structure of the national model as a unified whole system and highlights its complex nature. The results of the analysis of problematic issues in the field of labor standards are reflected. The article concludes that it is necessary to study the methodology for forming a national model, interdepartmental relationships, the principles of validity of key performance indicators for implementing a national model, and measures to achieve them.

    This chapter explores the transformation of pedagogical approaches in the context of digital information abundance. The author substantiates the need to shift from the classical educational paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a strategy of developing «cognitive immunity». Drawing on J. Baudrillard's concept of simulacra, D. Kahneman's theory of two systems of thinking, and the methodological standards of R. Paul and L. Elder, the paper proposes a toolkit for «intellectual resistance» to algorithmic distortions. Particular attention is paid to D. Halpern's four-stage model and the implementation of «slow reading» and «zones of intellectual discomfort» practices as ways to overcome fragmentation of consciousness and restore learner agency in the age of hyperreality.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the transformation of the physical education system in higher education in the context of global sustainable development goals and national priorities of the Russian Federation. It notes the limitations of traditional models of physical education classes, which are primarily implemented indoors and do not utilize the potential of interaction with the natural environment to develop students' environmental awareness. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and empirically test the effectiveness of an innovative model of physical education that integrates the principles of sustainable development. The author's model shifts emphasis from a normative approach to the development of a holistic, environmentally oriented worldview, where concern for personal health is inextricably linked with concern for the environment. The methodological framework consists of an analysis of modern pedagogical approaches (the concept of «green» education, the theory of cumulative environmental risks, research on the ecological self-concept of individuals) and data from cross-sectional studies. The study involved 210 first- and second-year students, divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group participated in a semester-long program developed by the author, which included regular outdoor training sessions (outdoor training differentiated by environmental conditions), theoretical lectures on the impact of environmental factors on health, and campus improvement projects. The results showed statistically significant improvements in physical fitness (endurance +14.3%, speed-strength +11.8%), mental well-being (+15.2%), and a significant increase in environmental responsibility (+40.7%). A direct correlation was found between program participation and commitment to a healthy lifestyle (r=0.782). A block model for transforming physical education is proposed, including target-based, content-based, organizational-activity-based, and evaluative-performance components. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of scientifically based recommendations for the implementation of adaptive, environmentally oriented physical education programs in the curricula of universities, which contributes to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good health and well-being; SDG 4: Quality education; SDG 13: Climate action) and the implementation of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation.

    The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.

The article discusses the practical aspects of introducing computer technology and information and communication technologies into the process of rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Based on many years of experience in implementing the author's program "From a Cube to a Computer", the author analyzes the age and psychophysical characteristics of pupils, which determine the choice of work format — from the simplest logic games on the plane to mastering a personal computer, office programs, PowerPoint animation and initial career guidance in adolescence. Special attention is paid to the accessibility of equipment: the use of a telescopic stylus for children with cerebral palsy, a specialized keyboard with enlarged keys and a plastic overlay, as well as a button that replaces the mouse. The principles of health conservation and the role of a specialist who receives a powerful tool for the development of higher mental functions and social adaptation of a special child.

    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    The chapter examines the phenomenon of the transition of the individual from the completed paradigm of the «Hero's Path», focused on achievement and overcoming, to the paradigm of the «Being of the Creator», where the architecture of consciousness, peace and metacognitive self-regulation become the main value. On the basis of an interdisciplinary analysis, it is proved that the global upheavals of the 20s of the XXI century (pandemic, geopolitical and economic crises) provoked the process of collective individuation, accompanied by cognitive-emotional exhaustion, the phenomenon of «success fatigue» and the need for a new ethic. The emergence of a new social demand for helping practices of an evolutionary, rather than healing, type is substantiated. The concept of the «architect of consciousness» is proposed as a logical continuation of therapy and coaching to work with the request for building a new pyramid of values and neurolinguistic meanings.

    Currently, the social, economic, and moral problems of the "consumer society" are increasingly being explored. The article discusses the postulate that the economic behavior of modern society is greatly facilitated by the mass media, which were originally created to form an idea of "correct behavior", about fashion, about cultural preferences, and for some time now the media have begun to guide the "economic behavior" of an individual. By analyzing the content of the leading media, the paper proves that the development of industrial production required the dissemination of information about goods; corporate communication projects appeared in mass media, and in the last half century all publications have been advertising goods and services; it was the media that made the process of purchasing goods as convenient as possible, which proves the close connection between mass communication and the emergence of a "consumer society".

    In the context of active digitalisation of public administration, the study of problems and prospects for the provision of services through multifunctional centres (MFC) becomes particularly relevant.     The article examines key trends in the digital economy and their impact on the emergence of new business models in an Arctic, resource-extracting region—the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO). Based on an analysis of the region’s strategic documents and materials from the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), the paper summarizes the characteristics of digital infrastructure, the degree of engagement of residents and organizations in the use of digital services, and the managerial priorities of digital transformation. It is shown that the high penetration of broadband access and the internet creates prerequisites for market platformization, the development of “data as an asset,” remote services, and service-based models in the oil and gas sector, logistics, and the public services sector. A typology of promising business models for YANAO is proposed, and recommendations are formulated to mitigate risks when scaling digital solutions.

    Abstract:
    The article focuses on the development of ecosystem services in Russian insurance as a response to the challenges of low market penetration, outdated business models, and changing consumer expectations. It analyzes the problems of traditional isolated products, the drivers of the transition to ecosystems, and the barriers to their implementation. The article explores solutions to these challenges, such as the development of regulatory frameworks, the modernization of IT, and the transparency of data, as well as future prospects, including hyper-personalization, IoT-enabled agricultural insurance, and the integration of businesses into insurance ecosystems.

    Abstract:
    A study of the impact of short video formats (TikTok, VK clips, YouTube Shorts) on financial marketing and customer behavior, particularly in the Krasnoyarsk region. Based on a survey of young people, the authors identify trust in informal bloggers and the dominance of digital pragmatism in content consumption. The analysis shows that the format not only promotes high engagement but also introduces new risks due to the simplification of information and the loss of critical evaluation. The key conclusion is that FinTech companies need to combine the effectiveness of short videos with financial responsibility and a deep understanding of the local context to build sustainable trust.
