Abstract:This articles devoted to a theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of tolerance as an implicit result of inclusive processes..The relevance of this article stems from the growing need for effective integration of diverse social groups.In this context, the very concept of tolerance as undergoing a fundamental rethinking: It is increasingly viewed not as a static level of acceptance of differences, but as a dynamic, contextual phenomenon that changes depending on social conditions and interactions.

This article explores the conceptual foundations of interdisciplinary support services for students with disabilities in a modern education context. Its relevance stems from the growing pedagogical need to improve the effectiveness of the educational process and the socialization of students with disabilities through systematic collaboration between specialists in relevant fields: speech therapists, special education teachers, psychologists, social educators, and healthcare workers.
