On bringing the National Standard GOST R 58203-2018 "Assessment of the Impact on the Universal Value of World Heritage Sites" into compliance with ICOMOS rules

When carrying out work near sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, an impact assessment on the universal value of the World Heritage sites is required to ensure their preservation. This paper analyzes the National Standard for Impact Assessment Reports, approved in 2018, and compares it with the recommendations of the International Council on Monuments and Sites. It also proposes solutions for addressing any identified discrepancies.
