    Abstract:
    В данной статье рассматривается вопрос развития одаренных детей через организацию познавательной деятельности на уроках математики путём решения заданий метапредметной направленности. Автор приходит к выводу, что использование метапредметных заданий на уроках-мини-проектах меняет его структуру, требует новых подходов к контролю и оценке знаний. Отличительной особенностью такой проектной деятельности является то, что учитель контролирует процесс разработки проекта, более активно участвует в его создании. Этот метод достаточно эффективен, так как позволяет создать условия для формирования у учащихся навыков выделения проблемы, поиска способов её решения, добычи информации, её обобщения, представление выводов в виде некоторого конечного продукта.

    Abstract:
    The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized. On the other hand, the importance of involving students in the process of interaction of the university with local educational organizations to form the readiness of future teachers to use a regional approach in their professional activities is pointed out.

    Abstract:
    Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

    Precast-monolithic construction is developing very rapidly, and the level of specialists at the construction site is falling, therefore, the factors affecting the quality of monolithic works is becoming more and more. The impact of technological imperfections on the bearing capacity becomes more relevant than ever. Today, all the normative documents and official guidelines do not allow to estimate the strength and deformability of reinforced concrete structures accurately enough. Actual, at the moment, is a precise study of reinforced concrete elements, including the features of deformation and destruction of precast-monolithic reinforced concrete structures, taking into account the influence of non-linearity of materials, the level of pre-stress and modeling of the contact seam.

    The monograph presents studies of information protection tools against unauthorized access to automated radionuclide spectrometry systems based on a scintillation gamma spectrometer. As a result of the conducted researches, the system's security indicators have been obtained, which allow to calculate and optimize the probability of damage from unauthorized access taking into account the operating time and the applied information protection means. The developed analytical estimations allow to calculate the upper and lower bounds of the probability of unauthorized access to confidential information at the design stages of automated systems.

    In this work the question of educational and methodical ensuring discipline «Choral solfeggio» in the Higher educational institution in the direction of preparation «Conducting» is brought up. Various methodical approaches in a number of not numerous grants addressed to choral conductors, in particular the last years, based on use of constructive and «live» material in teaching this discipline, and the works devoted to the main forms are analyzed: intoning, acoustical analysis, dictation. The purpose and problems of a course as link between basic discipline of solfeggio and practical skills of a choral class reveal, and also two positions in teaching «Choral solfeggio» are presented.

    Статья посвящена вопросам оценки кросс-эффектов реализации государственных программ. Исследование проведено на основе обзора научных исследований, справочно-информационных документов и контент-анализа нормативно-правовой базы в рассматриваемой предметной области. Обоснованы актуальность и потребность изучения кросс-эффектов реализации государственных программ, предложены принципы их оценки. Уточнено понятие «кросс-эффект» и представлено его отличие от мультипликативного эффекта, предложен показатель «коэффициент кросс-влияния государственной программы». По мнению автора, результаты оценки кросс-эффектов реализации государственных программ будут способствовать оптимизации и совершенствованию механизмов программного бюджетирования и стратегического планирования.

    Adaptation of first-year students to educational medium of a university is the main problem of the faculty. According to the authors’ opinion a key role in this period is played by the tutor, which helps the student to become accustomed to the conditions of the psychological and pedagogical process in the educational environment. When forming an individual approach to learning, one should take into account the personal characteristics of each student, stimulate interest based on professional and motivational components, following the achievement of the main goal – mastering the specialty.
