    Deductive reasoning ability is one of cognitive abilities that is required for the activities of many professional specialties. In Uzbekistan, Jim Barrett's “Deduction” test has been adapted for adolescents and standardized assessment criteria for ninth grade pupils. A total of 1,105 pupils (Mage=15.5) have participated in the study. The results showed no difference between male and female groups.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of training personnel for work with gifted children. The subject teacher needs to identify such children, reveal their creative and intellectual potential. Researches show that children with spacious mind need such a teacher, who will be able to develop their intellectual abilities not by increasing the number of tasks to be solved, but by applying modern approaches to teaching gifted students. To work with gifted children, the teacher must have the following personal characteristics: a predisposition to creative activity; the ability to quickly adjust the individual work plan depending on the pupils’ capabilities; the ability to identify and predict giftedness. Teaching gifted children, the teacher will also learn, improve, and develop himself by constantly participating in competitions and grants, speaking at seminars and conferences, publishing articles in journals, and spreading his experience.

    В статье представлены методы исследования, позволяющие выявить физическую подготовленность детей, имеющих форму спастической диплегии, для целенаправленной коррекции двигательной функции нижних конечностей. В процессе исследования авторы выявили состояние двигательной функции нижних конечностей, которая отражает объем активных движений в тазобедренном, коленном и голеностопном суставах; силу мышц нижних конечностей и продолжительность отдельных фаз цикла шага.

Отмечена приоритетная роль инновационной проектной и цифровой подготовки в многоуровневой практико-ориентированной системе обучения менеджеров. Рассмотрены вопросы конкурентных преимуществ ведущего вуза в создании цифровой образовательной среды, гибкости подстройки образовательных программ под нужды рынка и практики обучения менеджеров сферы гостеприимства и туризма. Актуальность статьи обусловлена потребностью общества, государства и рынка труда гостеприимства и туризма – важной части сферы услуг, в выпускниках вузов, программ дополнительного образования, подготовленных к самостоятельному решению профессиональных задач в условиях турбулентности бизнес-среды, серьезных задач формирования цифровой экономики, информационного общества, реализации «Стратегии развития туризма Российской Федерации на период до 2035 года» как драйвера экономики страны, регионов.     The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.

    Abstract:
    Consideration from critical positions of numerous researches and scientific and methodical works of scientists and experts in the field of innovative activity revealed the fact that among the least studied problems can be attributed to the effect of innovations and innovations. The purpose of this study is the theoretical justification and methodological solution of the complex issues of innovation effect. There are several reasons for this. At least five of them can be formulated as follows: first, there are no large-scale studies on the cycle of effects on the stages of the innovation process. There are practically no theoretically verified methods of calculating the value of the effect; secondly, in the scientific economic literature prevails one-sided view of the competitive relationship between the subjects of innovation. The system of specific communications, which is built on the basis of the effect of innovation and includes both competition and cooperation, is not taken into account; thirdly, there is a small share of research and, as a result, there is still little known about the mechanisms of diffusion of innovation, the ratio of creativity and imitation in the absence of a quantitative assessment of the effect of innovation; fourth, there is no clear understanding of the forms of relationships between certain types of innovation effect and the competitiveness of goods and enterprises; fifth, the experience of functioning of developed countries in the conditions of innovative type of economy shows that economic knowledge should become qualitatively different, oriented to a new idea of innovation not as a goal, but as a means of enterprise development in a market economy. The paper uses General scientific methods of cognition: induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of comparative, multifactorial, functional and situational analysis, statistical groupings and expert-analytical methods.

    Abstract:
    Market conditions of management necessitate regular assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise and the analysis of its defining indicators, but a single well-established methodology for such an assessment in modern conditions is not available. The study shows the implementation of a combined approach (based on the concepts of commercial activity, «4P» and the concept of M. porter) to assess the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products. The following methods were used for the study: system and logical approach, comparative, economic-statistical and graphical methods. The results of the study were the development of ways to improve the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products, and forecast calculations of changes in the level of its competitiveness and economic efficiency.

    Abstract:
    Under modern conditions, the grain market of the Eurasian Economic Union, which should be a developed regional organizational and economic system, has not yet been formed. In the analyzed period, it is basically considered the purchase and sale of grain and its processed products. The problems of the effective functioning of the grain market, ways of their solutions for ensuring food security are defined in the conducted scientific study. In order to take into account the place and role of each EAEU member country, it is necessary to develop a program for the development of a broad market for grain and its processed products in the foreseeable future. In addition, it is necessary to develop a common state strategy for the development of grain export and its processed products. For this purpose it is necessary: to optimize the structure of exported grain, to unify existing domestic standards for grain and products of its processing, primarily in the EAEU member states, with the standards of grain exporting countries, to create specialized zones taking into account natural and climatic features, the availability of developed infrastructure for grain production, to reconsider at a qualitatively different level the interaction on the above mentioned problems, primarily be-tween Russia and Kazakhstan. For solving above mentioned problems during the study the following methods were applied: abstract and logical, monographic and statistical analysis.

    Многообразие публикаций и научных трудов как отечественных, так и зарубежных исследователей отражает объективную сложность научного исследования категории «конкурентоспособность предприятия». Поскольку она характеризуется возможностью в течение длительного периода времени удерживать конкурентные преимущества, то под конкурентоспособностью, как считают С. Клименко и другие, следует понимать динамику приспособления предприятия к изменяющимся условиям внешней среды с целью сохранения и развития уже имеющихся или создания новых преимуществ. Это объясняется тем, что конкурентоспособность определяется множеством факторов, влияние которых, по мнению Н. Тарнавской, И. Макаровой, может повышать и уменьшать ее общий уровень, выявлять сильные и слабые стороны деятельности как самого предприятия, так и его конкурентов.
