    Abstract:
    The author analyzes the relationship between investments and economic growth, establishes the dependence of the volume of investments in the region on the profitability of corporations, which in turn depends on the conjuncture of world coal prices. Investments in the region are studied on the basis of the investment rate indicator, which for 2015–2022 is presented in the form of a polyline and is in the range of 17–26%. An analytical study of the sources of attracting investments notes significant volatility in both credit and budgetary resources. The share of borrowed funds of credit institutions in 2022 decreased to a historic low of 2.2%. On the contrary, the share of budget funds has increased to 16%, but at the same time remains significantly lower than other regions of the Russian Federation. Mining is the main activity in the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass and over the period under study, the share of investments in the structure of economic activities increased to 47 percent. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in investments by state-owned organizations from 9.2% in 2019 to 15.6–11.8%% in 2020–2022. The share of active investments in Kuzbass significantly exceeds the share of active investments in the Russian Federation at 36.4% in 2022 and indicates the dynamism and efficiency of investments in the region. The dynamism of the investment process in the region is confirmed by a review of major investment projects being implemented in the Kemerovo Region: the plywood mill on the territory of the Angero-Sudzhensk TOR, the four-star Cosmos Sheregesh hotel complex, the BELAZ technical support center, the Kuzbass Broiler mushroom production workshop.

Examples of successful historical research illustrate the diversity of approaches and methods, and highlight the importance of digitalization and interdisciplinary research for the future of historical science.

The problems and challenges faced by historians are discussed, including the complexity of interpreting sources, the influence of researcher subjectivity and ethical aspects. Драматургическое мастерство Эсхила позволило ему отразить в образах мифических героев реальных политических лидеров полиса и заставить зрителя обратить внимание на возникающие и грядущие проблемы государства. Авторы считают, что аллюзии в трагедии побуждают к дискуссии, размышлению над историческим контекстом, что свидетельствует об актуальности ее изучения и в наши дни.

    Два масштабных направления развития государственного управления в нашей стране – внедрение цифровых технологий и построение открытого государства, пожалуй, ни в чем не проявились так наглядно, как в освоении органами власти социальных сетей. Это освоение заключается в том, что в популярных социальных сетях создаются открытые страницы (паблики) органов власти, в которых в доступной форме освещается деятельность этих органов и в которых у граждан есть возможность оставить свои комментарии. Использование социальных сетей позволяет органам власти более точно определить проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются граждане, и оперативнее их решать. Вместе с тем необходимость ведения пабликов органов власти, реагирования на комментарии в социальных сетях, а также подготовка нормативно-правовой базы для работы с социальными сетями явилась дополнительной нагрузкой на государственных служащих, не привыкших к такому формату работы. Результатом исследования стала разработка мер, направленных на лучшее освоение органами власти социальных сетей и более эффективное взаимодействие органов власти и граждан в социальных сетях.

    The author analyzes the methods and instruments of financing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Special attention is paid to the buyout operations of a company with a large leverage (LBO) and the acquisition of a business by the organization's top management (MBO). The analytical data of the global M&A transactions market are considered as confirmation of the relevance of this topic. As a result of the conducted research, a comparative characteristic of external sources of financing for mergers and acquisitions was carried out, indicating the advantages and advantages of each of them.

    The article deals with a practical justification for the affiliation of postage stamps to written sources. The experience of using the means of political agitation, among which special importance was assigned to postage stamps, in order to mobilize the Soviet people to fight the enemy, is analyzed. The methodological essence of this problem corresponds to the principles of historicism, objective reflection of reality, dialectical, which are implemented using chronological, comparative methods, as well as quantitative analysis.     Уникальные здания и сооружения создают неповторимые очертания городской застройки, качественно меняя и совершенствуя инфраструктуру. Высотные здания во всем мире относят к объектам самого высокого уровня ответственности и класса надежности. Однако их строительство и эксплуатация значительно удорожается по сравнению с обычными зданиями в связи с технологическими, конструктивными факторами, а также мерами комплексной безопасности. Поэтому стремление к балансу расходов по обслуживанию высотных строений, а именно повышение энергоэффективности здания и использование возобновляемых источников, – острый вопрос в современном строительстве.
