    Abstract:
    The article examines the transformation of organizational and methodological approaches to ensuring security at the Olympic Games in the period from 1972 to 1984. Based on the analysis of historical documents, parliamentary reports and scientific research, it is shown that the terrorist attack on the Munich Olympics (1972) became the starting point for the formation of a new model of organizing sports mega-events – the "Olympic fortress". Special attention is paid to the impact of these changes on the competition infrastructure, the psychological training of athletes, the work regulations of coaching staffs and the logistics of moving delegations. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate safety measures into the sports event management system as an integral element of modern methods of physical education and sports training.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена проблеме семантического разрыва в образовательных RAG-системах, вызванного обилием аббревиатур, транслитераций и узкоспециализированных терминов в учебных материалах. Предложена масштабируемая микросервисная архитектура, реализующая автоматическое извлечение глоссариев из текстов и динамическое расширение пользовательских запросов с использованием локальных генеративных моделей (7B–9B). Система построена на FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis и Docker, обеспечивая полную автономность и переносимость. Экспериментально показано, что предложенный конвейер устраняет лексический разрыв и значительно повышает релевантность поиска. Решение готово к внедрению в вузовскую практику и может быть масштабировано для построения графов знаний и адаптивных интерфейсов.

    Статья обобщает практический опыт дообучения эмбеддинговой модели для семантического поиска по учебно-методическим материалам. Показано, почему стандартные поисковые модели неэффективны при работе с профессиональной образовательной лексикой. Описана методика подготовки специализированного датасета из корпоративной базы знаний и процесс низкоранговой адаптации (LoRA) модели T-lite [1]. Приведены конфигурации адаптеров и анализ метрик. Оптимальная конфигурация повышает MRR@10 с 0,35 до 0,53, что критически улучшает контекст для генеративных моделей и снижает уровень галлюцинаций. Сформулированы рекомендации по созданию умных учебных пособий и тьюторов без значительных вычислительных затрат.

    Abstract:
    In intercultural communication, foreign language learners may produce pragmatic failures due to the inappropriate use of politeness expressions, even if they possess a high level of grammatical and lexical competence. Chinese, Russian, and Uzbek differ significantly in their socio-cultural backgrounds, politeness norms, and models of speech behavior. Therefore, speakers of these languages often encounter intercultural pragmatic deviations in the use of forms of address, requests, expressions of gratitude, and responses to gratitude. A systematic analysis of pragmatic failures in these three languages from the perspective of intercultural pragmatics can provide useful guidance for foreign language teaching practice.

    This chapter examines the complex transformation of the professional image of lawyers in the context of the total digitalization and media coverage of the legal environment in 2024–2026. The author analyzes the impact of digital communications, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and the publicity of legal proceedings on reputation formation and the effectiveness of legal defense. Historical and cultural archetypes of the lawyer's image in fiction and cinema are examined, paralleling them with modern demands for flexibility, mobility, and moral choice. Particular attention is paid to the «Pyramid of Meanings» and nonverbal aspects of communication (body language), which remain critical in the era of AI dominance. Case studies from recent years demonstrate how impression management and digital reputation are becoming tangible factors influencing the outcomes of high-profile court cases.

    In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria. The chapter concludes with a proposed methodology for implementing HR document automation, which aims to minimize manual work, speed up approval processes, and improve HR operations control.

    In the chapter considers the basic model of substantiation of management decisions – «volume-costs-profit», its analytical capabilities for enterprise management. This model helps to predict the values of costs, sales (production) volume and profit. The target focus of the study is to use the tools and functionality of the «volume-costs-profit» model to implement break-even activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the break-even theory is shown, the analytical capabilities of the basic model are systematized, four approaches to its content are identified, the filling of the key elements of its subject area is disclosed: marginal income, coverage rate, break-even point (break-even point), financial safety margin and operating leverage. Using the example of an agricultural organization, break-even modeling of business activities is carried out, directions for increasing the profitability of the enterprise are substantiated. To expand the functionality of the «volume-costs-profit» model, the use of sensitivity analysis, a matrix of financial results planning and break-even management, as well as a scenario approach for choosing alternative options for making a profit when making management decisions is proposed. Difficulties in conducting analysis and forecasting the break-even activity of an enterprise are identified, which are associated with the lack of legal regulation of cost accounting using the direct costing system, the methodology for calculating marginal income and the formation of a management accounting system.

    This paper explores the postmodern features in the poetry of Serik Aksunkaruly, one of the most spiritual figures in modern Kazakh literature. It examines how his work blends deep national symbolism, historical and cultural allusions, and elements such as fragmentariness, reminiscence, and pluralism. Through poems like "Hey, Baibori, Baibori", "Mozart and Salieri (Modern Version)", and "Homo Soveticus", the paper analyzes how Aksunkaruly expresses resistance, identity, and artistic integrity. His poetic style, rooted in classical tradition yet shaped by postmodernist methods, reveals a strong civic stance and spiritual depth, making him a significant representative of postmodern Kazakh poetry.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back. Many elementary school students experience reading disabilities that can seriously impede their academic progress and overall development. Correcting reading disorders in primary schoolchildren is a complex and important task for teachers and parents. In this article, we will look at various approaches to correcting these disorders, and also offer some practical recommendations that will help you work effectively with children who have difficulty reading. Understanding the causes and mechanisms of such disorders is the first step towards successful correction and helping children achieve a full level of literacy.

    The article is devoted to the events of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, the attitude of the people to tragic events through the prism of moral and ethical qualities, the inner world of the heroes is shown. Everyone who took part in the fighting, or was in the rear, realized that the fate of the country depended on him. The war exposes the inner content of both the individual and the ethnic community. It has been established that the moral and ethical qualities of a person during the struggle for their Fatherland can symbolize the concepts of patriotism and courage, which, undoubtedly, can become an example for the younger generation. In addition to the destruction of cities, villages, and infrastructure, tragic events also occurred with people.     The article provides an overview of the main indicators of financial stability of XXX LLC for 2019 to 2022, the order of their calculation. The analysis of the dynamics of traditional indicators of the efficiency of the use of the capital of the enterprise is carried out using a specialized econometric package of the MS EX-CEL program. The empirical basis of the study is the company's reporting data. Based on the results of the evaluation of the company's activities, conclusions were drawn and measures were proposed to improve the use of the company's fixed assets.

  • Ontological Models of Proverbs as Precedent Texts (on the Material of Different Structural Models in the Russian and Chuvash Languages)

    This article presents an analysis of proverbs as precedent texts and their ontological (conceptual) models in the Russian and Chuvash languages as having different structures. The relevance of the work is due to the cognitive-pragmatic approach to the linguistic picture of the world of proverbs, as well as the need to determine the status of the ontological model of precedent texts of proverbs as a special structure of knowledge that characterizes the features of ethno-linguistic consciousness. Based on the material of Russian and Chuvash proverbs, a conceptual analysis of the precedent texts of proverbs is carried out. The basic models of the subject's cognitive decision-making strategy are distinguished: 1) cognitive setting for a low / high degree of argumentative impact: a) with the axiological dominant “gradation”; b) with a stereotypical dominant; c) with adaptive dominant; 2) cognitive attitude with the axiological component “positive – negative”. The identified types of axiological components of conceptual objects act as factors, grounds that ensure the use of proverbs as an argument, reflecting the values and traditions of the Russian and Chuvash cultural communities. Characteristic for acts of argumentation in which proverbs are used are such basic structures as one-sided argumentation and two-sided argumentation. In the discourse in the relationship of communicants in the languages under consideration, simple and complex speech acts with proverbs are used, which have the same pragmatic features, but differ in quantitative terms and communicative conditions of functioning. The structure of the precedent text of proverbs is presented as an ontology in the Protégé ontology editor system, since in modern research ontology is considered the leading paradigm of information content structuring.

    The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the struggle of the regional authorities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra with the destructive movement of Columbine, which is rapidly gaining momentum in Russia. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that even despite a number of measures taken at the federal, regional and local levels immediately after a whole wave of massacres in Russian schools in the period 2014-2018, even in 2022 there are repeated precedents of seizures and murders of schoolchildren, as well as teachers within the Columbine subculture.
