Проведен комплексный анализ существующего подхода к содействию трудоустройства выпускников, что позволило предложить ряд дополнений к существующей на сегодняшний день подготовке профессиональных кадров из числа инвалидов и лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.

    Abstract:
    Раскрыта актуальность содействия формированию выносливости студентов колледжа, обусловленная необходимостью поиска эффективных форм и методов подготовки крепкого на уровне духа и тела поколения молодых профессионалов, значимостью их вклада в социально-экономическое и духовно-нравственное развитие общества в целом. Педагогическое содействие рассматривается как вид целевого взаимодействия педагога с молодым поколением по решению определенной воспитательной задачи, требующей развития личностных качеств (в рамках нашего исследования, выносливости личности) для жизни и профессиональной деятельности в эпоху перемен, на принципах гуманизма, системности, последовательности, дифференциации и интеграции, воспитания с опорой на коллектив. Дана характеристика общей и специальной выносливости, динамической и статистической силовой, и координационной выносливости. Выявлены различия в подготовке выносливости юношей и девушек.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study of ideas about a socially active personality among university students. Based on the characteristics of the three components of social ideas, it was concluded that there are a number of contradictions in ideas, the most significant of which are the contradictions between a positive assessment of the result of prosocial activity and negativism towards the self-realization of the individual in it. Some obstacles to increasing prosocial activity and the potential that teachers and psychologists can rely on have been identified. It is proposed to pay attention to prosocial cooperation as a phenomenon that combines the value and semantic features of prosocial activity.

    The relevance of the study of assistance to the personal and professional development of student-volunteers is revealed. It is conditioned by the necessity of searching for effective forms and methods of training new active volunteers, the social significance of their contribution to the functioning of volunteer organisations and society as a whole. The interpretation of the concept of "pedagogical assistance" is given. The definition of "professional and personal development" of a student is clarified. The contradictions of students' volunteer activity are revealed. The degree of development of the problem is highlighted. The precepts of volunteering and the influence of volunteer practices on the development of empathy, responsibility, reliability, active citizenship, sociability, creativity and teamwork are revealed

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования проблемы безработицы в молодёжной среде. На основе опроса работающих молодых людей от 18 до 35 лет показано, что 83% испытывают страх «остаться безработным и лишиться финансового обеспечения», что становится риском деструктивной конкуренции среди коллег, роста недоверия, почвой конфликтных отношений внутри профессиональных сообществ. Опрос московских студентов показал, что 35% в вопросах дальнейшего трудоустройства рассчитывают только на поддержку и ресурс ближнего социального окружения (родителей, родственников, знакомых), 62% находится в состоянии социальной неопределённости в вопросах реализации дальнейшей профессиональной траектории, что косвенно свидетельствует о сниженной мотивации к повышению профессиональных компетенций и отсутствию ориентиров конструктивной жизненной стратегии, актуальности решения проблемы трудоустройства выпускников образовательных организаций. Обосновано, что молодёжная безработица является угрозой социальной безопасности российского общества. Определены социально-педагогические условия решения проблемы молодёжной безработицы: взаимодействие институтов социализации в вопросах трудоустройства выпускников образовательных организаций высшего и среднего профессионального образования; развитие системы наставничества, поддержка молодёжного предпринимательства и дистанционного формата трудовой деятельности.

    Abstract:
    The article focuses on the need for career guidance in rural schools, the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship, the results of the «school cooperation» project in the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that today modern youth does not see the possibility of self-realization and a decent lifestyle in rural areas, in their small homeland. The development and promotion of the «school cooperation» project provides an opportunity for young people, students of rural schools to realize the possibilities of doing business in rural areas (and/or in cities) by engaging in cooperative entrepreneurship. Using the method of descriptive analysis of the data set and numerous surveys of rural schools, district administrations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other regions of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that modern youth does not seek to stay in rural areas. The monitoring made it possible to come to the conclusion that in many regions of the republic there is a personnel shortage of individual specialists. Results. Based on the data obtained, the directions of cooperation and the possibility of implementing the «Accelerator of School Cooperatives» project were proposed, which was highly appreciated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, corresponds to the goals of national projects and subprojects. Popularization and development of cooperation will make it possible to create a full-cycle cooperation in the future. The materials of the article will be useful to the heads of district administrations, heads of secondary schools for the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship and the organization of student cooperatives in the regions.
