    In the article the signs of world VUCA, skills necessary to the modern man, differences of soft skills from hard skills and, groups of soft skills are examined. The special attention is spared to the psychological training as method of necessary skills development, the research results of the psychological training influence on the dynamics of personality potentials development of freshmen are analyzed.

    Abstract:
    В предлагаемой статье рассматриваются различные аспекты творческой учебно-профессиональной деятельности студентов на основе интеграции и преемственности профессиональной подготовки. Автор раскрывает значимость алгоритма последовательного включения студентов в активную творческую учебно-профессиональную деятельность. Актуализация исследуемой проблемы связана с задачами преподавателя при организации им интегративной учебной деятельности студентов. В статье анализируются возможности творческой составляющей процесса обучения, уровни интереса к творчеству при моделировании условий включения студентов в активную творческую учебно-профессиональную деятельность. В контексте рассмотрения интегральной характеристики личности студента раскрывается значимость соответствующих взаимосвязанных компонентов, связанных с его творческой учебно-профессиональной деятельностью.
