- At the present stage, the level of environmental education of high school students determines not only public well-being, but also the future of the global scale. It is no coincidence that educational standards at all levels of education pay special attention to the environmental education of the younger generation. On the one hand, the problems of environmental education have been well studied, but on the other hand, there is no model that creates a holistic view of the environmental education of senior schoolchildren in a particular school and affects the motivational sphere as a socio-psychological mirror. The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model of environmental education of senior schoolchildren. - The article substantiates the relevance of the targeted formation of information competence in visually impaired primary school students as a key condition for their successful learning and socialization. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the specificity of the structure of information competence is revealed, taking into account the characteristics of children with visual impairments. A set of practical aspects is presented, including adapted pedagogical conditions, methods and means for the development of each component of competence. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate special technologies, compensatory techniques and universal learning activities into a unified process.

Socio-Psychological Factors of Organizational Change Success: Empirical Substantiation of the Importance of Coaching Support for Employees

- Abstract:
- The article substantiates the concept of a supportive environment for organizational change, the core of which is coaching practices — individual and team formats. The results of an empirical study of the socio-psychological factors of successful change in a sample of 400 employees of Russian organizations are presented. It was found that trust in the leader of change is a stable predictor of employees' positive personal attitude to change in all eight consistently constructed regression models. Coaching support is described as a systemic tool that forms a trusting culture of the organization, removes communication barriers, reduces the risk of cognitive distortions and ensures the organic involvement of staff in the preparation and implementation of changes. The conclusions are based on the data of the conducted research, international meta-analyses of coaching effectiveness and the work of Russian authors in the field of coaching psychology.

- The article presents a differentiated approach to developing leaders' readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Drawing on the author's typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness, an optimal development format is defined for each profile — coaching, mentoring, their combination, or the shaping of an organizational environment. Particular attention is given to the «Strategist of Power» profile, for which classical individual development formats are inapplicable. Cases from the author's consulting practice are presented. The connection between the typology and the two-circuit model of leadership potential diagnostics is demonstrated.

- This chapter presents the systems aspects of ecosystem psychology. The terms system and systemic have a wide range of meanings, and the main purpose of this article is to clarify how these terms are used in ecosystemics. A general overview of systems theory is provided in order to identify issues that are relevant to the present discussion. The author shows that although social constructivist views are relevant, hermeneutic considerations are much more important in ecosystem psychology. The chapter discusses the systems aspects of ecosystem psychology, drawing on the ideas of Durheim, Parsons, Berger, Parsons, Luckmann, Schutz, Heidegger.

- The analysis of methodological approaches to the organization of design and research activities of schoolchildren in the field of ecology using the methods of bryoindication and lichenoindication carried out. The normative bases of such activities in the context of modern Federal State Educational Standards, national projects and strategic documents of the Russian Federation emphasizing the importance of environmental education and the formation of research competencies are considered. The key problems of introducing bioindication methods into school practice identified: the pattern of research and the lack of age differentiation of methods. The need to develop ready-to-use methodological recommendations and protocols that will allow teachers to organize meaningful and consistent research work that contributes not only to the implementation of educational projects, but also to the real participation of schoolchildren in local environmental monitoring, the formation of an environmentally responsible, critically thinking personality.

- The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. - This article provides an analytical description of the importance of the television industry in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for shaping public opinion among the population of Russia's regions. It convincingly emphasizes that, despite the total dominance of social media in the media space, television broadcasting retains a significant position in the media market, maintaining and strengthening this position through the virtualization of its content and its transformation into digital broadcasting. - A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated. On this basis, a multi-level model for limiting the blocks of the identity crisis is developed, including the development of metacognitive skills ("digital surveillance"), the practice of conscious consumption of content, methods of narrative implement.

- The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence. The necessity of a differentiated approach to its development, taking into account the stages of professional formation of teachers, is substantiated, and key directions for enhancing conflictological competence in general education are identified.

- The article is devoted to the analysis of digital transformation processes in the modern educational environment. The research aims to develop a model for the effective integration of key digital technologies (adaptive platforms, immersive environments, communication tools) into the pedagogical process and to assess their impact on educational outcomes. The methodological basis includes systematic analysis, comparative method, and synthesis of data from empirical studies (2020–2024). The work identifies the main stages of integration, formulates criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of technology use, and analyzes typical barriers (technological, methodological, psychological). The results of the study are presented in the form of a generalized integration model and a comparative table of technological tools. The conclusion substantiates the thesis about the need for a comprehensive and phased strategy for digital transformation, in which technological innovation is subordinated to pedagogical goals. Prospects for further research are related to the development of universal diagnostic tools for assessing the digital maturity of the educational environment.

- The article compares the conditions for the formation of social causality in older preschool children in two fundamentally different environments: family and boarding school. Social causality is considered as a key cognitive ability that allows children to analyze cause-and-effect relationships in interpersonal relationships, predict the behavior of others, and adapt to society. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data, the article reveals the deprivation mechanisms that hinder the successful development of this phenomenon in institutional settings. The article substantiates the thesis that a family environment rich in emotional connections and stable interactions creates unique prerequisites for the development of a child's social intelligence that cannot be replicated in an orphanage.

- The article examines the fundamental role of the apparatus of discrete mathematics, in particular set theory and mathematical logic, in the design and development of intelligent educational environments (IEDs). The key tasks of IEDs are analyzed, such as knowledge formalization, adaptive planning of learning trajectories, gap diagnosis and generation of personalized tasks, the solution of which is based on operations on sets, Boolean algebra, logical rules and predicate calculus. It is proved that the use of these formal methods makes it possible to move from intuitive design of educational content to a precise, algorithmically controlled process, which is a critical factor in improving the quality and accessibility of education. The work highlights promising areas of integration of these disciplines into modern EdTech solutions.

Drawing on the "Concept of the National Program for Supporting Children's and Youth Reading in the Russian Federation," the authors explore the structural components of this infrastructure: motivational, environmental, spatial-temporal, and communicative. Particular attention is paid to the practical implementation of the proposed model within the framework of a municipal innovation platform, demonstrating the path from theoretical concept to the creation of an environment in kindergarten where children not only learn to read but also truly fall in love with books.

A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

- This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.
