    В статье рассматривается коммуникативно-интерактивная компетенция как важнейшее профессиональное качество студентов – будущих педагогов в условиях цифровизации образования. Уточнено содержание данной компетенции, её структура и значение для профессионального и психологического благополучия обучающихся. Особое внимание уделено влиянию цифровой образовательной среды на коммуникативные процессы, уровень интерактивности и эмоциональное состояние студентов. Показано, что развитие коммуникативно-интерактивной компетенции способствует снижению уровня стресса, повышению адаптивности и устойчивости к информационной нагрузке. Обоснованы педагогические условия, необходимые для гармоничного формирования данной компетенции в цифровом вузовском пространстве.

    В статье рассматривается влияние дисплазии соединительной ткани (ДСТ) на физическую активность человека в условиях профессионального спорта и повседневной жизни. Описываются основные проявления ДСТ, включая гипермобильность суставов, слабость связочного аппарата и повышенную утомляемость. Анализируются риски, с которыми сталкиваются спортсмены и люди с ДСТ при выполнении физических нагрузок. Приведены рекомендации по адаптации тренировочного процесса и повседневной физической активности для людей с признаками дисплазии. Сделан вывод о необходимости индивидуального подхода к физическим нагрузкам при наличии ДСТ с целью повышения качества жизни и минимизации риска травм.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP). The article examines innovative approaches to learning, being necessary due to the rapid development of technology and requirements of the modern labor market. It analyzes the prospects of GAI in ESP context, including a comparative description of the most popular AI tools. The authors explore the functionality, advantages, and limitations of these tools, their impact on teaching a professionally oriented foreign language. Examples of the successful application of GAI in university courses are given. The emphasis is made on the development of communication skills and the adaptation of educational materials to specific professional fields. The article discusses the results of the empirical study showing positive changes in students' learning motivation and progress. The use of GAI contributes to more effective and personalized learning, improves vocabulary, grammatical accuracy and writing skills. However, the successful implementation of GAI requires additional knowledge and training of teachers, as well as focusing on the educational context. Special attention is paid to the need for a balanced approach when using GAI in order to avoid dependence on technology and preserve the positive experience gained in the process of applying traditional teaching methods.

    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses modern approaches to foreign language teaching, emphasizing the use of virtual excursions as an effective method that promotes the development of language and cultural skills. Virtual excursions, which utilize contemporary digital technologies such as 3D modeling and augmented reality, provide learners with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the language environment and broaden their cultural horizons, which is vital in the context of international communication. The aim of the study is to demonstrate the potential of using virtual excursions in foreign language teaching at a non-linguistic university. The research was conducted at the Yakovlev’s University, where future teachers participated in a series of virtual excursions focusing on the history and culture of Great Britain. The research methodology included surveys, observations, and semi-structured interviews, allowing an assessment of the students’ language preparedness and engagement before and after the implementation of the innovative teaching method. The results showed a significant improvement in language skills, perception of authentic audio and video materials, as well as knowledge of the cultural aspects of the studied language countries.
