    Abstract:
    In the work on the Tuvan material, the problem of loneliness is considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the social aspects of social autonomy. The study sets the task of determining the social prerequisites for social autonomy in the context of the role of the family as a small social group and its social function in the formation of the social inclusion of the individual with the subsequent formation of their own social relationships, family guidelines and family constructs. The research task is to determine the specifics, degree and nature of the manifestation of social autonomy in the context of the Tuvan ethnos as an example of a national community that has its own social history, specific traditional values, special national cults of the family, children, specific understanding of the social roles of family members. As a result of the data obtained, statistical estimates were made of the dependence of the main variables that contribute to loneliness or vice versa – reduce its risks. When studying the correlation estimates of the causes of loneliness in the choice of respondents and their answers to the question about the closest social circle, it can be seen that in the absence of their own family, respondents often see the causes of loneliness in the absence of a favorite thing or in the person himself, while the presence of a family forms for the respondents the sphere of employment and encourages them to be as involved as possible in the issues of family and children, thereby leveling all possible causes of feeling of loneliness. The study allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of one's own family and children in the Tuvan ethnic group. The presence of a generic, cultural, historical understanding of the family, children in the lives of the respondents reflects the social orientation and social focus on the presence of this particular social field as defining for the majority of the respondents.

    На основе культурно-исторического метода исследования патриархальных семейно-брачных отношений обосновывается исследовательская гипотеза о том, что по мере углубления процессов глобализации с ее стремлением к трансформации и унификации культур все более актуализируется потребность обществ в социальной устойчивости. Ретроспективный взгляд в прошлое и обобщение регионального опыта жизнедеятельности этноса (чеченцев) позволили раскрыть роль семейных ценностей в трансляции культурного кода этноса. Обосновывается тезис, что при всех инвариантах будущего институт семьи остается гарантом целостности универсальных общечеловеческих ценностей.

    В статье актуализируются особенности славянского этноса как одного из заказчиков образования человека. Для выявления такого заказа применяются методы социологического и историко-культурного анализа славянского этноса, его состава, территориальной распределённости. В качестве материалов для анализа используются количественные данные о славянах в современном мире, а также версии происхождения славян. Цель – обосновать предпосылки славянской педагогики как науки и практики реализации заказа славянского этноса на образование. Славянское народное образование рассматривается с позиций этнопедагогики. В качестве результатов приведены сводные данные о древних и современных славянских этнических группах, их количественном составе, исторические данные о происхождении славян. Обозначены виды источников для дальнейших исследований славянского этноса и развития его этнической педагогики. Выводом выступает возможность и необходимость выделения славянского этноса в качестве заказчика образования.

    Abstract:
    The author emphasizes the importance of national traditions in preserving the Kyrgyz identity. The article represents the Kyrgyz national traditions, which are associated with the birth of a child and celebrated in the first year of life. The work introduces readers to the traditions and customs of the Kyrgyz people of the early XX century, described by Soviet ethnographers, and with their modern versions. The author pays attention to a detailed description of the rituals performed and explains the importance of Kyrgyz traditions for representatives of the Kyrgyz ethnic group. The purpose of the article is to familiarize a wide range of readers with the national traditions of the Kyrgyz people, their origins, and their significance. Research methods: The work is built on the methods of observation and description and uses folk traditions observed by members of the Kyrgyz ethnic group as a basis. As a result of this analysis, the author concludes that the traditions of ancient times are of importance to the Kyrgyz people. The author also notes the importance of preserving and observing folk traditions for the people's self-identification as a single ethnic group, not only for the Kyrgyz living on the ancestral territory but also for the Kyrgyz living outside their homeland.

    В статье рассказывается о корсиканском этносе – народе, составляющем основное население острова Корсика, который ведет своё начало от племен Ниражикской цивилизации, происхождение которой неизвестно. На формирование данного этноса в древности влияли финикийцы, этруски и греки, а в начале нашей эры Корсика подверглась романизации. В средние века местное население Корсики смешивалось с византийскими греками, остготами, франками и лангобардами. В IX веке Корсика была завоевана арабами. В первой трети ХХ века материковая Франция стала основным местом эмиграции, особенно Марсель, который становится «первым корсиканским городом в мире». Причины этой процесса разнообразны: от бедности из-за экспортных ограничений до второй промышленной революции и последовавших за ней сельскохозяйственных кризисов. Ущерб, нанесенный Первой мировой войной, также усугубил эти отклонения. Корсиканский язык – это язык романской группы, принадлежащий к итало-романской группе.

В статье также отражены условия для воспитания нравственных чувств, этнической толерантности на ценностях и традициях народностей, населяющих Томскую область, раскрывается сущность принципов соблюдения прав и свобод человека. Материалы представленной работы могут быть применены в воспитательной работе общеобразовательных школ.

Сегодня педагог не только связующее звено между учащимся и социумом, но и посредник в вопросах педагогического просвещения родителей в вопросах как воспитания, так и информатизации процесса обучения, которая стала еще более актуальной в сложившейся ситуации. В результате проведенного анализа традиционной литературы в вопросах просвещения родителей сделаны определенные выводы, представленные в статье.

    The article covers significance of cultural and educational events for development of the bilingual environment; gives definitions of the terms “bilingualism”, “bilingual educational environment” and “indigenous / small peoples”. The relevance of studying this issue is in changing approaches from 2017 in teaching national languages in bilingual and multilingual regions of the country, in changing the number of hours in teaching in native (national) languages in a secondary school, in taking into account the national-regional component in the education system of a multinational state. The subject of the research is rapidly disappearing ethnic groups and their languages according to the classification of languages of UNESCO. The article emphasizes the importance of preserving and promoting national languages and cultures for establishing intercultural dialogue and peaceful coexistence of ethnic groups in a multinational state. The purpose of the article is to identify and draw attention to the problem of disappearance of national languages and cultures through a set of measures in the field of culture, science, education. Research methods: study of literature on the research topic, analysis of educational programs and curricula, a comparative analysis method for describing the status of the languages. Results. In the study, we came to the conclusion that the availability of bilingual textbooks and teaching aids with assignments built on national-Russian bilingualism, the organization of various kinds of bilingual events and their popularization in the media will help to maintain a viable level of national languages and cultures of indigenous peoples in the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the nature of ethno-cultural education of children with health limitations, reflects the directions of studying ethnic as well as spiritual culture of small-numbered peoples of the Tomsk Region: Selkups, Tomsk Tatars, Buryats, Altai, cultural heritage of ethnic groups for the purpose of spiritual, social, moral, mental and physical development. The authors outline that ethnocultural education is a holistic process of transferring to a younger generation traditions, cultural values, social norms of the ethnic group to which they belong to as well as in environment of which they live. The essence of ethno-cultural education of schoolchildren is reviewed; the aims, key features of ethno-cultural education, and its objectives, the main of which indicates the development of children’s interethnic tolerance through acquaintance with the culture of peoples of different ethnic groups of the Tomsk Region. Also, the main mission of ethno-cultural education – the revival of the humanistic principles of intercultural communication, the dialogue of cultures and nations – is presented. The processes of ethnic and cultural identification that characterize the peoples of the Tomsk Region are the subject of research. The following main methods were applied: classes in the school library, a survey of parents living in the Tomsk Region, questionnaires, work with online sources. It is concluded that traditions formed at an early age and activities that are jointly conducted with parents have a large stable character for the spiritual and moral education and socialization of the younger generation.

    Authors of the article pay a special attention to the consideration of traditions and innovations in the dynamics of ethnosocial organism development, since the last decade, the blurring of lines of ethnocultural identity on a global scale has become more obvious. Aggressive penetration into the territory of many states by a pro-Western faceless pseudo culture led to a loss of life orientation at the genetic level and the prospects for the existence of most ethnic groups. The aim of work is to search, identify and analyze the main structure-forming principles, the main provisions of which can preserve a unique and inimitable core of ethnocultural organism in a practical application, give a vector of a further more qualitative state. Methods. Using the principles of formal logic, functionalism, and a systematic approach, it was possible to determine the stages of the origin, transformation, and structural integration of cultural innovations in the ethnic environment. Characteristics of each stage from the side of a positive direction as well as a negative one, leading to the degeneration and decay of the ethnocultural system, is presented. As a result of the study, methodological approaches to preserving ethnic cultures, based on traditional ties in relations within the people were identified. These principles are, in authors’ opinion, invariable mechanisms of the dynamic, progressive development of any ethnic group, if the ethnocultural identity of all mankind is perceived as a conscious, creative way for the development and preservation of an ethnos.

    The article draws attention to the current socio-cultural problems of the Caucasus, it emphasizes the relevance of research in this region. The purpose of the article is to identify important methodological problems in the study of the history, culture and language of the Turks, taking into account the spiritual and intellectual revival of the Turkic world based on various approaches and methods. The application of the comparative historical method and the method of interpreting cultural and historical phenomena allowed us to reveal that the concept of Caucasian civilization is more static compared to a dynamic European civilization. The result of the study showed that ethnicity in the Caucasus is still relevant. In Caucasian culture, the main direction of studying the behavior of the subject is ethno-identification. It is concluded that this feature is a serious problem for the peoples of the region, including the Turks. In general, the ethnic factor is one of the mechanisms governing the life of a person belonging to Caucasian civilization. Along with this, it is emphasized that the Turkic peoples living in the Caucasian region are the peoples that enrich the Caucasian civilization.

  • The Role of Ethnosolfeggio in the Preservation and Development of Kazakhs’ Song Heritage in the Conditions of Globalization

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of preserving the spirit and creative potential of the traditional music in the modern Europeanized education of folk musicians in Kazakhstan. In the modern ethnosolfeggio course, adapted for folk singers, the necessary basis is formed for understanding the historical development of traditional music and its role in modern cultural contexts, as well as the need for its preservation and further development. The purpose of the article is to offer the measures to preserve the valuable qualities of traditional music and ensure its further development. Based on the methods of generalizing pedagogical experience (observation, studying normative documentation, questionnaires), many years of experience in teaching a course of ethnosolfeggio adapted for folk singers are presented. As a result of the work, the necessary theoretical and practical basis was obtained for understanding the historical development of traditional music, understanding its role in modern cultural contexts and the need for its preservation and further development. The article concludes that ethnosolfeggio course include saturation with creative forms of work that rely on «verbalness» inherent to traditional singers, and emphasis on mastering improvisation that unfolds the composing potential.

    Национальная учебная книга, имеющая многовековую историю своего развития, является бесценным культурным наследием народов нашей страны. Исследование ее эволюции стало важнейшим направлением в современной педагогической науке. В этой связи целью данного исследования является изучение социально-исторических условий зарождения первой марийской национальной учебной книги под названием «Сочиненiя, принадлежащiя кѣ грамматикѣ черемискаго языка» как составной части духовной культуры марийского народа. Изыскание основывается на теоретическом анализе и синтезе исторических, культурологических научно-педагогических, этнографических источников, архивных материалов и рукописей. В результате исследования выявлено, что данному культурному событию огромной важности предшествовали исторические процессы, происходившие в Волго-Камском регионе, в том числе и в Марийском крае, в течение нескольких столетий. Эти процессы порождали социально-культурные условия становлению национальной системы образования и национальной школы в российском государстве, возникновению письменности в связи с распространением христианской религии и, как следствие, зарождению первой марийской национальной учебной книги.
