    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the Hungarian section of the Chuvash studies. The aim of the work is to familiarize the scientific community with new Hungarian scientists. The author uses traditional descriptive and analytical methods practiced in scholarship. The Hungarian section is the most developed area of foreign Chuvash studies. It is due to the linguistic contacts of the Turkic languages of the Chuvash type with Hungarian, which took place in the period before the conquering of homeland by the Hungarians. Currently, Hungarian Chuvash studies are mainly represented by linguistic and musicological trends. There are works of a historical and literary plan. One of the representatives of modern scholars of the Chuvash language in Hungary is M. Takács, who asserted herself by direct translations of the works of the Chuvash fiction into Hungarian, mainly the stories of E. Lisina. She also published scholarly works based on personal experience and devoted to the problems of translation and linguistics of a literary text. Thus, a distinctive feature of M. Takács’s Chuvash studies at the moment is a departure from the problems recognized as traditional for the Hungarian Chuvash studies – language contacts. Another direction of M. Takács’s research is the study of nouns published in the book «Works related to the grammar of the Chuvash language» of 1769. Another direction of M. Takács is the study of the problems of «Works belonging to the grammar of the Chuvash language» 1769. The author comes to the conclusion that the scientific developments of M. Takac in Hungarian Chuvash studies develop the traditions of studying the literary texts of Chuvash authors in linguistic and translation aspects.

    Abstract:
    Современный этап активного становления цифровой экономики характеризуется формированием цифровой образовательной среды как основы успешного развития глобальной экономики в будущем. В новых экономических и политических условиях, сложившихся в процессе глобализации, профессиональная компетентность не может ограничиваться узкой совокупностью профессиональных знаний и умений – она включает в себя множество компетенций, большинство из которых относятся к категории «мягких», то есть применимых в любых областях знания и творчества, компетенций, без которых сегодня ни один профессионал не может сделать успешную карьеру. В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь между мультимедийными технологиями и развитием «мягких» компетенций. Особое внимание уделяется современным условиям обучения в вузе – дистанционному формату обучения. Автор приходит к выводу, что мультимедийная образовательная среда способствует более успешному профессиональному становлению даже в условиях дистанционного обучения.

    В статье рассматривается использование акциональных глаголов для интерпретации события общения с точки зрения мимики, жестов, поведенческих реакций, выражающих негативные эмоции. Они могут быть переданы посредством глаголов с соответствующим семантическим значением, лексическими средствами, идиоматическими выражениями, включающими в себя акциональные глаголы. Авторами приведен анализ фактического языкового материала, позволяющий сделать вывод о значении акциональных глаголов в описании негативных переживаний человека.

    In the article, the author defines the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a teacher, his or her ability to organize a dialogue of original cultures. The purpose of the article is to study the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a foreign language teacher in the context of intercultural communication. Methods: consideration of the provisions of materialistic philosophy on the harmony of national, interethnic and universal and dialectical unity of form and content; analysis of the main provisions of the competence approach, theories and practices of personal development; review of philosophical, cultural, sociological, psychological and pedagogical provisions. The theoretical basis consists of the ideas of prospects for development and formation in the system of moral and ethical priorities, the ideas of socio-cultural modernization of education, multicultural education and upbringing, ethno-cultural education, and the theory of cultural dialogue. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the training and upbringing of a globally thinking citizen who knows the cultures and traditions of his or her people is achieved in the process of interaction of a foreign language teacher with representatives of various original cultures. According to the author, only in this case the teacher can improve his or her skills and develop competencies in the field of ethnic culture. The author sees a possible solution to the issue of developing the ethno-cultural competence of teachers in the creation of training sites and offers a number of pedagogical tutorials on the research topic. The key point is to train competent teachers who are able to arouse students' curiosity about their native ethnic culture and take into account the possibilities of interaction, mutual respect, and interpenetration of cultures.

    В XXI в. образование, получаемое как в формальной среде, создаваемой школами и университетами, так и в неформальной среде, создаваемой библиотеками, молодежными клубами, культурными центрами и социальными сетями, должно не только обеспечивать равный доступ к информационно-коммуникационным технологиям, но и обучать граждан, развивая их компетенции, чтобы они могли стать культурными, ответственными и критически мыслящими субъектами, поскольку знание в новой образовательной парадигме – необходимое условие для сознательного развития личной свободы и демократических общественных ценностей. В статье выявляются и анализируются 10 инновационных компетенций, наиболее актуальных, по мнению автора, для формирования и развития профессиональной личности в рамках непрерывного образования в течение всей жизни (lifelong learning – LLL), а именно креативность, способность к решению проблем, коммуникативная способность, лидерство, критическое мышление, способность к сотрудничеству, управление информацией, адаптивность, любопытство и рефлексия. Автор выдвигает и развивает концепцию трех ипостасей гипертекстовой коммуникации, способствующих развитию компетенций, необходимых для успешного формирования и развития профессиональной личности и эффективного функционирования профессионалов в современной цифровой экономике, а именно – гипертекстовой коммуникации, функционирующей как среда, способствующая развитию профессиональной личности в течение всей жизни, как средство развития профессиональной личности и как профессиональная компетенция, обусловленная требованиями новой цифровой эры.

    В статье рассмотрены изменения, происходящие в системах образования в современных условиях. Сегодня цифровая трансформация является основной силой, меняющей отрасли экономики и влияющей на работу корпораций и учреждений. Поскольку работа и обучение начали объединяться, теперь между ними существует только тонкая грань. Цифровая трансформация обучения расширила возможности организаций в плане развития, предоставляя точно в срок необходимые решения для обучения. Обучение развивается более стремительно, становится более измеримым и целенаправленным. Одновременно с этим изменения в рабочих парадигмах делают трудовую деятельность более спонтанной, виртуальной и одновременно гиперсвязанной. Решения о том, когда, как и где люди учатся и работают, больше не могут быть ограничены определенным временем или местом – цифровая трансформация корпоративного обучения стала критическим фактором успеха для корпораций [1]. Бинарная коммуникативная компетенция, основанная на родном и иностранном языках, представляется нам краеугольным камнем межкультурной компетенции, формирование которой является сегодня прерогативой профессионального развития во всех передовых странах мира и ведущих компаниях. При этом необходимо понимать, что формирование бинарной коммуникативной и межкультурной компетенций должно опираться на системный подход, позволяющий рассматривать все интегральные компоненты и характеристики профессиональной личности как системы для достижения целей её развития и совершенствования.

    В статье рассматривается тема формирования профессионала в изменившихся условиях современности. Четвертая промышленная революция, в которую вступило человечество, стремительно меняет мир вокруг нас: невиданные прежде разработки и достижения – искусственный интеллект, робототехника, большие данные и Интернет вещей, – несомненно, будут влиять на экономику и человеческий труд. При этом интеллектуальный труд в XXI веке подвергнется не меньшему воздействию, чем ручной труд, который навсегда изменился в результате промышленной революции XIX века. Да и сама система высшего образования за последние двадцать лет подвергается кардинальным изменениям – бóльшим, чем за предыдущее тысячелетие, ведь, если в парадигмах образования 1.0, 2.0 и даже в значительной степени 3.0 студенты были в основном потребителями информационных ресурсов, которые предоставлялись им для поглощения и присвоения в виде знаний, новая образовательная парадигма 4.0 основывается на активной роли студентов в процессе обучения и формировании их новой функции – со-трудников, со-зидателей нового знания. То есть их профессиональные личности должны формироваться не только и не столько преподавателями, сколько в процессе совместной учебной деятельности высококвалифицированных профессионалов сегодняшних и высокомотивированных профессионалов завтрашних. Новый мир, основанный на эффективной межкультурной коммуникации в цифровой среде, нуждается в профессионалах нового типа, и вузам всего мира нужно срочно понять, как именно можно этого добиться.

    The article covers significance of cultural and educational events for development of the bilingual environment; gives definitions of the terms “bilingualism”, “bilingual educational environment” and “indigenous / small peoples”. The relevance of studying this issue is in changing approaches from 2017 in teaching national languages in bilingual and multilingual regions of the country, in changing the number of hours in teaching in native (national) languages in a secondary school, in taking into account the national-regional component in the education system of a multinational state. The subject of the research is rapidly disappearing ethnic groups and their languages according to the classification of languages of UNESCO. The article emphasizes the importance of preserving and promoting national languages and cultures for establishing intercultural dialogue and peaceful coexistence of ethnic groups in a multinational state. The purpose of the article is to identify and draw attention to the problem of disappearance of national languages and cultures through a set of measures in the field of culture, science, education. Research methods: study of literature on the research topic, analysis of educational programs and curricula, a comparative analysis method for describing the status of the languages. Results. In the study, we came to the conclusion that the availability of bilingual textbooks and teaching aids with assignments built on national-Russian bilingualism, the organization of various kinds of bilingual events and their popularization in the media will help to maintain a viable level of national languages and cultures of indigenous peoples in the Russian Federation.

    В исследовании система управления конфликтами рассматривается на примере организации ООО «RBR1». Цель исследования – выявить способы повышения эффективности управления конфликтами. Общая методология исследования базируется на важнейших философских положениях системного (В.А. Сластенин, Э.Г. Юдин) и бехивеористского подходах (Э. Торндайк, Д. Уотсон, Д. Скиннер). Для реализации поставленных задач нами были использованы следующие методы исследования: 1) теоретические: анализ, синтез, индукция, дедукция, логический метод, сравнение специальной философской, социологической, психологической литературы по проблеме исследования; 2) эмпирические: наблюдение, анкетирование, количественный и качественный анализ материала, SWOT-анализ. В рамках работы также были изучены нормативно-правовая документация, был произведен анализ документов и статистических данных, обобщены данные монографических, публицистических, иных научных источников и материалов периодической печати, применены данные, доступные в свободном доступе в сети Интернет и содержащие необходимую информацию по исследуемой проблематике.

    Abstract:
    The chapter analyzes the needs of the modern labour market for highly qualified professionals with a highly developed professional communicative personality, and the possibility of forming the professional personality based on at least two communicative competencies developed on the basis of the native and foreign languages. Based on the study, the author has identified significant characteristics of the digital environment in relation to the goals of heterogeneous and autonomous learning, relevant for both distance and open learning, their positive impact on the effectiveness of the educational process and its results, coming to a conclusion of the importance of the digital environment for the gradual transformation of “pedagogy of teaching” into “pedagogy of opportunity” (R. Arnold, 1993). Based on the conducted analysis of previous definitions, the author offers and justifies her own definition of “professional personality” and sets out her own concept of the linguistic personality, which combines the concept of a linguistic personality developed by Yury Karaulov and the concept of a secondary linguistic personality developed by Irina Khaleyeva, as well as the hypothesis proposed by Lyubov Yarotskaya. The work emphasizes the importance of introducing ICTs and hypermedia into foreign language teaching programmes for an effective formation of communicative competencies and the importance of the hypertext environment as a whole for solving urgent educational problems in the new educational paradigm.
