    Abstract:
    Организация эффективной языковой среды дома играет важную роль в успешном изучении ребенком английского языка. Родители часто сталкиваются с вопросом, как правильно создать такую среду, чтобы ребенок свободно овладевал языком вне школьного процесса. Важность создания языковой обучающей среды при обучении детей иностранным языкам неоднократно подчеркивалась отечественными исследователями и методистами. По утверждению известного педагога Ш.А. Амонашвили, такая среда «запускает» природные речевые механизмы, которые у маленького ребенка еще являются гибкими и пластичными. В условиях правильной организации языковой обучающей среды формирование речевых умений и навыков происходит быстрее и эффективнее, а сами речевые умения становятся более прочными и гибкими. Статья посвящена вопросам формирования позитивной и мотивирующей обстановки, способствующей изучению английского языка детьми дошкольного и младшего школьного возраста.

Билингвальные дети демонстрируют более структурированную и развернутую связную речь, что связано с расширением лексического запаса и лучшим пониманием языковых структур. Особое внимание уделяется аспектам билингвизма, которые стимулируют развитие коммуникативных навыков и толерантности. Результаты подчеркивают важность раннего и корректного педагогического сопровождения детей с билингвальной речевой средой для максимального раскрытия их потенциала в области речи и мышления.

    В статье рассматривается проблема создания эффективной социальной адаптивной среды в системе адаптивного физического воспитания в условиях Республики Саха (Якутия), которая заключается в том, что существующие универсальные методики и программы недостаточно адаптированы к специфическим этнокультурным и билингвальным особенностям региона. Для решения проблемы предлагается интеграция этнокультурного, билингвального и семейно-ориентированного подходов. Внедрение данных подходов позволит повысить мотивацию и психоэмоциональное состояние участников, сформировать инклюзивную среду для успешной социальной адаптации, укрепить семейные ресурсы и разработать персонализированные модели АФВ.

    В статье проводится анализ компонентов билингвальной личности подростков с немецко-русским двуязычием на лингвокогнитивном уровне. Рассматриваются основные компоненты языковой компетенции и их особенности для билингвов. Языковая компетенция описывается как уровень владения обоими языками. Особое внимание уделяется когнитивным процессам билингвизма, переключению кодов и культурным нюансом каждого языка. Подчеркивается позитивное влияние процесса переключения кодов на когнитивные процессы подростков-билингвов. Описывается влияние языка на мышление подростков-билингвов, социальный контекст и интерпретация информации, что обуславливает переход на определенный язык у подростков-билингвов.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this work is to substantiate the ethno-cultural orientation in teaching English among bilingual students of Tuvan State University as the basis for the formation of intercultural competence. The strengthening of internationalization and mutual influence of polylinguocultural social communities in different spheres of life actualizes the question of the need to solve educational problems in a broad socio-cultural context and the dialogue of cultures. It is possible through a discipline in English, aimed at studying Tuvan culture by students in the context of the past and the present. We have defined the purpose of the discipline, the content of cultural knowledge, the planned competencies as a result of studying the discipline by students, and also formulated principles. The discipline is based on the application of the innovative subject-integrated methodology CLIL, combining content and language. Its combination with the ethno-cultural component in teaching English creates the potential not only to improve the skills of foreign language communicative competence, but also contributes to the formation of intercultural competence of students.

    The relevance of the chapter is determined by the fact that foreign language teaching in a non-language university should be aimed at the formation of intercultural communicative foreign language competence, an important part of which is the ability to communicate in a professionally-oriented environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the natural learning of spoken language in a foreign language using communicative gestalt situations. The results of the study allow us to conclude that when organizing foreign language teaching by using communicative gestalt situations, it is necessary to take into account the features of modern psychological principles of the formation of bilingual consciousness of students and the national specifics of the communication culture of the people of the language being studied.

  • The Phenomenon of Bilingualism in Udmurt Literature (on the Example of G. E. Vereshchagin’s Works)

    The article describes the phenomenon of bilingualism, expressed in Udmurt literature at the origins of its formation. An analytical insight of this phenomenon is undertaken on the example of the works of the first Udmurt writer G. E. Vereshchagin, namely, on one of his poems. The introductory part briefly describes the various possible forms of a writer's bilingualism, one of which is adopted by the author under study. Several hypothetical versions are proposed to explain the reasons for the Udmurt writer's appeal to self-translation. An analysis of his lullaby “Glaucous, glaucous dovelet!” in Udmurt and its translated version in Russian, carried out by G. E. Vereshchagin himself, is provided. In the course of a comparative study, similarities and differences were found. It is summarized that the formation of a bilingual context in Udmurt literature begins with the works of G. E. Vereshchagin. Through the author's translation, his poetic creativity is also presented to the Russian-speaking reader for the first time. It is revealed that in the translated text the poet successfully embodied the national stylistics and figurative expressiveness inherent in the original. The study of the bilingual creativity of G. E. Vereshchagin contributes to the understanding of the bilingual phenomenon of national literature.

    The article considers the category of time as a phenomenon of language and literary text based on the story of Chingiz Aitmatov "The White Ship". The interest to the category of time is caused by the asymmetry of the semantics of time in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages in the works of Aitmatov, which plays an important role in the translation of the text from Russian into Kyrgyz. The purpose of the study is to analyze the functions of the past tense, especially the past definite/indefinite in the Kyrgyz version of the story. The analysis is based on the onomasiological approach. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. In the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, when expressing the grammatical category of time, there is a structural and semantic discrepancy between the forms of past and future tense. But in both versions of the story the past tense lies at the central place. On the one hand, this is due to the non–subjection of the future to human nature, on the other hand, to respect for the past of ancestors as an experience that warns the next generation against mistakes. In the Kyrgyz version of the story, thanks to the various forms of the past tense, the translator was able to vividly convey the whole range of emotions of the boy when it came to the Mother Deer, and the translator was also able to show the importance of the ancestors for the boy.
