    Abstract:
    В статье представлены причины и последствия тревожности у студенческой молодежи. Показано, что в последнее время тревожность охватывает все большее количество юношей и девушек. Установлено, что девушки-студентки чаще демонстрируют личностную тревожность, чем студенты-юноши. Зачастую они воспринимают повседневные ситуации как угрожающие и испытывают по этому поводу выраженное беспокойство. Сделан вывод о том, что необходимо обеспечить комплексный подход к работе со студенческой молодежью, особое внимание уделяя техникам саморегуляции.

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the issue of developing civic identity among students of pedagogical universities as a key objective of the state youth policy. It substantiates the potential of physical culture and sports activities as a powerful resource for socialization and patriotic education. Based on the systemic and activity-based approaches, four pedagogical conditions are identified and theoretically justified: axiological reorientation of the physical education content; integration of historical, cultural, and local history components; involvement of students in sports volunteering and socially significant projects; and creation of a reflective pedagogical environment that fosters the meta competencies of a future teacher.

Предпринимательская субъектность определяется как интегративное качество личности, включающее инициативность, способность к самостоятельному целеполаганию, рефлексии, принятию решений и преобразованию окружающей среды. Обосновывается возможность использования ретроспективного анализа деловой культуры как педагогического средства развития мотивации и личностного потенциала будущих специалистов. Показано, что изучение опыта предпринимателей прошлого и современности способствует формированию ценностных ориентиров, внутренней мотивации достижения и готовности к профессиональной самореализации.

  • Features of preparing layouts for printing on fabrics

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines modern technologies for applying images to fabric in the context of graphic design, corporate identity, and merchandising. The key printing and decorating methods are analysed – silkscreen printing, machine embroidery, sublimation printing, and DTF printing. For each method, an assessment is provided of its technological features, economic feasibility, limitations, and areas of application – from mass production to individual art objects. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of pre‑press layout preparation: resolution requirements, color models, minimum element sizes, file types, and typical mistakes made by novice designers. The final part formulates the criteria for choosing a technology depending on the type of fabric, print run, budget, and design task. A designer with a deep understanding of printing technologies has a clearer idea of the final result of their work and can offer the client higher‑quality and more innovative solutions. Knowledge of printing processes helps students navigate the rapidly changing graphic industry and keep track of new trends and technical innovations. This gives an advantage – the ability to stay ahead of the curve and introduce fresh ideas and methods into projects, which is an important factor for a successful career in graphic design.

This article examines the need to align the content of professional training for a future children’s choir director with the specific features of professional activity in the field of supplementary education. Based on an analysis of the Professional Standard “Teacher of Supplementary Education for Children and Adults”, as well as relevant pedagogical and methodological literature, the labor functions required for the future teacher’s professional activity are identified. The relationship between these labor functions, the principal professional tasks of a children’s choir director, and the content of future specialists’ training is established.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается потенциал миофасциального релиза (МФР) как эффективного средства коррекции физического и психоэмоционального состояния студентов вузов. На основе анализа 14 научных публикаций (2022–2026 гг.) систематизированы данные о физиологических механизмах МФР, его влиянии на опорно-двигательный аппарат, сердечно-сосудистую систему и психоэмоциональную сферу. Обоснована целесообразность внедрения техник миофасциального релиза в структуру учебно-тренировочных и оздоровительных занятий со студентами с различным уровнем двигательной активности. Сделан вывод о том, что МФР является доступным, безопасным и высокоэффективным методом комплексного восстановления, способствующим повышению адаптационных резервов организма и успешности образовательной деятельности.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования критического восприятия информации в условиях цифровой трансформации мирового сообщества и роста манипулятивных стратегий в глобальном медиапространстве. Авторы обосновывают актуальность обучения критическому чтению англоязычных текстов как важнейшего фактора информационной безопасности личности и профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется анализу лингвистических механизмов воздействия (кликбейт, эмоционально окрашенная лексика, апелляция к авторитету, навешивание ярлыков) и их влиянию на восприятие информации в условиях языкового барьера. В статье доказывается, что формирование навыков критического чтения на иностранном языке является эффективным инструментом противодействия дезинформации и укрепления социальной устойчивости в эпоху глобальных информационных вызовов.

    The relevance of this study is driven by the growing number of international students from politically unstable regions in Russian universities and the insufficient development of a comprehensive approach integrating linguistic, social, cultural, and psychological aspects of adaptation. The aim of this work is to provide a theoretical substantiation and empirical verification of a psychological and pedagogical support model aimed at the linguosociocultural adaptation of preparatory faculty students from Mashriq countries. The article examines linguosociocultural adaptation as the inseparability of linguistic, social, and cultural components within the international educational environment. The materials comprise data from theoretical analysis of literature in educational psychology, intercultural communication, and andragogy, as well as empirical findings obtained from a sample of 120 preparatory students from Egypt, Libya, and Syria (2022–2025). Methods included questionnaires (Sociocultural Adaptation Scale, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and the authors' Academic Motivation Questionnaire), in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a pedagogical experiment. The ascertaining phase identified the leading factors of maladaptation: language barrier, culture shock, consequences of psychologically traumatic experience, and insufficient secondary school preparation. The developed support program integrated language training, individual psychological counseling, tutoring, and a series of intercultural events. The post-implementation assessment demonstrated a statistically significant increase in sociocultural adaptation indicators by 35%, an improvement in academic performance by 28%, and a significant reduction in anxiety levels. It is concluded that linguosociocultural adaptation requires simultaneous pedagogical and psychological support; the proposed model has proven its effectiveness and can be recommended for scaling to other categories of students from unstable regions.

  • Psychological, Behavioral, and Socio Demographic Factors Associated with Students’ Trust in Artificial Intelligence in the Modern Educational Environment

    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

    The chapter presents an innovative experience of modeling the process of professional training of students through the introduction of reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks. The key element of the model is reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks, where the visual clarity of pictographs helps the student not to keep a difficult situation in mind, but to constantly perceive it figuratively. The potential of this approach for enhancing reflection, visual representation of pedagogical situations and integration of theoretical knowledge into professional skills is substantiated. The chapter analyzes the features of the development and application of visual task models, their role in the transformation of educational and professional activities into quasi-professional ones.

    The chapter addresses the problem of formation and accumulation of students' social capital in the multiethnic educational environment of a modern Russian university. The authors conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of key social capital concepts (P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, R. Putnam) as applied to the specifics of higher education in a multiethnic society. The structural elements of students' social capital – trust, social networks, norms of mutual assistance – are identified and their dynamics in a mixed ethnocultural university environment are traced. It is demonstrated that the multiethnic educational environment simultaneously serves as a condition and a resource for the formation of social capital: it provides for the expansion of interethnic interaction networks, the development of tolerance and intercultural competence, and the accumulation of «bridging» social capital. A conceptual model for the formation of students' social capital in a multiethnic university is proposed, incorporating institutional, communicative, psychological-pedagogical, and value-based components. Practical recommendations for designing an educational environment conducive to the accumulation of social capital and the strengthening of interethnic trust are substantiated.

    This chapter examines innovative approaches to organizing step aerobics classes for university students. The objective is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of using multimedia, mobile apps, and game-based methods in teaching step aerobics. The methodology includes a pedagogical experiment, physical fitness testing, and a questionnaire. The results demonstrate a significant increase in motivation and coordination skills among students in the experimental group. The conclusion confirms the feasibility of implementing the proposed innovations.

    В статье обосновывается, что цифровизация образования создаёт новые мотивационные триггеры для иностранных студентов, однако её эффективность зависит от системного учёта социокультурных и индивидуально-психологических факторов. На основе анализа современных подходов выделены ключевые педагогические стратегии: геймификация, смешанное обучение и повышение цифровой компетентности преподавателей. Показано, что максимальный рост внутренней мотивации достигается при балансе цифровых и традиционных форматов, а также при учёте культурной специфики обучающихся.

    В статье рассматривается готовность студентов педагогических направлений к воспитанию семейных ценностей у школьников как значимый компонент их профессионально-личностной подготовки. Актуальность темы определяется трансформацией современной семьи, изменением ценностных установок молодёжи и значимостью роли образовательной среды в становлении представлений о семье как базовой социальной и нравственной категории. Готовность студента интерпретируется как интегративное образование, включающее ценностно-смысловой, мотивационно-целевой, содержательно-деятельностный и диагностико-рефлексивный компоненты. Особое внимание уделяется эссе «Семейные ценности» как способу актуализации личного опыта обучающихся и выявления их отношения к семье в ретроспективной, интроспективной и проспективной перспективах. В статье делается вывод о том, что формирование данной готовности требует системной организации в процессе вузовской подготовки, педагогической практики и рефлексивной работы.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема избыточной массы тела и ожирения у студенческой молодежи как педагогическая задача формирования культуры здорового и безопасного образа жизни. Обоснована актуальность профилактики ожирения с учетом нормативно-правовых положений, официальной статистики заболеваемости и особенностей студенческого возраста. Показано, что ожирение связано не только с индивидуальным пищевым поведением, но и с недостаточной двигательной активностью, режимом дня, стрессом, учебной нагрузкой и общей организацией образа жизни. Подчеркивается роль физической культуры в образовательной организации как средства профилактики, просвещения и формирования устойчивой мотивации к здоровому поведению.
