    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема цифровизации управленческих процессов в организациях дополнительного образования и неэффективность традиционных бумажных методов документооборота. Предложен практический эксперимент по внедрению бесплатного облачного сервиса «Яндекс.Формы» для автоматизации рутинных операций (сбор заявлений, внутренний документооборот). На примере ежегодного набора учащихся показано сокращение срока сбора заявлений с двух недель до трёх дней, исключение ошибок ручного ввода и автоматизация отправки уведомлений родителям. Отмечены ограничения: необходимость юридического оформления работы с персональными данными и зависимость от интернета. Делается вывод о высоком потенциале простых онлайн-решений для трансформации управления в среднем образовательном учреждении и перехода к модели, основанной на оперативных и достоверных данных.

    В статье авторы определяют сущность понятия «репутация», выявляют ее типы и виды, обосновывают возможности профориентационной программы в управлении репутацией детских учреждений художественного образования. На примере Международной программы «Профориентация юных художников», реализованной МБУК ДО «ДХШ №1 имени П.П. Чистякова» в Екатеринбурге, доказывается, что репутационный эффект формируется не только содержанием предложенных профориентационных мероприятий, но и качеством проектного управления: работой команды, коммуникациями, партнёрством, безопасностью, информационным сопровождением и мониторингом результатов.

    В статье анализируются существующие методики оценки эффективности государственных программ в сфере образования как базового инструмента бюджетирования, ориентированного на результат. На основе анализа нормативно-правовой базы РФ и данных государственной статистики выявлены сильные и слабые стороны существующих подходов к мониторингу результативности образовательных проектов. Обоснована необходимость интеграции качественных и количественных подходов, усиления роли общественного контроля и согласованности целевых индикаторов с реальными потребностями системы образования. Практическая значимость заключается в систематизации критериев оценки и определении направлений совершенствования методического обеспечения мониторинга.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается роль сна как самостоятельного регулятора адаптации в спортивной подготовке. На основе аналитического обзора научных публикаций по спортивной физиологии, сомнологии и психологии спорта показано, что дефицит сна снижает эффективность тренировочного стимула через изменения метаболических, нейрокогнитивных и психоэмоциональных процессов. Сон влияет на гормональную среду, энергетический обмен, иммунную устойчивость, закрепление двигательных навыков и эмоциональную саморегуляцию. Предложена модель «4К»: контроль длительности, качества, контекста и коррекции сна, позволяющая переводить общие рекомендации в управляемые действия. Делается вывод о необходимости рассматривать сон как планируемый элемент спортивной периодизации, а не как пассивную паузу между занятиями.

    В статье обосновывается применение танцевального фитнеса (зумба, хип-хоп аэробика) для женщин зрелого возраста как альтернативы традиционным кардиотренировкам. Танцевальный фитнес сочетает аэробный, координационный и социальный компоненты. Отмечается, что занятия 2–3 раза в неделю с интенсивностью 65–80% от ЧССmax улучшают потребление кислорода, нормализуют состав тела, снижают риск остеопороза и падений. Высокий мотивационный потенциал (музыка, хореография, групповой формат) обеспечивает устойчивую приверженность тренировкам. Танцевальный фитнес рекомендован для сохранения нейромоторной пластичности и активного долголетия женщин.

    В статье рассмотрены вопросы диверсификации деятельности компаний в Азербайджане и ее роль в обеспечении устойчивого развития. Расширение направлений деятельности компаний в условиях современных глобальных экономических вызовов, рыночных рисков, ужесточения конкурентной среды и экономических преобразований рассматривается как один из важнейших стратегических инструментов. В ходе исследования были проанализированы вопросы развития ненефтяного сектора, инновационной предпринимательской деятельности, инвестиционной политики и улучшения бизнес-среды в Азербайджане. В статье обосновано значение диверсификации деятельности с точки зрения экономической эффективности, конкурентного преимущества, снижения рисков и устойчивого развития. В то же время в Азербайджане определены проблемы, возникающие при реализации политики диверсификации компаний, и направления их решения.

    В статье рассматривается роль креативного кластера в системе маркетинговых коммуникаций региона. Показано, что развитие креативной экономики и преобразование коммуникационной среды смещают логику территориального маркетинга: вместо централизованной передачи сообщений на первый план выходит выстраивание условий для создания смыслов. Особое место в этой среде занимает креативный кластер, функции которого систематизированы в работе применительно к различным группам стейкхолдеров. Практическая значимость исследования определяется применимостью предложенной классификации при разработке коммуникационных стратегий регионов и проектировании программ развития креативных кластеров.

    The article examines the role of inventory as a key tool for ensuring the economic security of economic entities, contributing to the prevention of theft, abuse, and hidden asset diversion. The aim of the research is to systematize the main reasons for refusing to conduct inventory or applying a formal approach, analyze methods for detecting such manipulations, and propose a set of measures to improve the effectiveness of inventory procedures. The methodology is based on systemic, comparative-analytical approaches, as well as content analysis of scientific literature and the regulatory framework in the field of accounting and economic security. The work consistently examines the goals and objectives of inventory, the motives for evading its conduct, typical schemes for concealing shortages and illegal write-offs of assets, analyzes the signs of formal inventory execution (e.g., discrepancy between actual stock and accounting data, ignoring results), and proposes measures to increase it

Получена передаточная функция объекта и рассчитаны коэффициенты настройки ПИ-регулятора. Построены графики переходных процессов.

    This chapter the integration of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector and the educational environment as a key driver of increased innovation activity in the modern economy. It explores the mechanisms, forms, and tools of this interaction, including joint educational programs for the development of a new type of workforce, the creation of R&D centers and technology parks for technology transfer, and the impact of project-based learning on the transformation of companies' business models. The paper analyzes the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of this integration. Special attention is paid to systemic barriers: the gap between theory and practice, bureaucratic obstacles, and differences in corporate culture. In conclusion, the article formulates conclusions about the need to build a unified ecosystem to ensure sustainable economic growth through the commercialization of scientific developments and the development of human capital.

    The chapter presents a comparative analysis of the economic integration effectiveness of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in comparison with the European Union (EU), ASEAN, MERCOSUR, and BRICS. Based on unified indicators (intra-regional trade share, Grubel-Lloyd index, trade intensity index, gravity model), an analysis of structural, intensive, and potential levels of integration is conducted. It is established that the EAEU demonstrates a high degree of interdependence and growth rates comparable to ASEAN; MERCOSUR faces stagnation problems; BRICS represents a model of geo-economic integration with exponential growth. Global economic integration is transitioning to a multipolar model, in which the EAEU occupies a strong niche as an effective regional player.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the legal, organizational, and managerial aspects of reforming the municipal solid waste (MSW) management system in the Russian Federation within the framework of the “waste reform” launched on January 1, 2019. Based on a comprehensive theoretical and legal analysis, the legal status of key participants in the relations is investigated: regional operators, state authorities, local self-government, citizens, and legal entities. Systemic problems are identified: uneven implementation of the reform across regions, low level of secondary raw material extraction, infrastructure deficit, social discontent, insufficient environmental culture of the population, and ambiguity of judicial practice (in particular, regarding the application of GOST standards on a voluntary basis and the calculation of fees during the temporary absence of a consumer). The necessity for further improvement of legislation is substantiated, including the differentiation of the concepts of “permanent” and “temporary” residence for the purposes of fee calculation, as well as the systematization of regulatory acts. It is concluded that the success of the reform depends on coordinated actions of the state, business, and the formation of a new environmental culture of the population.

    The chapter notes that in modern conditions, small business, despite macroeconomic instability, remains a crucial element of the regional economy, creating jobs and entrepreneurial potential. Using the example of Kaluga-based Aton LLC – a leading construction fastener supplier with a 45% market share – the author demonstrates how a well-structured organizational and economic policy enables an enterprise not only to maintain stability during a crisis but also to build a long-term development strategy. The study examines marketing strategy (product range policy, brand management, pricing, sales), financial performance amid currency volatility and inflation, and the competitive environment. Key success factors (diversified product range, direct dealer supplies, quality service) and major risks (currency dependence, high buyer power of retail chains) are identified. The BCG matrix is used to determine promising and unprofitable brands. The research employed systemic, comprehensive, process-based, and situational types of analysis, as well as a multifactorial approach to assessing the enterprise's key positions. It is concluded that Aton LLC maintains its leading position with a stable financial standing.

    The chapter examines the legal aspects of using content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial activities. Particular attention is paid to issues of authorship and ownership of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects created with the participation of AI systems, as well as to the legal challenges of commercial exploitation of AI-generated content. The study analyzes risks associated with copyright infringement, trademark violations, protection of confidential information, and trade secret regimes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of human creative contribution as the key criterion for copyright protection of AI-assisted works. The paper also explores contractual mechanisms for risk allocation among business participants and addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools by employees and contractors. The authors conclude that effective and legally secure use of AI-generated content requires not only compliance with intellectual property legislation but also the implementation of internal corporate policies aimed at risk management and protection of business interests.

The chapter describes the experience of analyzing the national education system, which has a long history. There are nine civilizational challenges that can be identified in its formation and development. It is noted that the domestic education system was formed and developed as a response to civilizational challenges, depending on the socio-political, socio-economic, and sociocultural processes taking place in the country and around the world.
