- The article provides an overview of the main indicators of financial stability of XXX LLC for 2019 to 2022, the order of their calculation. The analysis of the dynamics of traditional indicators of the efficiency of the use of the capital of the enterprise is carried out using a specialized econometric package of the MS EX-CEL program. The empirical basis of the study is the company's reporting data. Based on the results of the evaluation of the company's activities, conclusions were drawn and measures were proposed to improve the use of the company's fixed assets.

Исследование пространства дома неотделимо от жилищного дискурса, возможности обсудить повседневную жизнь, различные варианты выбора реализации домашнего пространства через социокультурные аспекты, такие как память, конфиденциальность, эмоции, ностальгия, ритуалы и дизайн. В главе основное внимание уделяется теоретическому осмыслению пространства и места домашнего быта. Исходя из предположения, что способы использования нашего дома, а также жилищная практика зависят от социальных и культурных характеристик, в данной главе предлагается определить культуру жилища как исследовательское понятие, в котором основное внимание уделяется дому как социокультурной практике жилища. Культура жилища как социологическая концепция подразумевает жилище как повседневную практику, в которой дом формируется и реализуется на пересечении идентичности, отношений и смыслов через материальную форму, символический и культурный капитал.

- In the chapter, based on the works of Z. Freud and J. Lacan, reveals the impact of psychoanalytic theory on the formation of the concepts of «symbolic capital» and «habitus» by Pierre Bourdieu. Sociology does not pretend to replace psychoanalysis with its mode of explanation; it is only a question of constructing certain data differently, which psychoanalysis also takes as its object. Sociology and psychoanalysis act as different, complementary approaches to the same thing, the latter as internal to the former. Psychoanalysis offers a richer set of concepts for analyzing the idiosyncratic meaning that different people attach to general social conditions. Sociology and psychology must join forces, but this will require them to overcome their mutual suspicion, to analyze the genesis of investment in the field of social relations, constituted as an object of investment and concern, as a principle of investment in the social game. Bourdieu's ideas, including the concepts of habitus and symbolic capital, in the course of their further interpenetration with psychoanalytic theories, will open new horizons for understanding social reality.

- The article is devoted to the process of formation of new classes of the Kazakh national bourgeoisie and the local proletariat, the penetration of new capitalist relations and foreign capital at the beginning of the XX century. Kazakhstan's entry into Russia was marked by the development of commodity relations, the development of industry and, as a result, the formation of the working class. The export of capital to the outskirts of the Russian Empire is increasing and Kazakhstan is being drawn into the world market. These and many other processes lead to social changes in Kazakh society, including the Kazakh baity adapting to the new economy of that time and Kazakh merchants-entrepreneurs and the petty bourgeoisie appear. - When studying the theoretical foundations of the transformation of the management system of an educational organization, the management system is understood as scientifically based actions on the part of the administration and the teaching staff of the organization, which are aimed at the rational use of available forces, time and material resources, in order to implement an effective pedagogical process within a specific educational organization. As practice shows, most educational organizations are characterized by a linear-functional organizational structure, as a result of which the management system is not mobile, it does not allow taking into account the peculiarities of the human capital of the teaching staff, weakly forms the interest of each member of the team in the final result. The article considers one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources – project management. Its implementation in the conditions of digitalization will allow educational organizations to carry out more effective strategic interaction, due to the formation of a network contact. The aim of the study is to improve the management system in a secondary school. To solve the tasks set in the work, the following research methods are used: theoretical methods – analysis and generalization of pedagogical, managerial, methodological and scientific-theoretical literature; normative documents regulating the management of an educational organization; teaching aids on the following aspects: management system, digital transformation of education, management of an educational organization, project management. In the course of our work, we came to the conclusion that the process of managing an educational organization in modern times is prone to a trend that manifests itself in a widespread, global transformation of the management system of an educational organization. One of the features of the management of the educational system is the departure from traditional forms of organizational structure, the restructuring of structures in accordance with the requirements of high efficiency in solving issues, the creation of conditions for participation in decision-making by all members of the workforce. Thus, project management is one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources.

The changes were short-term - in 2021 there was an increase in the financial independence of companies, while at the same time restoring the level of return on assets.

- The relevance of the material lies in its demand due to changes in the domestic economy under the pressure of various force majeure circumstances (COVID-19, various anti-Russian sanctions from unfriendly countries) and the search for ways out of the current difficult situation. In this way, the author sees the improvement of the project personnel management system to preserve the "human capital" and all its components as one of the target indicators. There is a search for new tools and models for "stitching bottlenecks" in the personnel direction. New vectors of development in the most promising areas are predicted. The methods of empirical research are defined: system analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical methods, observation method and others. One of the main research methods is also the normative method, which allows calculating the main indicators of the use of labor resources in project activities on the basis of appropriate methods.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that today the attention of managers of Russian organizations to the issues of the formation of the mechanism of organizational culture is insufficient to form a method of stimulating labor productivity and the effectiveness of using human capital from this tool. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of «organizational culture». The tasks and the practical role of the application of the mechanism of organizational culture in the management of the stuff of the enterprise are analyzed. The analysis of urgent problems of the human resource management system and the formation of organizational culture, which negatively affect the efficiency of labor activities of stuff. The main directions of improving the management system of the organizational culture of the enterprise in the framework of its stuff policy and activities are considered. In the conclusion of the scientific work the author found that organizational culture is the most important element not only of the stuff management system of an enterprise, which allows to form the principles of HR management and increase interaction between employees, but also a way to increase the economic efficiency of the company's business activities.
