  • A model of physical education and recreation activities in a rural kindergarten

    It has been revealed that the level of physical health of preschoolers has deteriorated in recent decades, which is confirmed by statistical data. An effective means of optimizing the physical health of children is the introduction of physical culture and recreation activities in an educational organization. The chapter presents an implemented model of physical culture and recreation activities (FOD) in a rural municipal preschool educational institution using the example of the Oktyabrsky Kindergarten "Firefly". The FOD model is designed based on the principles of interaction between MDOU and MBOU Oktyabrskaya secondary school. The powers and responsibilities of each preschool employee in this area are described. The main burden of organizing the motor activities of preschoolers is borne by group educators. They also conduct classes in various forms of physical education, physical fitness testing, organize and conduct competitions, consult with parents on the organization of motor mode with children. The head of the preschool is responsible for the creation of the infrastructure of the FOD in the kindergarten. The nurse conducts preventive and monitoring activities with children on healthy lifestyle issues for preschoolers. The created organizational and pedagogical conditions in the preschool educational institution for physical education had a positive effect on increasing the volume of motor activity and reducing the incidence of preschool children. It was revealed that as a result of the implementation of a set of measures for physical education and wellness activities, health-saving techniques, children's awareness of a healthy lifestyle and other measures, morbidity decreased, the number of children with morphological abnormalities and chronic diseases decreased, and there were fewer children who were often ill. Over the three years of the innovative program's implementation, children's awareness of health increased by 9.7% and amounted to 75.3%.

  • Epic features of the creation of the world in the heroic epic of the Mari people "Yugorno. The Song of the Prophetic Path"

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of cosmogonic narratives of the Mari people. The goal: to identify the epic features of the creation of the world in the heroic Mari epic "Yugorno. Song of the Prophetic Path" against the background of epic works known in the global context. The materials are both the poetic creation of A. Ya. Spiridonov "Yugorno. Song of the Prophetic Path" and the author's field materials on the multi-level system of concepts reflecting the natural, cultural, social and virtual realities of the past, present and future in the worldview of the Mari people. The work is based on the hermeneutic-phenomenological approach to the study of epic texts using problematic and historical-comparativistic methods. Conclusion: widely popular ideas of people about the world order are reflected in the folk heroic epic as an immanent contradiction between two opposite principles present in the very essence of being (top-bottom, right-left, white-black, etc.). In the Mari poetic creation "Yugorno" the epic features of the creation of the world were expressed not in the harsh antagonism of the hero and the antihero, but in the peaceful competition between the gods-creators of different parts of the Universe, understood by people as good and evil due to the objective duality of the world.

    The chapter examines the influence of group recreation methods on the adaptation of students with disabilities and disabilities (HLD) within the framework of the health-preserving environment of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman. The author emphasize that the use of various methods of group recreation helps to improve the performance of students, as well as their emotional state and general activation. The use of these methods helps to create conditions that promote not only physical, but also psychological adaptation to the conditions of university life. In addition, the aspect of the influence of such an environment on the development of resistance to stress is considered, which is especially important for students with disabilities who may face additional difficulties in the learning process. Group classes conducted as part of recreational activities allow students to integrate into the student community, building self-confidence and social connections, which is a key factor for successful adaptation.

    Tourism is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The basis of the territorial planning structure of tourism is formed by the tourist and recreational support frame, which ensures the integrity of the tourist space. Its development is of great importance for the socio-economic sphere of the regions. The purpose of this study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of the stages of development of theoretical and methodological geographical research on the dynamics of territorial tourist and recreational systems (TRS) and their spatiotemporal development process. The concepts and essence of the evolution and dynamism of TRS, as a process of gradual irreversible changes affecting their sustainable functioning, providing the evolutionary prerequisites for the development of the system, were considered; it was determined that the basic concept for research is «recreational system». The theory of development of territorial recreational systems as a subject of scientific research of recreational geography and one of the main forms of organizing recreation and tourism is substantiated. The proposed scheme of the tourist and recreational framework of the region based on the economic and environmental frameworks allows us to form an understanding of the full functioning of the entire tourist and recreational sector for subsequent effective management in the face of modern challenges. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study was the works of both domestic and foreign scientists who formed a new scientific direction – recreational geography. The research was based on approaches and views about the key factors and processes influencing the formation and existence of two types (subject- and object-centered) models of recreational systems that are capable of preserving the integrity of the system and strengthening its structure. Results. The recreational-geographical periods of the evolutionary development of territorial-recreational systems in the development of recreational space are analyzed, the methodology and theory of geographical research are determined, and the dynamics of tourist-recreational systems in their spatio-temporal process of development are considered. A system of concepts of this scientific direction has been formed, based on the anthropocentric nature of recreation and tourism systems. A cluster approach has been developed as a promising way to create new tourist and recreational structures with innovative directions in designated ecological and economic zones of a tourist and recreational type. Conclusions. The recreational-geographical stage of the evolutionary development of the functional structure of the tourist-recreational system in the development of recreational space is associated with the emergence of recreational geography and the beginning of the formation of a new scientific direction that studies recreational resources, the structure and features of the functioning of territorial recreational systems (TRS), recreational territories and their properties. The use of breakthrough innovative technologies in the tourism and recreational sector, attracting investment and improving the tax system of organizations engaged in the innovative tourism sector, radically change the functional and territorial structure of tourism and recreational systems, increasing the efficiency of interaction between Russian and foreign tourism enterprises and educational cluster centers for the purpose of exchange modern technologies, training in the tourism industry.

    Abstract:
    Interaction between government agencies and business has been formed in the Russian Federation for no more than 30 years. Federal law No. 115-FL «On concession agreements», which was adopted in 2005, is at the origin of the development of relations in the field of public-private partnership. If we compare public-private partnership in Russia with foreign countries, it is less developed in our country. The list of projects that can be included in the concession scheme is determined by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on granting state guarantees to companies involved in the construction of public infrastructure facilities. In practice, modeling is often used when it is necessary to determine the features of the relationship between management bodies and economic entities in the framework of stimulating sustainable development of the region. One of its ways is to use the instrumental apparatus of game theory. The main advantage of game theory is the ability to use mathematical methods to confirm the importance of cooperation, the need to achieve a trusting relationship between partners, and reach compromises.

    The paper considers the problem of preserving water quality of rivers, in the channel and floodplain part of which gold deposits are developed by open-pit mining. As a result of the study we have developed the simplest engineering solutions for the design of environmental hydraulic structures. Designs of these structures were implemented in the project of Korolevskoye alluvial gold deposit in Transbaikalia. The operation of these structures during the washing of gold-bearing sands in the floodplain part of the Amazar River prevented the contamination of its water by industrial wastewater. The use of a water circulation system in the technological process and the filling of settling tanks with filtration and rainwater gave a positive water balance of the deposit. These measures prevented the impact of gold mining on the Mogocha municipal water intake located near the facility. As a result of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands during the development of the deposit, this area may serve as a recreational zone for Mogocha residents. Profitability of production and its economic efficiency are established by economic calculations given in the study.

    Abstract:
    The analysis of literature sources on the theory of systems and the system of physical culture and recreation activities in the conditions of a general education school is carried out. It is revealed that this system is a multi-component type of activity, including the staffing of specialists of physical culture and health and medical profile, namely, physical education teachers and medical personnel. Of great importance for the existence and development of the system is the material and technical base of the sports and recreation profile, the development of extracurricular activities with a sufficient set of sports sections and the conduct of extracurricular activities and sports competitions. The development of the human potential of the younger generation in terms of physical education should be based on taking into account the individual typological characteristics of schoolchildren. It is shown that half of the national projects directly contribute to the development of the human potential of the younger generation and their implementation through the introduction of a system of physical culture and recreation work in secondary schools will help to preserve and strengthen the health of children and adolescents, both at present and in later adulthood.

The content of the activity on the development of an educational project is highlighted, the final product of which is a model of a technical device designed to solve vital problems for a person. The requirements for the formulations of applied problems reflecting the purpose and specific properties of a technical device are identified. The applied problems are given, the solution of which in physics lessons makes it possible to form a generalized method of creating a material object of a certain purpose.     The author of the article pays special attention to the project method that has great potential for the formation of a certain system of intellectual skills and practical skills in schoolchildren, which contribute to the mastery of the activity component of the education content. It is outlined that the use of the project method in working with elementary schoolchildren implies four stages: organizational and preparatory, technological, generalizing, reflexive. It is also emphasized that the specificity of the implementation of each stage, due to the age characteristics of the schoolchildren, involves leadership in the joint search for the problem and the choice of ways to solve it; ensuring that every child is included in the planning and performance criteria for product development, consistent implementation and adequate evaluation; organization of reflexive work on understanding the process and results of individual and group productive and creative activities at organizational, preparatory, technological and generalizing stages; management of the project product design and evaluation processes. Methods. On the example of the creative project “Traditional festive treats in popular culture”, practical recommendations for organizing the project work of elementary schoolchildren as a mental prediction of what will then be created in the form of a project product, independent planning and time-fixed achievement of the goal are presented. Results. It was concluded that in elementary school age, project activities are a way of pedagogically organized development of the surrounding reality by the child, therefore its success is largely determined by the level of methodological preparation of the teacher.

    The article deals with the technology of development of student’s creative thinking using the means of folk pedagogy in English lessons. It reveals the concept of creativity, which is a manifestation and creation of fundamentally new ideas, differing from traditional or accepted patterns of thinking and entering the structure of cleverness as an independent factor. The authors note that the use of centuries-old wisdom of the people, expressed in proverbs and folk sayings, riddles, folk games, fairy tales and other means of folk pedagogy in the educational process, contributes greatly to the development of creative thinking in students. The article identifies the didactic conditions, principles and criteria for the selection of material based on the folk pedagogy experience in the process of learning English. The suggested technology describes the process of comparing the English and Kazakh cultures. The technology provides for the quick memorization of new words, English speech comprehension, analysis and systematization of information.

    The article is devoted to the basics of the theory and approaches to defining the concept of kinesiology, current trends in its development and prospects for using the kinesiological approach in the process of students’ recreational activities. Practical aspects in the field of sports kinesiology are presented. The purpose of the article is to consider issues related to the use of kinesiological exercises for the development of students’ recreational activities. During the study the following research methods were applied: analysis, comparison, and observation. The authors conducted a questionnaire on the topic “Why do students attend physical education classes?” and a survey of students of 1-3 courses of FSAEI of HE "Sevastopol State University", during which a deterioration of health and a decrease in the level of students’ physical fitness during study at the university could be observed. Research result. Analysis of the responses showed that students pay more attention to improving their health than getting a credit for physical education classes. The authors also note that many people are skeptical about this innovative method of treatment, and therefore an exemplary set of exercises for restoring and strengthening health has been proposed. According to statistics, the positive effects of exercises from kinesiology can be observed after the first weeks of classes. It is concluded that the body accumulates its strength to fight various diseases through exercise. Kinesiology tools not only relieve pain, but also strengthen and heal the entire body, and help to relieve not only muscle but also mental stress. Kinesiology itself is used at any age and has no counter-indications. In addition to rehabilitation, kinesiology is used to determine the potential capabilities of a person for a specific type of sports activity, to maximize the disclosure of abilities and ensure their greatest implementation, to maintain good shape and ensure prevention of injuries.

    The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.
