    Abstract:
    In this work the question of educational and methodical ensuring discipline «Choral solfeggio» in the Higher educational institution in the direction of preparation «Conducting» is brought up. Various methodical approaches in a number of not numerous grants addressed to choral conductors, in particular the last years, based on use of constructive and «live» material in teaching this discipline, and the works devoted to the main forms are analyzed: intoning, acoustical analysis, dictation. The purpose and problems of a course as link between basic discipline of solfeggio and practical skills of a choral class reveal, and also two positions in teaching «Choral solfeggio» are presented.

    Abstract:
    Comprehending and understanding a language is necessary when students are learning a new language due to the fact that people always need to communicate and interact with others in different spheres, in scientific one as well. Young scientists should be able not only to translate scientific texts, but also to be able to communicate with international colleagues, as in the XXI century science has become global, and English is the language that unites it. The article reviews some options for practicing oral scientific speaking skills in the modern world using information technologies, for example using the application for a Smartphone, «Wakie’. Proved is that the app mentioned increases students’ oral scientific speech skills along with other forms of work on a language.

    В статье характеризуется «устная история» как направление в изучении исторического прошлого, которое оформилось во второй трети ХХ в. в западной историографии, а затем было признано и отечественной наукой. На материалах истории Оренбургского края раскрывается познавательный потенциал устного источника информации, позволяющего не только глубже понять, но и эмоционально прочувствовать историческое прошлое как непосредственный жизненный опыт, а не бездушный абстрактно-объективный процесс.
