    This article explores various aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for adolescents registered with juvenile affairs departments. It also discusses the nature and causes of deviant behavior in adolescents. The «Program for Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Students at Risk (Registered with Juvenile Affairs Departments and on Intraschool Registers)» by E. V. Kostyukovich is reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for educational psychologists working with deviant behavior in general education schools.

    The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.

  • A generalized model of cognitive-behavioural coaching competencies

    Abstract:
    This article presents a generalized competency model for cognitive-behavioral coaches (GCM CBC) developed through the synthesis of existing coaching competency models, including international (ICF, EMCC, IAC, AC) and Russian-language frameworks (ARC, NFPMC), as well as the Beck Institute's Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS), while accounting for the specific characteristics of the cognitive-behavioral approach in coaching. The development methodology employed semantic analysis and clustering of behavioral indicators, resulting in the identification of four key competency clusters manifested within coaching sessions: goal orientation, interpersonal interaction, interventions, and process, as well as two clusters manifested outside sessions. The developed model may serve as a foundation for standardizing professional training of cognitive-behavioral coaches, developing certification programs, and ensuring quality assurance in practice.

    In the article, the authors actualize the modern problem of mentoring. Interest in mentoring in education has resurfaced in the last decade. Researchers pay attention to the historical aspects of mentoring. Considering the problem of the role of mentoring in the development of preschoolers, using the context of spiritual and moral education. Mentoring is a universal pedagogical technology. Her role is not only to transfer experience, knowledge and the formation of diverse skills, but also to influence moral and spiritual values through communication and mutual trust. Spiritual and moral development is a gradual expansion of the value-semantic sphere of a personality under the influence of the processes of upbringing and socialization. The authors briefly comment on the features of this process in pre-school conditions.

    Abstract:
    Economic development inevitably leads to a significant increase in inequality in the distribution of income and national wealth. Worryingly, inequality is growing year after year. Official data on inequality are underestimated, as the share of income hidden from taxation is at least twice as much as that shown in official statistics. The sharp increase in inequality was largely due to the transition to neoliberal policies that encouraged the monopolization of production to the detriment of wage labor positions and, to some extent, the participation of nation States in the global globalization of the economy. High income inequality will slow down any national modernization and generate further stratification of citizens. The proportion of excessive inequality between 10–20 percent of the rich and 80 percent of the poor and poor in the modern world is constantly growing.

    The epistolary legacy of the outstanding educator Ivan Yakovlevich Yakovlev (1848-1930) is a unique phenomenon in the culture of the Chuvash people. It expresses in a certain way the image of the multifaceted personality of I.Ya. Yakovlev, who worked tirelessly in the field of education and school education of his compatriots for more than half a century. This is evidenced by the results of scientific research by famous scientists G.N. Volkov, V.D. Dimitriev, N.G. Krasnov, G.N. Plechov, I.V. Pavlov, etc. Of particular research interest among the many letters of I. Ya. Yakovlev are lines related to the life of his own family. The study of the epistolary heritage of I. Ya. Yakovlev showed that the family was of great importance in his life. He has always sought to create and maintain an atmosphere of human relations in the family, based primarily on spiritual and moral virtues.

    Abstract:
    Justification. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present deviant behavior is a phenomenon that negatively affects the development of personality and socialization of children, and also creates difficulties for the pedagogical work of teachers and for the interaction of parents with their children. In order to care for the healthy and harmonious development of adolescents, it is necessary to achieve an understanding of the mechanisms of the formation of behavioral deviations and develop effective methods of prevention. Purpose of the study. Study of emotional states and behavioral characteristics of pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations. Methods. To study the emotional states, behavioral disorders in adolescents, 150 pupils of grades 7, 8 and 9 of secondary comprehensive schools in Tambov were examined. The study was conducted from February to November 2024. The study included testing. Statistical data processing was carried out through a comparative analysis of the input and output testing data using the Wilcoxon T-test. To identify the relationship between negative emotional states and deviant behavior, a correlation analysis of the data obtained in a group of children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation was carried out. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used for the analysis, statistically significant correlation coefficients were taken into account | r | ( 0.5 at the level of p ≤ 0.01. Results. Our studies have revealed that children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation experience discomfort during social adaptation, difficulties in developing behavioral patterns that reflect the system of values and norms of society, and they also have difficulties in interpersonal communication. Such children are characterized by difficulty in building personal boundaries and maintaining independence from the opinions of significant others. A third of the pupils have an increased or high rate of depression. This confirms the need to develop a comprehensive program for the prevention and correction of behavioral deviations in pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations in order to avert crisis situations, depressive states, emotional breakdowns.

    The authors summarize information on the methodological aspects of the application of the input-output method to analyze the socio-economic effects of tourism development in the regions. So far, the main practical problem remains the search for methods to optimize the assessment of the contribution of the tourism industry to the economy of the region, to identify the relationships between different sectors of the economy in terms of tourist demand. Systematic analysis and generalization of information were used as research methods. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the integration of the input-output method with econometric models and comparative analysis makes it possible to assess in more detail the multiplicative effect of tourist activity on the economy of the region, including an increase in production, employment and tax revenues.

    Abstract:
    This topic is relevant, due to the consideration of the problems of professional socialization in the scientific pedagogical literature separately, in this study the author considers them integrated and in general. Research problem: what are the essence and functions of pedagogical support for vocational and labour socialization of pupils of an educational organization on the example of students of a technical college, what are the content of the system of pedagogical support and the conditions for the effective organization of the provided pedagogical support? Research methods: theoretical: literature analysis, data synthesis; empirical: conversation, testing. The reliability of the research results is due to the choice of research methods and experimental base adequate to the tasks set, the careful development and justification of experimental designs, the representativeness of the experimental sample, the variety of collected experimental facts, and their number. The experiment showed the high efficiency of applying the personal-situational approach in the educational process with the developed process of vocational and labour socialization of students. The results of the experiment allow us to conclude that it is advisable to organize this process in educational organizations.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students.     Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.     The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). The study revealed a number of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to successfully form moral stability in adolescents.

The relevance is due to the globalization of digital technologies penetrating into all spheres of human life, both socio-political, state, professional and personal, which clearly determines the need for the formation and development of an information security culture. This issue is especially relevant in relation to students of technical universities – future specialists in the engineering industry, since they will work with technical systems and information that may be subject to various threats in the field of information security. The effectiveness of programs for the formation and development of an information security culture is largely determined by the study of the features and specifics of the manifestation of its components (technical, cognitive, behavioral, and value-semantic). The study was carried out in the form of a ascertaining experiment using the author's diagnostic questionnaire "The level of information security culture". 781 students of the Volga branch of MADI took part in the study. Based on the highlighted structure of the information security culture, the study established the specific features of the formation of its components among students of a technical university, namely, the results of the study revealed insufficient fixation in the minds of students of a technical university of the values of information security culture, a low level of patterns of safe behavior, with the general development of technical literacy in the digital space.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.
