    Abstract:
    The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children showed a positive result.

    The article reveals the problem of including a parent and a child with autism spectrum disorder in cooperative activities using the example of two families participating in the research. The theoretical foundations of this problem and the practical results obtained at the first stage of the study by questioning parents, and also by observing the cooperative productive activities of the child and the parent during the drawing lessons. The question of the importance of parental involvement in the child's rehabilitation process is considered.

    Abstract:
    To create a psychologically safe educational process, the most important components will be the personal characteristics of the participants in the educational process. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of hardiness of future specialists with different strategies of self-affirmation as a fac-tor affecting the psychological safety in the educational environment. It is vitality that is one of the basic characteristics that allows participants in the educational process not only to overcome life circumstances and adapt to constantly changing conditions, but also to become stronger, qualitatively improving the standard of living, physical and psychological health. An analysis of the empirical data obtained was presented, as well as the features of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at increasing the resilience of individuals with different self-affirmation strategies.

    Abstract:
    School, being the upmost institute of children's socialisation, must create proper conditions for their development, providing safe education environment, assisting and supporting children in such way that it ensures psychological and pedagogical support of the students. Nowadays, modern school appears as the high-risk object due to the high level of challenges and threats which may be both subjective and objective. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of children is one of the conditions of creation of psychologically safe environment of school. The article examines some of the actual problems connected with the effective creation and functioning of the system of psychological and pedagogical support. Such problems include the need for correction of professional expertise of the school psychologist and the teacher. During the phase of academic studies their vocational training should include not only the competence aimed at the realisation of support but the students themselves should become the part of this system.

    Abstract:
    The experience of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children, which consists mainly in the creation of certain conditions in a private educational institution is presented in the article. On the basis of a private lyceum named after G.V. and N.G. Riumin of Ryazan, created by the founder N.V. Riumin – candidate of psychological sciences and by its director L.I. Arkharova – candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of the Pedagogy and Teacher Education Department at FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin", the experience of cooperation of higher education and general education institutions in the formation and upbringing of gifted children has been studied. L.I. Arkharova’s psychological and pedagogical competencies and long experience enabled to create the conditions for attracting the best teachers of Ryazan. Being rather a small city, when the teachers of the FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin" know the best of the best by sight, teach the potential teachers a worthy education and “see” the situation from the inside, close cooperation and interaction can be observed. Entering the lyceum, children individually reveal their potential being surrounded by care, warmth, love and attention to the personality of everyone.

    In the modern educational process, a significant role should be given to psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children, because in the school environment, their self-esteem often becomes inadequate. Creating a psychologically safe environment, pedagogical conditions, and the correct relationship between teachers and pupils is the task of the school team to maintain normal self-esteem of gifted pupils. The problem is particularly evident in primary school age when moving to a new social environment, so the work of teachers and psychologists at this age stage should be particularly detailed.

    A scientific analysis on the problem of gifted children is presented, and both positive and negative age-psychological features of gifted primary school children are thoroughly characterized.     A teacher working with gifted children should take into account the peculiarities of motivation of gifted students, strive to activate it and maintain it at the proper level in order to increase the effectiveness of professional activities. The article presents four types of gifted children, identified based on the level and type of motivation. The characteristic of behavioral features and specifics of educational activities of representatives of each type is given.     The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.
