    The chapter examines the concept of roles in bullying, based on an analysis of literary sources, the main roles are identified: aggressor, victim, witness who reinforces the bully’s behavior, bully’s assistant, passive observer, defender of the victim, and also describes the psychological characteristics of schoolchildren occupying different positions in a bullying situation.

Автор, постулируя объективную прогрессивность Устава уголовного судопроизводства, отмечает в нем наличие законодательных рудиментов прошлых эпох и определенное несовершенство уровня законодательной техники (отсутствие дефинирования понятий), частично купируемое в теоретико-процессуальной доктрине того времени.

    В статье характеризуется «устная история» как направление в изучении исторического прошлого, которое оформилось во второй трети ХХ в. в западной историографии, а затем было признано и отечественной наукой. На материалах истории Оренбургского края раскрывается познавательный потенциал устного источника информации, позволяющего не только глубже понять, но и эмоционально прочувствовать историческое прошлое как непосредственный жизненный опыт, а не бездушный абстрактно-объективный процесс.
